Our consultants provide GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing to businesses across Nandanam starting at Rs.749. Every file is reconciled and senior-reviewed before submission, which is why our clients see far fewer departmental queries than they did while self-filing.
We serve businesses on and around 2nd Cross Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
If you operate in Nandanam, GST deadlines arrive with the same force as anywhere in Chennai — GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th. Nandanam's Anna Salai frontage between the YMCA grounds and Nandanam Arts College carries car showrooms, corporate offices, banks and training institutes, with CIT Nagar's shops and service firms behind. Showrooms tracking vehicle margins and offices paying steep lease rents both feel the pinch of 18 per cent GST on commercial rent, and service firms must pay tax on advances received even before an invoice is raised. We provide GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing to businesses across Nandanam and the adjoining Teynampet and T. Nagar localities, maintaining a compliance calendar for every client so due dates are met without last-minute panic, late fees or interest at 18 percent per annum.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
No filing leaves our desk on a junior's judgement alone. A senior GST practitioner reviews your figures, ITC claims and tax computation before submission, so errors are caught at our table and not by the department months later through a notice.
We match your purchase register against GSTR-2B every period, follow up on invoices your suppliers have not uploaded, and ensure every rupee of eligible input tax credit is claimed. Clients routinely recover credit they were silently losing under self-filing.
Composition dealers have their own rulebook — CMP-08 every quarter, GSTR-4 annually by 30 June, bills of supply instead of tax invoices, and a turnover ceiling that must be watched. We handle each of these correctly so the scheme's simplicity never turns into a violation.
In the days before the 11th and the 20th, our team runs extended hours and a strict internal queue, so a client who sends data late in the window is still filed on time. Peak-season crush at our end never becomes a late fee at yours.
Winding up attracts its own GST obligations — the cancellation application, reversal of credit on closing stock, and the final return in GSTR-10 within three months. We close registrations properly so a business you shut in Nandanam never writes back to you as a demand years later.
You are told the full fee before we begin, in writing. No surprise additions for uploads, revisions or acknowledgements. Government fees and taxes, where applicable, are shown separately, so businesses in Nandanam always know exactly what the engagement costs them.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
With returns filed ahead of the statutory due dates every period, the Rs.50-per-day GSTR-3B late fee simply stops appearing in your life, and the money stays in your business where it belongs.
Each period you receive a simple computation showing output tax, credit utilised and net cash payable, so GST becomes a number you understand and question rather than a figure you accept blindly.
A fixed professional fee is almost always cheaper than the combination of late fees, interest, lost credit and staff hours that informal, last-minute compliance quietly accumulates over a year.
Advances received for services attract GST on receipt while advances for goods generally do not; applying this distinction correctly means you neither prepay tax unnecessarily nor omit a liability that surfaces later with interest.
Statutory windows such as thirty days for an ASMT-11 reply are tracked from the day a notice arrives, so responses go in on time, complete, and with your best case properly presented.
Consistent, reconciled returns give the department's matching systems nothing to flag. Clients who move to us after years of self-filing typically see scrutiny queries and mismatch notices fall away within a few filing cycles.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
2nd Cross Street is a residential street in Nandanam, about 650 m north-west of the centre of Nandanam. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — 1st Cross Street (about 50 m); 3rd Cross Street (about 50 m); 5th Main Road (about 50 m); Annasalai Street (about 100 m) — so a site visit on 2nd Cross Street can usually be combined with other work in Nandanam on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on 2nd Cross Street falls under the Chennai South CGST Commissionerate, and the Nandanam pincode is 600035.

42nd GST Council Meeting (video conferencing) — 5 October 2020 · 2020-10-05
The Council approved what became the Quarterly Return Monthly Payment scheme. Registered persons with aggregate annual turnover up to Rs 5 crore were allowed to furnish GSTR-3B on a quarterly basis from 1 January 2021, while paying tax monthly through a challan. The due date for the quarterly GSTR-1 was fixed at the 13th of the month following the quarter, and an invoice furnishing facility was provided so that recipients could still see credit monthly. This remains the default compliance route for most small businesses.
What it means for you: A Chennai business under Rs 5 crore can file GSTR-3B four times a year instead of twelve, but must still deposit tax every month, and missing that monthly challan attracts interest.
Circular No. 180/12/2022-GST · 2022-09-09
Following the Supreme Court directions in Union of India versus Filco Trade Centre, the Board issued guidelines allowing every aggrieved taxpayer to file or revise FORM GST TRAN-1 and TRAN-2 on the common portal during a special window from 1 October 2022 to 30 November 2022. The circular set out the declaration to be filed, the requirement to submit a self-certified copy to the jurisdictional officer, and the verification timelines that follow the filing.
What to do about it: Transitional credit disputes from 2017 that reached the courts were routed through this one-time window, and any pending verification of a Chennai taxpayer's TRAN filing is governed by these guidelines.
Notification No. 83/2020-Central Tax · 2020-11-10
From January 2021 the outward supply statement in Form GSTR-1 became due on the 11th day of the month following the tax period for monthly filers. For registered persons furnishing GSTR-1 quarterly under the new scheme, the statement became due on the 13th day of the month following the quarter. This replaced the earlier practice of notifying due dates a few months at a time and gave the return calendar a stable shape that has continued since.
Why this matters: The 11th and the 13th are the fixed GSTR-1 dates for a Chennai business, and missing them delays credit for every customer you supply.
