From Rs.2,999, our team delivers GST Notice Reply for shops, service providers and manufacturers across Nolambur. Local jurisdiction knowledge, deadline tracking and honest, upfront fees — the way GST compliance in Chennai should actually work.
We serve businesses on and around Goodwill Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Nolambur is an apartment-driven MMDA extension of Mogappair West, its Phase I and Phase II blocks along the Vanagaram-Ambattur Road filled with supermarkets, restaurants, cloud kitchens, salons and clinics serving a young IT workforce. Restaurants and kitchens selling through food delivery apps must track Section 9(5) supplies where the platform pays the tax, and report that turnover separately in Table 3.1.1 of GSTR-3B. We have supported businesses of exactly this profile with GST Notice Reply across Nolambur for years, along with clients from Mogappair and Maduravoyal. The engagement is simple: one point of contact, a clear fee, documents over WhatsApp or in person at our Chennai office, and senior review before anything is submitted on the portal. What you get in return is clean filings, archived records and far fewer reasons for the department to write to you.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Nolambur would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
Send your query on call or WhatsApp and you hear back the same working day, usually within a few hours. When a due date is close or a notice has landed, waiting two days for a reply is simply not acceptable, and we know it.
Most GST notices trace back to mismatches between GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B. We reconcile these before filing, not after a notice arrives, so your returns are internally consistent and the most common triggers for ASMT-10 scrutiny simply never appear.
GSTR-3B late fees run at Rs.50 per day and interest at 18 percent per annum on unpaid tax. Our internal cut-offs sit days ahead of statutory due dates precisely so that our clients never hand the department a rupee they did not owe.
A new GSTIN comes with obligations nobody explains at approval — the invoice series rules, displaying the registration certificate and GSTIN at your premises, and the first return cycle. We walk new registrants in Nolambur through each of these so month one starts correctly.
Businesses with registrations in more than one State, or multiple branches under one PAN, face cross-charge, stock transfer and input service distribution questions that single-GSTIN firms never see. We keep all your registrations consistent with each other, not just compliant individually.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
With returns filed ahead of the statutory due dates every period, the Rs.50-per-day GSTR-3B late fee simply stops appearing in your life, and the money stays in your business where it belongs.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
Continuous filing protects you from the suspension and cancellation proceedings that hit chronic non-filers, so your registration, e-way bill access and ability to issue tax invoices are never suddenly cut off.
Excess balances parked in the electronic cash ledger are identified during regular ledger reviews and either utilised against upcoming liability or claimed back as a refund, instead of sitting interest-free with the government.
Where a genuine error is found in a past period, voluntary payment through DRC-03 before any notice issues closes the matter at minimal cost, instead of letting it ripen into a demand with penalty.
We spot suppliers who stop uploading invoices or filing returns and alert you before their default becomes your blocked credit, letting you recover amounts or switch vendors while the exposure is still small.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
Goodwill Road is a residential street in Nolambur, about 700 m north-east of the centre of Nolambur. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Kavimani Salai (about 250 m); 2nd Block 9th Street 1st Cross street (about 250 m); College Road (about 250 m); Ramalingam saalai (about 300 m) — so a site visit on Goodwill Road can usually be combined with other work in Nolambur on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Goodwill Road falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Nolambur pincode is 600095.

Notification No. 22/2024-Central Tax · 2024-10-08
CBIC notified a special procedure under Section 148 allowing taxpayers against whom orders under Sections 73, 74, 107 or 108 confirmed demands for wrong availment of ITC solely due to the Section 16(4) time limit, and who had not appealed, to apply electronically within six months for rectification. The adjudicating authority must re-examine the demand in light of the retrospective Sections 16(5) and 16(6) and pass a rectified order, ordinarily within three months.
Why this matters: Old ITC-time-limit demands did not need a fresh appeal; a portal rectification application citing this notification could get the order corrected and the demand dropped.
Maharashtra State Power Generation Co Ltd — AAR Maharashtra, Order No. GST-ARA-15/2017/B-30, dated 8 May 2018 (upheld by AAAR) · 2018-05-08
The Maharashtra AAR held that liquidated damages recovered by MAHAGENCO from contractors for delayed completion of works are consideration for tolerating an act under Schedule II entry 5(e) of the CGST Act, classifiable under heading 9997 and taxable at 18 per cent. The AAAR upheld this view. The ruling drove years of demands on contract penalties, until CBIC Circular No. 178/10/2022-GST dated 3 August 2022 substantially narrowed the taxability of such recoveries by clarifying that genuine compensation for breach is not payment for tolerating an act.
Why this matters: Review old contracts where GST was paid or demanded on penalties and delay damages, as later clarifications may support refunds or defence against demands.
56th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 3 September 2025 · 2025-09-03
The 56th GST Council meeting approved the biggest structural reform since 2017, replacing the 5, 12, 18 and 28 per cent slabs with a two-rate structure — a 5 per cent merit rate and an 18 per cent standard rate — plus a 40 per cent de-merit rate for a narrow set of luxury and sin goods. Most items at 12 per cent moved to 5 per cent and most at 28 per cent moved to 18 per cent. The new rates took effect from 22 September 2025 and remain in force.
What it means for you: Every Chennai business had to re-map product rates, reprice stock and update billing software from 22 September 2025 — rate mistakes since then invite scrutiny notices.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.
