Late fees, blocked credit and mismatch notices cost far more than professional help ever will. We complete New GST Registration for Oragadam businesses from Rs.1,499, matching every figure against portal data before anything reaches the department.
We serve businesses on and around 1st Cross Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
This Oragadam is the Ambattur neighbourhood off Oragadam Road and Pudur Main Road, not the SIPCOT industrial corridor of the same name near Sriperumbudur. Its shop-lined lanes around Patel Street, Anna Road and Vijaya Lakshmipuram back onto engineering job-work sheds that feed Ambattur Industrial Estate, a short run down the Vanagaram-Ambattur-Puzhal Road. Machine shops, hardware and steel traders, timber depots, transport godowns and textile retailers file from here, so ITC-04 job-work returns, scrap sales invoicing, e-way bills for inter-unit movement and reverse charge on labour supply dominate. GST compliance in a market like Oragadam rewards consistency — returns that match, credits that reconcile, and records that stand up to scrutiny. Our team provides New GST Registration to businesses throughout Oragadam and nearby Ambattur and Kallikuppam on fixed, transparent fees. From the first document checklist to the final acknowledgement on WhatsApp, the process is structured so nothing depends on memory, luck or a due-date-evening scramble.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
GSTR-1 requires four-digit HSN reporting for turnover up to Rs.5 crore and six digits above it, and a wrong code often means a wrong rate. We verify the classification of what you actually supply, so your invoices and returns rest on defensible codes.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Oragadam are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
No filing leaves our desk on a junior's judgement alone. A senior GST practitioner reviews your figures, ITC claims and tax computation before submission, so errors are caught at our table and not by the department months later through a notice.
New GSTIN applications, core field amendments through REG-14, additional places of business — we prepare complete, query-resistant applications the first time. Clean paperwork is the difference between smooth approval and weeks lost answering clarification memos from the department.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Oragadam would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
From filing the LUT in RFD-11 at the start of each financial year to preparing RFD-01 refund claims with complete annexures, we know what makes a refund file move. Exporters and inverted-duty businesses come to us specifically for this.
You share PAN, Aadhaar, photographs, address proof and bank details over WhatsApp or email. We review each document against portal requirements and flag anything that could trigger an officer query.
We draft Form GST REG-01 with the correct business constitution, principal place of business, HSN or SAC codes and authorised signatory details, then share a summary for your confirmation.
The application is filed on the GST portal and we guide the authorised signatory through Aadhaar OTP authentication, which speeds up approval and usually avoids physical verification of premises.
We track the ARN daily. If the officer issues a notice in Form REG-03 seeking clarification, we draft and file the reply in Form REG-04 within the permitted time.
Once approved, we download your registration certificate in Form REG-06, help set up portal login credentials, and brief you on invoice format, return due dates and e-way bill obligations.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: 3-7 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Excess balances parked in the electronic cash ledger are identified during regular ledger reviews and either utilised against upcoming liability or claimed back as a refund, instead of sitting interest-free with the government.
Large buyers check vendor GST compliance before releasing payments and renewing contracts. A clean filing record with timely GSTR-1 uploads keeps your invoices reflecting in their GSTR-2B and your payments unblocked.
Because turnover in your GST returns is kept aligned with your accounts through the year, income tax filing and statutory audit proceed without the GST-versus-books mismatch queries that now surface routinely through data matching.
When a business winds up, proper cancellation and a timely final return ensure the file is genuinely closed, so no demand or late-fee computation resurfaces against you long after the shutters came down.
You know your expected GST outflow days before the 20th, not on the night of filing. That advance visibility lets you plan payments, collections and bank balances instead of scrambling for funds at the deadline.
Your scheme choice — regular, composition or QRMP — is re-examined as turnover and margins change, so you are always paying under the structure that legitimately costs your business the least.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
1st Cross Road is a residential street in Oragadam, about 1.4 km east of the centre of Oragadam. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — 2nd Main Road (about 100 m); 1st Main Road (about 100 m); 5th Street (about 150 m); 17th Avenue (about 350 m) — so a site visit on 1st Cross Road can usually be combined with other work in Oragadam on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on 1st Cross Road falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Oragadam pincode is 600053.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
A working knowledge of recent instruments and judgments is what separates a defensible filing from a risky one.
51st GST Council Meeting (virtual mode, New Delhi) — 2 August 2023 · 2023-08-02
The 51st meeting recommended amendments to the CGST Act and IGST Act, including Schedule III, to tax supplies in casinos, horse racing and online gaming at 28 per cent. Valuation was fixed at the amount paid or payable to or deposited with the supplier by or on behalf of the player, excluding amounts staked out of winnings of previous games or bets, so the tax applies on entry deposits rather than on every bet. Suppliers of online money gaming located outside India were required to take a single simplified registration, failing which public access to their platforms can be blocked. The Council said the process of amending the Acts would be completed within two months, and the amendments were brought into force from 1 October 2023.
Why this matters: From 1 October 2023, gaming operators must pay 28 per cent on user deposits, and foreign platforms without Indian registration face blocking and enforcement.
Notification No. 19/2025-Central Tax (Rate), dated 31 December 2025 · 2025-12-31
Tobacco products had been left at twenty-eight per cent in Schedule VII when GST 2.0 took effect, pending discharge of the compensation cess loan obligations. This notification omits Schedule VII entirely with effect from 1 February 2026 and moves pan masala, unmanufactured tobacco and refuse, cigars and cigarettes, other manufactured tobacco and nicotine inhalation products into Schedule III at forty per cent. Biris of tariff items 2403 19 21 and 2403 19 29 were placed in Schedule II at eighteen per cent.
What it means for you: Tobacco and pan masala wholesalers in Chennai charge forty per cent on supplies made on or after 1 February 2026, with biris at the lower eighteen per cent rate.
Nithiyashree Ladies Hostel - AAR Tamil Nadu, Advance Ruling No. 77/AAR/2023, dated 4 September 2023 · 2023-09-04
The applicant ran a ladies hostel in premises it had itself taken on rent and supplied accommodation together with food and related services. It sought exemption on the footing that this was renting of residential accommodation. The Authority held the supply classifiable under heading 9963 and taxable at 9 percent central tax and 9 percent State tax, treating hostel accommodation with attached services as a taxable service and not as renting of a residential dwelling for use as a residence.
What it means for you: Chennai hostel and paying guest operators should not assume exemption; the outcome turns on the exact facts and on later High Court rulings.
