Whether you are a first-time registrant or an established trader, GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing in Oragadam deserves a specialist rather than a side job. From Rs.749, our GST-focused Chennai practice runs the entire process on written checklists and senior-reviewed submissions.
We serve businesses on and around Vivekanandar Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Businesses in Oragadam looking for GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing want two things: work done correctly and someone answerable when questions come. This Oragadam is the Ambattur neighbourhood off Oragadam Road and Pudur Main Road, not the SIPCOT industrial corridor of the same name near Sriperumbudur. Its shop-lined lanes around Patel Street, Anna Road and Vijaya Lakshmipuram back onto engineering job-work sheds that feed Ambattur Industrial Estate, a short run down the Vanagaram-Ambattur-Puzhal Road. Machine shops, hardware and steel traders, timber depots, transport godowns and textile retailers file from here, so ITC-04 job-work returns, scrap sales invoicing, e-way bills for inter-unit movement and reverse charge on labour supply dominate. We serve this belt — including Ambattur and Kallikuppam — with fixed fees quoted upfront, a written document checklist, and filings completed ahead of statutory due dates. Every acknowledgement is shared the day it is generated, and our support continues if the department raises any query on work we have filed.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
You receive a WhatsApp message when documents are received, when the draft is ready for your approval, and when the return or application is filed, along with the acknowledgement. You never have to call and ask what is happening with your file.
Sellers on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces face a three-way match between marketplace reports, GSTR-1 and the TCS the operator deposits against your GSTIN. We reconcile all three every period and accept the TCS credit, so sellers in Oragadam never leave marketplace deductions unclaimed.
Quarterly filing still demands monthly attention — IFF uploads so your buyers see their credit on time, and tax payment through PMT-06 by the 25th for the first two months of each quarter. We run that monthly rhythm so QRMP saves you effort without creating gaps.
Every new client receives a review of their recent returns before we file anything — unclaimed credit, GSTR-1 versus GSTR-3B drift, and exposures worth correcting quietly. Businesses in Oragadam often discover in this first review exactly why their previous arrangement was costing them money.
Businesses with registrations in more than one State, or multiple branches under one PAN, face cross-charge, stock transfer and input service distribution questions that single-GSTIN firms never see. We keep all your registrations consistent with each other, not just compliant individually.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Oragadam business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Illness, travel or a family function no longer threatens a deadline. With a standing external process holding your calendar and data trail, filings proceed on schedule whether or not you are at your desk.
Funding rounds, partnerships and business sales all begin with a compliance check. A clean, documented GST history lets you clear that scrutiny quickly instead of watching a deal stall over old filing gaps.
Each period you receive a simple computation showing output tax, credit utilised and net cash payable, so GST becomes a number you understand and question rather than a figure you accept blindly.
When a business winds up, proper cancellation and a timely final return ensure the file is genuinely closed, so no demand or late-fee computation resurfaces against you long after the shutters came down.
Continuous filing protects you from the suspension and cancellation proceedings that hit chronic non-filers, so your registration, e-way bill access and ability to issue tax invoices are never suddenly cut off.
With returns filed ahead of the statutory due dates every period, the Rs.50-per-day GSTR-3B late fee simply stops appearing in your life, and the money stays in your business where it belongs.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
Vivekanandar Street is a residential street in Oragadam, about 700 m south of the centre of Oragadam. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Anbunayagam Street (about 50 m); Anna Road (about 100 m); Panneer Selvam Cross Street (about 250 m); Vanagaram - Ambathur - Puzhal Road (about 250 m) — so a site visit on Vivekanandar Street can usually be combined with other work in Oragadam on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Vivekanandar Street falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Oragadam pincode is 600053.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
We track every notification, circular and judgment that changes a filing position, so your returns and replies reflect the current law.
33rd GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 20 and 24 February 2019 · 2019-02-24
To revive the residential real estate sector, the Council recommended an effective GST rate of five per cent without input tax credit on residential properties outside the affordable segment, and one per cent without input tax credit on affordable housing, with effect from 1 April 2019. The Council reasoned that buyers would get a fair price, that disputes about builders not passing on credit would become irrelevant, and that unutilised credit which used to become a project cost would be removed.
What it means for you: Flat buyers in Chennai pay one or five per cent on under-construction purchases, but the builder cannot claim input credit, so the tax is embedded in the price rather than shown as recoverable.
Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise v. Hongo India (P) Ltd — Supreme Court, (2009) 5 SCC 791, judgment dated 27-03-2009 · 2009-03-27
The Supreme Court held that where a special taxing statute provides a complete code with its own limitation scheme, the general provisions of the Limitation Act permitting condonation of delay do not apply. Delay in filing a reference or appeal beyond the period prescribed by the special statute cannot be condoned. The scheme, language and object of the special Act determine whether the Limitation Act is impliedly excluded.
Practical effect: Chennai businesses must treat GST appeal and revision deadlines as absolute, since general limitation relief is not available.
Saro Enterprises - AAR Tamil Nadu (2018), upheld by AAAR Tamil Nadu, order dated 6 February 2019 · 2018
The applicant made polypropylene and recycled plastic trays used by farmers to raise paddy and vegetable seedlings, and argued that they were agricultural implements. The Authority held that the trays are other articles of plastic under heading 3926 90 99 and are taxable at 9 percent central tax and 9 percent State tax. Use in agriculture does not by itself bring a product within the exempt agricultural implements entry, and the material and the tariff description prevail over the end use.
Why this matters: Chennai suppliers to the farm sector cannot assume exemption merely because the buyer uses the product in agriculture.
