One WhatsApp message is how most of our client relationships began. Send yours today and have GST Notice Reply in Padur handled end to end from Rs.2,999 — fee confirmed in writing first, documents straight from your phone, acknowledgement the day we file.
We serve businesses on and around Patel st — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Padur sits on Rajiv Gandhi Salai between Siruseri SIPCOT and Kelambakkam, where Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science, the Chettinad Health City campus just south at Kelambakkam and gated projects such as Pacifica Aurum and Helios City drive local trade. Co-living hostels, messes, building-material depots and the Bhagawan Fish Market on the Kelambakkam side dominate. Promoters here struggle with the one and five per cent apartment schemes and the reverse-charge shortfall when registered procurement falls below eighty per cent. That commercial character shapes the GST questions we see from Padur every week — registrations, monthly returns, credit mismatches and departmental queries. We deliver GST Notice Reply for businesses in Padur, and clients also reach us from Kelambakkam and Siruseri nearby. Documents move over WhatsApp, drafts are approved before filing, and a senior consultant reviews every submission, so distance from our office never dilutes the quality of the work.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
GSTR-3B late fees run at Rs.50 per day and interest at 18 percent per annum on unpaid tax. Our internal cut-offs sit days ahead of statutory due dates precisely so that our clients never hand the department a rupee they did not owe.
Businesses with registrations in more than one State, or multiple branches under one PAN, face cross-charge, stock transfer and input service distribution questions that single-GSTIN firms never see. We keep all your registrations consistent with each other, not just compliant individually.
Winding up attracts its own GST obligations — the cancellation application, reversal of credit on closing stock, and the final return in GSTR-10 within three months. We close registrations properly so a business you shut in Padur never writes back to you as a demand years later.
Send your query on call or WhatsApp and you hear back the same working day, usually within a few hours. When a due date is close or a notice has landed, waiting two days for a reply is simply not acceptable, and we know it.
Every acknowledgement, challan, computation sheet and filed return is saved and shared with you in an organised folder. When a bank, buyer or GST officer asks for a document from two years ago, it reaches you the same day without any scrambling.
We match your purchase register against GSTR-2B every period, follow up on invoices your suppliers have not uploaded, and ensure every rupee of eligible input tax credit is claimed. Clients routinely recover credit they were silently losing under self-filing.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Whether moving between composition and regular scheme, opting into QRMP, or crossing the e-invoice threshold at Rs.5 crore, transitions are planned in advance rather than discovered after a compliance breach.
Tax positions, rate choices and credit calls are documented as they are made, so if a question arises years later, the reasoning and evidence are on file rather than in someone's fading memory.
Your scheme choice — regular, composition or QRMP — is re-examined as turnover and margins change, so you are always paying under the structure that legitimately costs your business the least.
Sales returns, discounts and price revisions are adjusted through properly reported credit notes within the statutory window, so you never keep paying tax on turnover you have already reversed.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
Interest on delayed GST payment runs at 18 percent per annum, which is costlier than most working capital finance. Timely computation and payment through our calendar keeps that meter permanently at zero.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
Patel st is a residential street in Padur, about 150 m east of the centre of Padur. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Pacifica Aurum Road (about 350 m); Veeranam Road (about 550 m); Pizza Del Helios ave (about 750 m); Rajiv Gandhi Salai (about 850 m) — so a site visit on Patel st can usually be combined with other work in Padur on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Patel st falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Padur pincode is 603103.

19th GST Council Meeting (video conference) — 17 July 2017 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Item 2; CBIC Press Release dated 17 July 2017) · 2017-07-17
Meeting by video conference barely a fortnight after rollout, the Council found that the combination of a twenty-eight per cent rate and the compensation cess rates originally fixed had left cigarettes bearing less tax than under the earlier excise and VAT regime, handing manufacturers a windfall. The Council recommended an increase in the compensation cess rates on cigarettes so as to align the total GST incidence with the pre-GST level, and the revised cess rates were notified with effect from 18 July 2017.
Why this matters: It showed early on that the Council would move within days to correct a rate that produced an unintended windfall, in either direction.
GSTN Advisory, January 2025 — filing of waiver applications under Section 128A · 2025-01
GSTN enabled Forms SPL-01 and SPL-02 on the portal from the first week of January 2025 for the Section 128A waiver scheme, under which taxpayers with Section 73 demands for FY 2017-18 to 2019-20 could get interest and penalty waived by paying the tax in full by 31 March 2025. Advisories explained eligibility, the need to withdraw pending appeals first, and the application deadline of 30 June 2025, with a further June 2025 advisory addressing technical glitches faced while submitting applications.
Why this matters: If you settled 2017-20 demands under the amnesty, preserve the SPL filings and payment proofs; if you missed it, factor full interest into dispute strategy.
Circular No. 186/18/2022-GST · 2022-12-27
The Board clarified two unrelated points. A no claim bonus allowed by an insurer is a permissible discount under Section 15(3)(a) and may be deducted from the value of the insurance service, provided it is shown in the invoice. Separately, where an entity is exempt from the requirement to issue e-invoices, that exemption attaches to the entity as a whole and covers all its supplies, including supplies unrelated to the activity that gave rise to the exemption.
What it means for you: An exempt category business such as a bank, insurer or goods transport agency in Chennai need not issue e-invoices for any of its supplies, not merely its core activity.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.
