Late fees, blocked credit and mismatch notices cost far more than professional help ever will. We complete GST Refund RFD-01 for Pallavaram businesses from Rs.4,999, matching every figure against portal data before anything reaches the department.
We serve businesses on and around Pammal Main Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Pallavaram mixes the historic Friday Market, cantonment-area traders around Cowl Bazaar and airport-belt logistics off the Pallavaram-Thoraipakkam 200 Feet Radial Road. Weekly-market and footwear traders often cross the Rs.40 lakh goods threshold without registering, while leather and export units claiming refunds must file RFD-01 within two years of the relevant date or forfeit the claim. We have supported businesses of exactly this profile with GST Refund RFD-01 across Pallavaram for years, along with clients from Chromepet and Meenambakkam. The engagement is simple: one point of contact, a clear fee, documents over WhatsApp or in person at our Chennai office, and senior review before anything is submitted on the portal. What you get in return is clean filings, archived records and far fewer reasons for the department to write to you.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Every new client receives a review of their recent returns before we file anything — unclaimed credit, GSTR-1 versus GSTR-3B drift, and exposures worth correcting quietly. Businesses in Pallavaram often discover in this first review exactly why their previous arrangement was costing them money.
From filing the LUT in RFD-11 at the start of each financial year to preparing RFD-01 refund claims with complete annexures, we know what makes a refund file move. Exporters and inverted-duty businesses come to us specifically for this.
New GSTIN applications, core field amendments through REG-14, additional places of business — we prepare complete, query-resistant applications the first time. Clean paperwork is the difference between smooth approval and weeks lost answering clarification memos from the department.
Composition dealers have their own rulebook — CMP-08 every quarter, GSTR-4 annually by 30 June, bills of supply instead of tax invoices, and a turnover ceiling that must be watched. We handle each of these correctly so the scheme's simplicity never turns into a violation.
We work with Chennai GST ranges and circles every week, including the jurisdiction covering Pallavaram. We know how local proper officers examine registrations, what supporting documents they routinely call for, and how to present a file so it moves without repeated queries.
You deal with one accountable person who knows your business, your turnover pattern and your filing history. No repeating your story to a new voice every month, and no file falling between two desks when a deadline is approaching.
We identify the correct refund category, confirm the two-year limitation from the relevant date, and compute the admissible amount using the formula prescribed under the rules.
Invoices, shipping bills, FIRCs, the LUT and ledger extracts are compiled into the prescribed statements, and gaps that commonly cause deficiency memos are fixed upfront.
The refund application is filed on the portal with all annexures and declarations, and the acknowledgement in RFD-02 is tracked within the statutory fifteen days.
We respond to any deficiency memo in RFD-03 or show cause notice in RFD-08, appear through written submissions, and pursue provisional refund where the category permits.
We track the sanction order in RFD-06 and payment advice in RFD-05, confirm the credit in your validated bank account, and archive the complete claim file.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Application filed in 3-5 working days; sanction typically within 60 days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Excess balances parked in the electronic cash ledger are identified during regular ledger reviews and either utilised against upcoming liability or claimed back as a refund, instead of sitting interest-free with the government.
Filed returns, challans, reconciliations and working papers are archived in order from day one. If an audit or departmental verification comes, your file is ready the same week, not assembled in a panic.
The 11th and the 20th stop being days of dread. You approve a prepared draft, we file, and the acknowledgement lands on your WhatsApp — month after month, without drama.
Interest on delayed GST payment runs at 18 percent per annum, which is costlier than most working capital finance. Timely computation and payment through our calendar keeps that meter permanently at zero.
Rates, reverse charge, place of supply and blocked credits are applied correctly at the preparation stage, so you neither overpay tax you do not owe nor underpay and invite demands with penalty later.
Statutory windows such as thirty days for an ASMT-11 reply are tracked from the day a notice arrives, so responses go in on time, complete, and with your best case properly presented.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
Pammal Main Road is a primary arterial road in Pallavaram, about 400 m north-west of the centre of Pallavaram. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Arumuga Cherry Street (about 50 m); Pillayar Koil Street (about 100 m); Bajanai Koil Street (about 100 m); Church Road (about 150 m) — so a site visit on Pammal Main Road can usually be combined with other work in Pallavaram on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Pammal Main Road falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Pallavaram pincode is 600043.

GST law moves through notifications, circulars and court decisions. These are the ones changing how filings are prepared right now.
Notification No. 04/2017-Central Tax dated 19.06.2017 · 2017-06-19
This notification designated www.gst.gov.in, managed by the Goods and Services Tax Network, as the Common Goods and Services Tax Electronic Portal for registration, payment of tax, and furnishing of returns. It gives legal status to the portal, which matters because the CGST Act and Rules repeatedly require documents to be filed electronically on the common portal rather than in paper form with a jurisdictional office.
How we apply it: Filings made anywhere other than the notified portal have no legal effect, so a Chennai business cannot discharge a return obligation by emailing or hand-delivering a return to the department.
Britannia Industries Ltd v. Union of India — Gujarat High Court, R/Special Civil Application No. 15473 of 2019, judgment dated 11 March 2020 · 2020-03-11
An SEZ unit had accumulated unutilised IGST credit distributed to it by its Input Service Distributor. The refund was rejected on the ground that Rule 89 permits only the supplier to SEZ to claim refund. The High Court allowed the refund of about Rs. 99 lakh, holding that where an ISD has already distributed the credit there is no supplier who can claim it, and that a circular cannot override Section 54 of the CGST Act to leave the credit permanently stranded.
Why this matters: If credit is genuinely stuck with no other route to recover it, a rigid reading of the refund rules or a circular is not a valid ground for rejection.
GSTN Advisory dated 8 May 2025 — changes in the refund filing process on the portal · 2025-05-08
GSTN removed the requirement to select a refund period in chronological order for certain refund categories, so a claim need not follow strict sequence, and moved those categories to invoice-based filing. For export of services with payment of tax, supplies to special economic zone units with payment of tax, and deemed export claims by the supplier, the applicant uploads the specific invoices in the relevant statement and those invoices are then locked against a repeat claim. All returns due up to the date of the claim must be filed.
Why this matters: Keep returns current and your export invoice register clean, since refunds are now claimed invoice by invoice and each invoice can be used only once.
