We serve businesses on and around Evening Bazaar — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Parrys Corner is Chennai's oldest wholesale trading quarter, packed with textile houses on Godown Street, electronics stalls in Burma Bazaar, furniture rows in Rattan Bazaar and commodity merchants along Rajaji Salai facing the port. Dealers here dispatch goods statewide daily, so e-way bill discipline above Rs.50,000 consignments and reconciling thousands of B2B invoices in GSTR-1 dominate compliance work. That commercial character shapes the GST questions we see from Parrys (George Town) every week — registrations, monthly returns, credit mismatches and departmental queries. We deliver GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing for businesses in Parrys (George Town), and clients also reach us from Mannady and Sowcarpet nearby. Documents move over WhatsApp, drafts are approved before filing, and a senior consultant reviews every submission, so distance from our office never dilutes the quality of the work.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Most GST notices trace back to mismatches between GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B. We reconcile these before filing, not after a notice arrives, so your returns are internally consistent and the most common triggers for ASMT-10 scrutiny simply never appear.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Parrys (George Town) business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
We work with Chennai GST ranges and circles every week, including the jurisdiction covering Parrys (George Town). We know how local proper officers examine registrations, what supporting documents they routinely call for, and how to present a file so it moves without repeated queries.
Every new client receives a review of their recent returns before we file anything — unclaimed credit, GSTR-1 versus GSTR-3B drift, and exposures worth correcting quietly. Businesses in Parrys (George Town) often discover in this first review exactly why their previous arrangement was costing them money.
If a query, ASMT-10 scrutiny notice or DRC-01 arrives on a return we filed, we stand behind our work and help you draft the reply. You are not left alone with a departmental letter and a thirty-day clock ticking against you.
Goods sent to job workers must move on delivery challans, return within the statutory period, and be reported in ITC-04. We track every outward and return leg for manufacturing clients in Parrys (George Town), so inputs sent out for processing never quietly convert into a deemed supply carrying tax and interest.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Your billing staff are guided on invoice fields, rates and series discipline, so mistakes are prevented where they originate — at the counter — instead of being repaired later in the returns.
Advances received for services attract GST on receipt while advances for goods generally do not; applying this distinction correctly means you neither prepay tax unnecessarily nor omit a liability that surfaces later with interest.
When a query or verification comes, you respond through a professional who deals with the department regularly, in the department's own language and format, instead of facing an officer's letter alone.
Illness, travel or a family function no longer threatens a deadline. With a standing external process holding your calendar and data trail, filings proceed on schedule whether or not you are at your desk.
Funding rounds, partnerships and business sales all begin with a compliance check. A clean, documented GST history lets you clear that scrutiny quickly instead of watching a deal stall over old filing gaps.
Correct e-way bills matched to correct invoices mean your consignments clear roadside inspections cleanly, avoiding detention proceedings whose penalties can far exceed the tax on the goods being carried.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |

Tvl. Rising International Co. v. Commissioner of Central GST and Central Excise — Madras High Court (Madurai Bench), W.P.(MD) No. 12152 of 2020, decided 6 October 2020 (G.R. Swaminathan J.) · 2020-10-06
An importer of toys challenged seizure and prohibition orders issued during a GST inspection. The Madras High Court partly allowed the petition, sustaining the seizure but modifying the prohibition order and directing provisional release of the goods on a personal bond plus a deposit of Rs. 2 lakh. The Court noted that the officers had not produced the material on which their reason to believe was founded, and took into account the severe business disruption caused by the pandemic.
What to do about it: Seized stock can often be released provisionally on bond and a modest deposit while the investigation continues, instead of remaining locked up indefinitely.
Circular No. 123/42/2019-GST dated 11 November 2019 · 2019-11-11
CBIC explained the newly inserted rule 36(4). The restriction is not supplier-wise but is computed on a consolidated basis for all invoices not appearing in GSTR-2A. The amount of eligible credit is determined from GSTR-2A as on the due date for filing GSTR-1 by suppliers for that month. A taxpayer may therefore claim only twenty per cent more than the credit reflected in GSTR-2A, and the balance may be claimed in a later month once the supplier uploads the invoice.
What it means for you: This circular began the era of credit being tied to supplier filings, and monthly reconciliation of purchases with GSTR-2A or 2B is now unavoidable.
Entry 18, Notification No. 12/2017-Central Tax (Rate) dated 28.06.2017 · 2017-06-28
Entry 18 exempts transportation of goods by road and by inland waterways, but carves out two categories: a goods transport agency and a courier agency. The practical effect is that a truck owner who simply carries goods without issuing a consignment note supplies an exempt service, while a transporter who issues a consignment note becomes a goods transport agency and his service is taxable, usually in the hands of the recipient under reverse charge. The consignment note is therefore the dividing line between exemption and taxability.
How we apply it: Before paying reverse charge on a Chennai freight bill, check whether the transporter actually issued a consignment note, because a plain lorry hire without one is exempt.
