Most of it happens without you leaving your shop counter. Share your documents on WhatsApp, approve the prepared draft, and your GST Notice Reply is completed on the portal from Rs.2,999 — by a Chennai team that businesses across Perungalathur have relied on for years.
We serve businesses on and around 1st Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Perungalathur is where the Chennai Bypass Expressway meets GST Road beside the Perungalathur Maempalam, ringing New Perungalathur railway station with warehouses, timber and plywood depots, automobile showrooms, driving schools, grain wholesalers and highway eateries along Nehru Main Road and Kamaraj High Road. Warehouse operators and interstate suppliers live on e-way bills and transporter reverse charge, and roving-squad detentions under Section 129 are a recurring pain. That commercial character shapes the GST questions we see from Perungalathur every week — registrations, monthly returns, credit mismatches and departmental queries. We deliver GST Notice Reply for businesses in Perungalathur, and clients also reach us from Tambaram and Irumbuliyur nearby. Documents move over WhatsApp, drafts are approved before filing, and a senior consultant reviews every submission, so distance from our office never dilutes the quality of the work.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
GST is confusing enough without a language barrier. Our team explains notices, tax positions and filing requirements in plain Tamil or English, whichever you and your staff in Perungalathur are comfortable with, and keeps written communication simple and jargon-free.
Every acknowledgement, challan, computation sheet and filed return is saved and shared with you in an organised folder. When a bank, buyer or GST officer asks for a document from two years ago, it reaches you the same day without any scrambling.
From filing the LUT in RFD-11 at the start of each financial year to preparing RFD-01 refund claims with complete annexures, we know what makes a refund file move. Exporters and inverted-duty businesses come to us specifically for this.
Composition dealers have their own rulebook — CMP-08 every quarter, GSTR-4 annually by 30 June, bills of supply instead of tax invoices, and a turnover ceiling that must be watched. We handle each of these correctly so the scheme's simplicity never turns into a violation.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Perungalathur would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
Winding up attracts its own GST obligations — the cancellation application, reversal of credit on closing stock, and the final return in GSTR-10 within three months. We close registrations properly so a business you shut in Perungalathur never writes back to you as a demand years later.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Large buyers check vendor GST compliance before releasing payments and renewing contracts. A clean filing record with timely GSTR-1 uploads keeps your invoices reflecting in their GSTR-2B and your payments unblocked.
Systematic GSTR-2B matching and supplier follow-up mean input tax credit that was leaking away under self-filing is captured each month, directly reducing the cash you pay out with every GSTR-3B.
The hours you or your accountant spent wrestling with the portal, JSON errors and reconciliations every month return to sales, operations and customers, while trained hands manage the compliance in the background.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
Continuous filing protects you from the suspension and cancellation proceedings that hit chronic non-filers, so your registration, e-way bill access and ability to issue tax invoices are never suddenly cut off.
Funding rounds, partnerships and business sales all begin with a compliance check. A clean, documented GST history lets you clear that scrutiny quickly instead of watching a deal stall over old filing gaps.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
1st Street is a residential street in Perungalathur, about 2.2 km north of the centre of Perungalathur. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Balakrishnan Nagar (about 350 m); 2nd Street (about 400 m); 7th Street (about 600 m); 8th Cross Street (about 700 m) — so a site visit on 1st Street can usually be combined with other work in Perungalathur on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on 1st Street falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Perungalathur pincode is 600063.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
A working knowledge of recent instruments and judgments is what separates a defensible filing from a risky one.
Coronation Arts Crafts - AAR Tamil Nadu, Advance Ruling No. 19/ARA/2022, dated 31 May 2022 · 2022-05-31
A printing house printed leaflets and similar material using content supplied by the customer but paper, ink and other physical inputs of its own. It asked for the correct classification and rate. The Authority held that this is a composite supply in which the printing service is the principal supply, and the supply is therefore taxable at 18 percent. The customer supplying only the content or artwork did not alter the classification.
Why this matters: A Chennai printer supplying its own paper should charge 18 percent on job printed leaflets instead of assuming a lower book rate.
Best Crop Science (P) Ltd v. Principal Commissioner, CGST Commissionerate, Meerut — Delhi High Court, judgment dated 24 September 2024 · 2024-09-24
Deciding a batch of petitions, the High Court held that Rule 86A permits an officer to disallow debit only of the input tax credit actually available in the electronic credit ledger on the date of the order. Creating an artificial negative balance so that credit accruing later is also blocked is impermissible. The Court emphasised that Rule 86A is a temporary protective measure and not a recovery tool, and therefore must be construed strictly.
How we apply it: Negative blocking of the credit ledger is now squarely disapproved — raise it immediately if your ledger is blocked for more than the balance you held.
35th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 21 June 2019 · 2019-06-21
At the first meeting chaired by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, the Council decided to introduce an electronic invoicing system in a phase-wise manner for business-to-business transactions. The press release recorded that e-invoicing would help taxpayers with backward integration and automation of tax-relevant processes and would help authorities combat evasion, with Phase 1 proposed to be voluntary and rolled out from January 2020. This decision is the origin of the Invoice Registration Portal, the IRN and the QR code now mandatory for most mid-sized and large businesses.
What to do about it: Every later e-invoicing threshold reduction, down to the Rs 5 crore limit now applicable, traces back to this decision, so businesses crossing a threshold must set up e-invoicing from the first day of the next financial year.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.
