The 11th and the 20th arrive every month whether you are ready or not. Our Chennai team keeps businesses in Perungalathur permanently ahead of both, delivering GST Notice Reply from Rs.2,999 with reconciliation, senior review and WhatsApp acknowledgements as standard.
We serve businesses on and around Bharathi Cross Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Perungalathur is where the Chennai Bypass Expressway meets GST Road beside the Perungalathur Maempalam, ringing New Perungalathur railway station with warehouses, timber and plywood depots, automobile showrooms, driving schools, grain wholesalers and highway eateries along Nehru Main Road and Kamaraj High Road. Warehouse operators and interstate suppliers live on e-way bills and transporter reverse charge, and roving-squad detentions under Section 129 are a recurring pain. Years of working in and around Perungalathur have shown us where GST trouble actually begins here — supplier defaults, classification doubts and deadlines lost in busy trading weeks. Our GST Notice Reply is built to close precisely those gaps, and the same team supports businesses in Tambaram and Irumbuliyur, each with one point of contact and a compliance calendar maintained on their behalf.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Perungalathur would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
We work with Chennai GST ranges and circles every week, including the jurisdiction covering Perungalathur. We know how local proper officers examine registrations, what supporting documents they routinely call for, and how to present a file so it moves without repeated queries.
You deal with one accountable person who knows your business, your turnover pattern and your filing history. No repeating your story to a new voice every month, and no file falling between two desks when a deadline is approaching.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Perungalathur are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
Businesses with registrations in more than one State, or multiple branches under one PAN, face cross-charge, stock transfer and input service distribution questions that single-GSTIN firms never see. We keep all your registrations consistent with each other, not just compliant individually.
If your GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B start drifting apart, if a large supplier stops filing, or if your turnover approaches the e-invoice threshold, we flag it to you immediately. Early warnings from our side are cheaper than departmental letters later.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Advances received for services attract GST on receipt while advances for goods generally do not; applying this distinction correctly means you neither prepay tax unnecessarily nor omit a liability that surfaces later with interest.
Illness, travel or a family function no longer threatens a deadline. With a standing external process holding your calendar and data trail, filings proceed on schedule whether or not you are at your desk.
Excess balances parked in the electronic cash ledger are identified during regular ledger reviews and either utilised against upcoming liability or claimed back as a refund, instead of sitting interest-free with the government.
Loan applications and government tenders routinely demand GST returns and registration documents. With everything filed and archived properly, you can produce a complete compliance file within hours instead of days.
A fixed professional fee is almost always cheaper than the combination of late fees, interest, lost credit and staff hours that informal, last-minute compliance quietly accumulates over a year.
The hours you or your accountant spent wrestling with the portal, JSON errors and reconciliations every month return to sales, operations and customers, while trained hands manage the compliance in the background.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
Bharathi Cross Street is a residential street in Perungalathur, about 800 m north-east of the centre of Perungalathur. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Bharathi Street (about 50 m); Balaji Street (about 150 m); Kalaignar Nedunchalai (about 150 m); Perungalathur Maempalam (about 250 m) — so a site visit on Bharathi Cross Street can usually be combined with other work in Perungalathur on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Bharathi Cross Street falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Perungalathur pincode is 600063.

We track every notification, circular and judgment that changes a filing position, so your returns and replies reflect the current law.
Oryx Fisheries (P) Ltd v. Union of India — Supreme Court, (2010) 13 SCC 427, judgment dated 29-10-2010 · 2010-10-29
The Supreme Court held that a show cause notice must genuinely give the noticee an opportunity to be heard and must not read as though the authority has already made up its mind. Where the notice is couched in language showing that guilt or liability has been pre-determined, the exercise becomes an empty formality and violates natural justice. Such a notice is liable to be quashed even before adjudication.
How we apply it: A Chennai business receiving a DRC-01 that states conclusions as settled facts can challenge it for pre-judgment and denial of a fair hearing.
Notification No. 76/2018-Central Tax dated 31.12.2018 · 2018-12-31
This notification prescribed the due dates for FORM GSTR-3B and waived the late fee under section 47 for registered persons who failed to furnish GSTR-3B for the months from July 2017 to September 2018 by the due date, where the pending returns were furnished between 22 December 2018 and 31 March 2019. It also restated the capped late fee of Rs 25 per day, and Rs 10 per day for nil returns.
Practical effect: This is the companion amnesty for GSTR-3B, and a Chennai business facing a stale late fee demand for that period should check whether its return fell inside the waiver window.
Shree Dipesh Anilkumar Naik — AAR Gujarat, Advance Ruling No. GUJ/GAAR/R/2020/11, dated 19 May 2020; position subsequently clarified by CBIC Circular No. 177/09/2022-TRU, dated 3 August 2022 · 2020-05-19
A landowner obtained approval to develop agricultural land into residential plots and proposed to sell the plots after laying roads, drainage, water lines and other common facilities required by the plan sanction. The Gujarat Authority for Advance Ruling held that the sale price includes the value of development works, so the transaction is a taxable supply of construction service and not a bare sale of land. CBIC later clarified that sale of land after levelling, laying drainage lines and similar works is still sale of land under Schedule III and outside GST.
Practical effect: Plot developers should read the 2022 CBIC clarification alongside older adverse rulings before conceding GST on plot sales or on development charges.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.

The analyser reports what your notice says and the statutory position for that form. It is not a substitute for a consultant reading your actual records, and a reply should be reviewed before you file it.
