Searching for dependable GST Refund RFD-01 near Royapuram? Our Chennai GST practice completes it from Rs.4,999 with a written checklist, senior-reviewed preparation and full acknowledgement copies, so you always know exactly where your work stands.
We serve businesses on and around Kasimedu Fishing Harbour — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Royapuram lives off the sea and the port: the Kasimedu fishing harbour drives seafood traders, processors and exporters, while Cochrane Basin Road and Thiruvottiyur High Road host logistics yards, cold storages and marine hardware suppliers. Seafood exporters here must keep the LUT under RFD-11 renewed every financial year and chase RFD-01 refunds within the two-year window, which is the area's biggest GST task. Against that backdrop, GST Refund RFD-01 in Royapuram demands more than data entry — it needs reconciliation before filing, correct classification and awareness of what local officers examine. Our Chennai team provides exactly that to clients in Royapuram, Tondiarpet and Old Washermanpet, with same-day responses on working days and WhatsApp updates at every stage. Most routine engagements complete within one to two working days once documents are in hand.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
You deal with one accountable person who knows your business, your turnover pattern and your filing history. No repeating your story to a new voice every month, and no file falling between two desks when a deadline is approaching.
Quarterly filing still demands monthly attention — IFF uploads so your buyers see their credit on time, and tax payment through PMT-06 by the 25th for the first two months of each quarter. We run that monthly rhythm so QRMP saves you effort without creating gaps.
Traders, manufacturers, contractors, e-commerce sellers, professionals and service exporters — we have handled GST for all of them. Whatever mix of goods and services your Royapuram business supplies, the rate, classification and place-of-supply questions have almost certainly crossed our desk before.
Freight paid to transporters, advocate fees, imported services and other notified supplies attract GST under reverse charge, with self-invoicing where the supplier is unregistered. We maintain a running RCM check every period, because this is the liability self-filers most consistently miss.
We work with Chennai GST ranges and circles every week, including the jurisdiction covering Royapuram. We know how local proper officers examine registrations, what supporting documents they routinely call for, and how to present a file so it moves without repeated queries.
Every new client receives a review of their recent returns before we file anything — unclaimed credit, GSTR-1 versus GSTR-3B drift, and exposures worth correcting quietly. Businesses in Royapuram often discover in this first review exactly why their previous arrangement was costing them money.
We identify the correct refund category, confirm the two-year limitation from the relevant date, and compute the admissible amount using the formula prescribed under the rules.
Invoices, shipping bills, FIRCs, the LUT and ledger extracts are compiled into the prescribed statements, and gaps that commonly cause deficiency memos are fixed upfront.
The refund application is filed on the portal with all annexures and declarations, and the acknowledgement in RFD-02 is tracked within the statutory fifteen days.
We respond to any deficiency memo in RFD-03 or show cause notice in RFD-08, appear through written submissions, and pursue provisional refund where the category permits.
We track the sanction order in RFD-06 and payment advice in RFD-05, confirm the credit in your validated bank account, and archive the complete claim file.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Application filed in 3-5 working days; sanction typically within 60 days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Because turnover in your GST returns is kept aligned with your accounts through the year, income tax filing and statutory audit proceed without the GST-versus-books mismatch queries that now surface routinely through data matching.
When a query or verification comes, you respond through a professional who deals with the department regularly, in the department's own language and format, instead of facing an officer's letter alone.
E-commerce platforms continuously validate seller GSTINs and filing status. A consistently compliant registration keeps your listings active and settlements flowing, with no sudden suspension of your online sales channel.
Correct e-way bills matched to correct invoices mean your consignments clear roadside inspections cleanly, avoiding detention proceedings whose penalties can far exceed the tax on the goods being carried.
When GST knowledge lives inside a single staff member, their resignation becomes a compliance crisis. With our firm as the standing process, your filings continue uninterrupted regardless of internal staff changes.
Statutory windows such as thirty days for an ASMT-11 reply are tracked from the day a notice arrives, so responses go in on time, complete, and with your best case properly presented.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |

Toshniwal Brothers (SR) Pvt Ltd — AAR Karnataka, Advance Ruling No. KAR ADRG 23/2018, dated 19 September 2018 · 2018-09-19
The applicant promoted the products of overseas manufacturers in India and also carried out installation, commissioning and after-sales support for Indian customers, billing the foreign principal in convertible foreign exchange. The Karnataka Authority for Advance Ruling held that this activity facilitates the supply between the foreign principal and the Indian customer, making the applicant an intermediary. The place of supply is therefore in India and the receipts do not qualify as export of service.
Practical effect: Chennai firms invoicing foreign principals for marketing or support work should test the intermediary risk before treating the receipts as zero-rated exports.
Notification No. 33/2023-Central Tax · 2023-07-31
CBIC notified 'Account Aggregator', as defined under the RBI's NBFC-Account Aggregator directions, as a system with which the GST common portal may share taxpayer information under Section 158A. Sharing happens only with the taxpayer's explicit consent and covers registration particulars, returns filed and outward supply details. The framework lets banks and NBFCs verify GST turnover digitally instead of relying on manually submitted statements when assessing working capital and MSME loan applications.
Why this matters: Keeping GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings current now directly improves loan eligibility, because lenders can pull verified GST turnover straight from the portal with your consent.
GSTN Advisory dated 8 May 2025 — changes in the refund filing process on the portal · 2025-05-08
GSTN removed the requirement to select a refund period in chronological order for certain refund categories, so a claim need not follow strict sequence, and moved those categories to invoice-based filing. For export of services with payment of tax, supplies to special economic zone units with payment of tax, and deemed export claims by the supplier, the applicant uploads the specific invoices in the relevant statement and those invoices are then locked against a repeat claim. All returns due up to the date of the claim must be filed.
What to do about it: Keep returns current and your export invoice register clean, since refunds are now claimed invoice by invoice and each invoice can be used only once.
