Reliable GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing for Sriperumbudur businesses at a clear, fixed fee starting Rs.749. We handle the documentation, portal work and follow-up, you approve the draft before anything is filed, and the acknowledgement reaches you on WhatsApp the moment the filing goes through.
We serve businesses on and around Kodambakkam - Sriperumbudur Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
GST does not distinguish between a large showroom and a small service unit — the due dates and matching systems apply equally to both. Sriperumbudur pairs the Adikesava Perumal Temple of Ramanuja's birthplace with one of India's largest electronics and auto manufacturing belts, the SIPCOT Industrial Park on the Chennai-Bengaluru highway hosting Samsung, Saint-Gobain and a long chain of component vendors. Suppliers to SEZ units here must bill zero-rated under LUT, while vendor factories face mandatory e-invoicing above Rs.5 crore turnover and ITC-04 reporting on job work flows. That is why our GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing engagements in Sriperumbudur follow the same discipline whatever the client's size: written checklists, reconciliation before filing and every acknowledgement archived. Businesses from Irungattukottai and Sunguvarchatram run on the same process, entirely over WhatsApp if they prefer.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Every new client receives a review of their recent returns before we file anything — unclaimed credit, GSTR-1 versus GSTR-3B drift, and exposures worth correcting quietly. Businesses in Sriperumbudur often discover in this first review exactly why their previous arrangement was costing them money.
Most GST notices trace back to mismatches between GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B. We reconcile these before filing, not after a notice arrives, so your returns are internally consistent and the most common triggers for ASMT-10 scrutiny simply never appear.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Sriperumbudur business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
You are told the full fee before we begin, in writing. No surprise additions for uploads, revisions or acknowledgements. Government fees and taxes, where applicable, are shown separately, so businesses in Sriperumbudur always know exactly what the engagement costs them.
If a query, ASMT-10 scrutiny notice or DRC-01 arrives on a return we filed, we stand behind our work and help you draft the reply. You are not left alone with a departmental letter and a thirty-day clock ticking against you.
The annual return and, where turnover crosses Rs.5 crore, the self-certified reconciliation statement in GSTR-9C are prepared by the same team that filed your monthly returns. Nothing about your year has to be rediscovered or explained to a stranger in December.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Your scheme choice — regular, composition or QRMP — is re-examined as turnover and margins change, so you are always paying under the structure that legitimately costs your business the least.
Loan applications and government tenders routinely demand GST returns and registration documents. With everything filed and archived properly, you can produce a complete compliance file within hours instead of days.
When a business winds up, proper cancellation and a timely final return ensure the file is genuinely closed, so no demand or late-fee computation resurfaces against you long after the shutters came down.
Sales returns, discounts and price revisions are adjusted through properly reported credit notes within the statutory window, so you never keep paying tax on turnover you have already reversed.
Each period you receive a simple computation showing output tax, credit utilised and net cash payable, so GST becomes a number you understand and question rather than a figure you accept blindly.
Filed returns, challans, reconciliations and working papers are archived in order from day one. If an audit or departmental verification comes, your file is ready the same week, not assembled in a panic.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |

9th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 16 January 2017 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Item 5) · 2017-01-16
With the revised model law still to be brought back to the Council, the fitment of rates incomplete and taxpayers needing time to configure their accounting systems, the Council unanimously agreed to extend the GST rollout date to 1 July 2017. Maharashtra, Assam and Bihar had pressed for 1 April 2017, Assam adding that changing the tax regime in the middle of a financial year was undesirable, but the Chairperson observed that the legal and rate work would spill into March 2017 and that an April deadline had become a major challenge. Tamil Nadu and Karnataka supported 1 July 2017 as the more practical date.
Practical effect: GST law in India runs from 1 July 2017, so the first return periods, the first annual return and all transitional credit deadlines are measured from that date.
Entry 4, Notification No. 13/2017-Central Tax (Rate) dated 28.06.2017 · 2017-06-28
Sponsorship services supplied by any person to a body corporate or partnership firm located in the taxable territory were placed under reverse charge, so the sponsor paying for naming rights, event branding or team sponsorship had to discharge the tax. The entry has since been narrowed: on the recommendation of the GST Council at its 55th meeting, sponsorship services supplied by body corporates were moved to forward charge, leaving reverse charge to apply mainly where the sponsorship provider is not a body corporate.
What it means for you: A Chennai company sponsoring a sports event or cultural programme must check whether the organiser is a body corporate before deciding to pay under reverse charge or accept a tax-charged invoice.
Circular No. 109/28/2019-GST dated 22 July 2019 · 2019-07-22
CBIC clarified that maintenance charged by a resident welfare association is exempt where it does not exceed Rs 7,500 per member per month, a limit raised from Rs 5,000 with effect from 25 January 2018. An association is liable to register only if its annual turnover exceeds Rs 20 lakh and its charges exceed Rs 7,500. Where the limit is crossed, tax is payable on the entire amount and not merely the excess. A member owning two flats gets the limit separately for each, and the association can claim input tax credit.
How we apply it: Apartment associations across Chennai should test both the Rs 20 lakh turnover and the Rs 7,500 per-flat tests, and remember that crossing the limit taxes the whole amount.
