Most of it happens without you leaving your shop counter. Share your documents on WhatsApp, approve the prepared draft, and your GST Notice Reply is completed on the portal from Rs.2,999 — by a Chennai team that businesses across Thirumangalam have relied on for years.
We serve businesses on and around Padi Kuppam Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Thirumangalam junction, where Jawaharlal Nehru Salai meets Anna Nagar 2nd Avenue beside the metro station and VR Chennai mall, has become a showroom strip for jewellery, textiles, furniture and electronics chains spilling into Anna Nagar West Extension. High-volume B2C billing with occasional B2B orders makes correct GSTR-1 bifurcation and e-invoice applicability checks the daily compliance concern for retailers here. From a first registration to the annual return, the full range of GST Notice Reply is available to Thirumangalam businesses without stepping far from the shop or office — documents travel over WhatsApp, and our Chennai premises are open to anyone who prefers a face-to-face discussion. We serve Anna Nagar and Mogappair on the same footing, applying one rule everywhere: reconcile before filing, file before the due date, and keep the client informed at every stage.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
In the days before the 11th and the 20th, our team runs extended hours and a strict internal queue, so a client who sends data late in the window is still filed on time. Peak-season crush at our end never becomes a late fee at yours.
No filing leaves our desk on a junior's judgement alone. A senior GST practitioner reviews your figures, ITC claims and tax computation before submission, so errors are caught at our table and not by the department months later through a notice.
Most GST notices trace back to mismatches between GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B. We reconcile these before filing, not after a notice arrives, so your returns are internally consistent and the most common triggers for ASMT-10 scrutiny simply never appear.
Freight paid to transporters, advocate fees, imported services and other notified supplies attract GST under reverse charge, with self-invoicing where the supplier is unregistered. We maintain a running RCM check every period, because this is the liability self-filers most consistently miss.
A new GSTIN comes with obligations nobody explains at approval — the invoice series rules, displaying the registration certificate and GSTIN at your premises, and the first return cycle. We walk new registrants in Thirumangalam through each of these so month one starts correctly.
GSTR-3B late fees run at Rs.50 per day and interest at 18 percent per annum on unpaid tax. Our internal cut-offs sit days ahead of statutory due dates precisely so that our clients never hand the department a rupee they did not owe.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Your billing staff are guided on invoice fields, rates and series discipline, so mistakes are prevented where they originate — at the counter — instead of being repaired later in the returns.
With the LUT filed at the start of each financial year and refund claims tracked to credit, exporters supply without blocking funds in IGST and recover accumulated credit on schedule.
Correct e-way bills matched to correct invoices mean your consignments clear roadside inspections cleanly, avoiding detention proceedings whose penalties can far exceed the tax on the goods being carried.
A fixed professional fee is almost always cheaper than the combination of late fees, interest, lost credit and staff hours that informal, last-minute compliance quietly accumulates over a year.
Where a genuine error is found in a past period, voluntary payment through DRC-03 before any notice issues closes the matter at minimal cost, instead of letting it ripen into a demand with penalty.
When a business winds up, proper cancellation and a timely final return ensure the file is genuinely closed, so no demand or late-fee computation resurfaces against you long after the shutters came down.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
Padi Kuppam Road is a main connecting road in Thirumangalam, about 1.2 km south-west of the centre of Thirumangalam. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Padikuppam Road (about 0 m); Valaiyapathy Road (about 400 m); Nehru Street (about 700 m); Thiruvalluvar Street (about 750 m) — so a site visit on Padi Kuppam Road can usually be combined with other work in Thirumangalam on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Padi Kuppam Road falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Thirumangalam pincode is 600040.

Notification No. 9/2025-Central Tax (Rate), dated 17 September 2025, Schedules IV, V and VI · 2025-09-17
Schedule IV at 1.5 per cent central tax, that is three per cent combined, covers pearls, silver, gold, platinum, base metals clad with precious metal, articles of jewellery, goldsmiths' and silversmiths' wares, imitation jewellery and coin. Schedule V at 0.125 per cent, that is 0.25 per cent combined, covers rough or simply sawn diamonds and unworked precious and semi-precious stones. Schedule VI at 0.75 per cent, that is 1.5 per cent combined, covers cut and polished diamonds and worked synthetic stones.
Practical effect: Jewellers in Chennai continue to charge three per cent on ornaments, with the separate making charge taxed as a service, so no repricing was needed in September 2025.
3rd GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 18-19 October 2016 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Item 2) · 2016-10-18
The Chairperson offered a compromise between a fixed 13 per cent growth rate, an average of three of the preceding five years' growth after removing the highest and lowest, and a 14 per cent rate pressed by Kerala and Assam. The Council unanimously agreed that projected State revenue for compensation purposes would grow at a flat 14 per cent per year from the 2015-16 base, with CST in that base counted at the actual 2 per cent. This single number determined the size of the compensation bill for the five-year guarantee period and, when actual GST collections fell short of it, drove the compensation cess extensions and the back-to-back borrowing arrangements of later years.
Why this matters: The 14 per cent guarantee is the reason compensation cess outlived its original five-year sunset, so cess-bearing goods remain costlier than the headline GST rate suggests.
Shree Dipesh Anilkumar Naik — AAR Gujarat, Advance Ruling No. GUJ/GAAR/R/2020/11, dated 19 May 2020; position subsequently clarified by CBIC Circular No. 177/09/2022-TRU, dated 3 August 2022 · 2020-05-19
A landowner obtained approval to develop agricultural land into residential plots and proposed to sell the plots after laying roads, drainage, water lines and other common facilities required by the plan sanction. The Gujarat Authority for Advance Ruling held that the sale price includes the value of development works, so the transaction is a taxable supply of construction service and not a bare sale of land. CBIC later clarified that sale of land after levelling, laying drainage lines and similar works is still sale of land under Schedule III and outside GST.
Why this matters: Plot developers should read the 2022 CBIC clarification alongside older adverse rulings before conceding GST on plot sales or on development charges.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.
