GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing in Thirumullaivoyal does not have to mean portal errors, guesswork and due-date tension. For a fixed fee starting Rs.749, an accountable Chennai practice prepares, reconciles, reviews and files — and remains answerable long after the acknowledgement arrives.
We serve businesses on and around Abhirami Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Thirumullaivoyal spreads either side of the Chennai-Tiruttani (CTH) Road between Ambattur Industrial Estate and Avadi, with the Masilamaniswarar temple at its core and Tirumullaivoyal Road, Pallavan Main Road and Thirukkural Main Road lined with hardware, electrical and textile shops, while machining and auto-component job-work sheds feed the Ambattur estate. Job workers here face ITC-04 and delivery challan compliance, and CTH Road traders meet frequent e-way bill verification. GST compliance in a market like Thirumullaivoyal rewards consistency — returns that match, credits that reconcile, and records that stand up to scrutiny. Our team provides GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing to businesses throughout Thirumullaivoyal and nearby Ambattur and Avadi on fixed, transparent fees. From the first document checklist to the final acknowledgement on WhatsApp, the process is structured so nothing depends on memory, luck or a due-date-evening scramble.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
A registration cancelled for non-filing is not the end of the road. We bring the pending returns up to date, clear the dues and file the revocation application in REG-21 within the permitted window, restoring suspended and cancelled GSTINs to active status.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Thirumullaivoyal are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
The annual return and, where turnover crosses Rs.5 crore, the self-certified reconciliation statement in GSTR-9C are prepared by the same team that filed your monthly returns. Nothing about your year has to be rediscovered or explained to a stranger in December.
Winding up attracts its own GST obligations — the cancellation application, reversal of credit on closing stock, and the final return in GSTR-10 within three months. We close registrations properly so a business you shut in Thirumullaivoyal never writes back to you as a demand years later.
Businesses with registrations in more than one State, or multiple branches under one PAN, face cross-charge, stock transfer and input service distribution questions that single-GSTIN firms never see. We keep all your registrations consistent with each other, not just compliant individually.
GSTR-1 requires four-digit HSN reporting for turnover up to Rs.5 crore and six digits above it, and a wrong code often means a wrong rate. We verify the classification of what you actually supply, so your invoices and returns rest on defensible codes.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Correct e-way bills matched to correct invoices mean your consignments clear roadside inspections cleanly, avoiding detention proceedings whose penalties can far exceed the tax on the goods being carried.
Continuous filing protects you from the suspension and cancellation proceedings that hit chronic non-filers, so your registration, e-way bill access and ability to issue tax invoices are never suddenly cut off.
Advances received for services attract GST on receipt while advances for goods generally do not; applying this distinction correctly means you neither prepay tax unnecessarily nor omit a liability that surfaces later with interest.
The 11th and the 20th stop being days of dread. You approve a prepared draft, we file, and the acknowledgement lands on your WhatsApp — month after month, without drama.
When a business winds up, proper cancellation and a timely final return ensure the file is genuinely closed, so no demand or late-fee computation resurfaces against you long after the shutters came down.
Because monthly data is reconciled as it happens, GSTR-9 preparation before the 31 December due date becomes a review exercise rather than a painful reconstruction of twelve untidy months.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
Abhirami Street is a residential street in Thirumullaivoyal, about 750 m south-west of the centre of Thirumullaivoyal. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Border Street (about 0 m); Chennai - Tiruttani - Renigunta Road (about 250 m); 3rd Cross (about 300 m); 2nd Cross Road (about 400 m) — so a site visit on Abhirami Street can usually be combined with other work in Thirumullaivoyal on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Abhirami Street falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Thirumullaivoyal pincode is 600062.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
A working knowledge of recent instruments and judgments is what separates a defensible filing from a risky one.
Circular No. 137/07/2020-GST dated 13 April 2020 · 2020-04-13
CBIC answered questions arising from cancelled bookings and returned goods. Where an advance was received, tax paid and an invoice issued, and the contract was later cancelled, the supplier issues a credit note under section 34 and adjusts the liability; where only a receipt voucher was issued, he issues a refund voucher and claims refund of the excess tax paid in FORM GST RFD-01. It also confirmed that a Letter of Undertaking for 2020-21 could be filed up to 30 June 2020 while quoting the previous year's LUT number.
How we apply it: Tax paid on an advance for an order that never happened is recoverable, but only through the correct credit note or refund voucher route.
Notification No. 22/2019-Central Tax (Rate) dated 30.09.2019 · 2019-09-30
This notification added renting of a motor vehicle designed to carry passengers, where the cost of fuel is included in the consideration, to the services reverse charge list with effect from 1 October 2019. The liability falls on a body corporate recipient located in the taxable territory where the supplier is not a body corporate. The entry was refined at the end of 2019 to make clear that it applies only where the supplier does not opt to charge 12 per cent with input tax credit.
What to do about it: A Chennai company hiring cars or staff buses from an individual or firm operator must pay 5 per cent under reverse charge unless the operator bills at 12 per cent.
46th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 31 December 2021 · 2021-12-31
The 46th meeting was convened on the last day of 2021 with essentially one outcome. The Council recommended deferring the decision to change the rates in textiles that had been recommended at the 45th meeting, so that the existing rates in the textile sector would continue beyond 1 January 2022. The reversal came after sustained representations from textile states and the trade that the increase from 5 to 12 per cent would raise costs for consumers and unorganised weavers. The footwear rate increase, however, went ahead as planned.
What to do about it: Textile traders in Chennai and across Tamil Nadu continued at five per cent from January 2022, but footwear moved to twelve per cent, so the two sectors diverged from that date.
