The 11th and the 20th arrive every month whether you are ready or not. Our Chennai team keeps businesses in Tiruninravur permanently ahead of both, delivering GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing from Rs.749 with reconciliation, senior review and WhatsApp acknowledgements as standard.
We serve businesses on and around Chennai - Tiruttani - Renigunta Road (CTH Road) — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Tiruninravur is a municipality on the Chennai-Tiruttani (CTH) Road built around the Bhaktavatsala Perumal temple and its suburban railway station, with provision wholesalers, hardware, textile and jewellery shops along Eswaran Nagar Main Road and the bus stand, engineering units at Nemilicheri and the Jaya group of colleges on CTH Road. Builders selling flats here need help on construction-service GST, and traders need timely registration once turnover crosses the limit. For businesses here, staying on the right side of GST is not optional — buyers check compliance, and the department's systems match every return. Our firm provides GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing to clients across Tiruninravur and neighbouring Veppampattu and Pattabiram, combining Chennai jurisdiction familiarity with disciplined deadline tracking. Whether you run a shop, a service practice or a growing trading concern, we handle the portal work so you can stay focused on the business itself.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
GSTR-3B late fees run at Rs.50 per day and interest at 18 percent per annum on unpaid tax. Our internal cut-offs sit days ahead of statutory due dates precisely so that our clients never hand the department a rupee they did not owe.
If your GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B start drifting apart, if a large supplier stops filing, or if your turnover approaches the e-invoice threshold, we flag it to you immediately. Early warnings from our side are cheaper than departmental letters later.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Tiruninravur would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Tiruninravur are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
In the days before the 11th and the 20th, our team runs extended hours and a strict internal queue, so a client who sends data late in the window is still filed on time. Peak-season crush at our end never becomes a late fee at yours.
When an ADT-01 audit intimation or a personal hearing date arrives, we compile the records, prepare the reconciliations and draft the submissions, and coordinate closely with your authorised representative. You walk into the proceeding prepared, not improvising in front of an officer.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Interest on delayed GST payment runs at 18 percent per annum, which is costlier than most working capital finance. Timely computation and payment through our calendar keeps that meter permanently at zero.
Loan applications and government tenders routinely demand GST returns and registration documents. With everything filed and archived properly, you can produce a complete compliance file within hours instead of days.
Illness, travel or a family function no longer threatens a deadline. With a standing external process holding your calendar and data trail, filings proceed on schedule whether or not you are at your desk.
Advances received for services attract GST on receipt while advances for goods generally do not; applying this distinction correctly means you neither prepay tax unnecessarily nor omit a liability that surfaces later with interest.
With the LUT filed at the start of each financial year and refund claims tracked to credit, exporters supply without blocking funds in IGST and recover accumulated credit on schedule.
You know your expected GST outflow days before the 20th, not on the night of filing. That advance visibility lets you plan payments, collections and bank balances instead of scrambling for funds at the deadline.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
A working knowledge of recent instruments and judgments is what separates a defensible filing from a risky one.
Notification No. 14/2021-Central Tax (Rate), dated 18 November 2021 · 2021-11-18
To cure the inverted duty structure in which fabric makers paid more tax on yarn and dyes than they collected on cloth, the Government notified an increase from five per cent to twelve per cent across man-made fibre, yarn, fabrics, garments and made-ups, and removed the value-based split on footwear so that all footwear would attract twelve per cent. The change was to take effect from 1 January 2022 and triggered strong protests from the textile trade, including in Tiruppur, Erode and Coimbatore.
What to do about it: This notification is the origin of the textile rate fight, and its history matters when defending classification and rate positions for supplies made around that period.
Mahadeo Construction Co. v. Union of India — Jharkhand High Court, W.P.(T) No. 3517 of 2019, judgment dated 21 April 2020, reported at [2020] 116 taxmann.com 262 (Jharkhand) · 2020-04-21
The department issued recovery notices for interest under Section 50 without any adjudication, treating the interest as automatically payable. The High Court held that although interest liability under Section 50 is automatic in principle, its computation and quantum are not. Where the taxpayer disputes the liability, the department must first initiate adjudication proceedings under Section 73 or 74 and pass an order before resorting to recovery under Section 79.
How we apply it: A bare recovery letter for interest, without a show cause notice and order, can be challenged if you genuinely dispute the amount.
GSTN Advisory — Invoice Management System, live from 14 October 2024 · 2024-10-14
GSTN launched the Invoice Management System (IMS) on the portal from 14 October 2024. Buyers can now view each invoice uploaded by suppliers in GSTR-1, IFF or GSTR-1A and mark it as accepted, rejected or pending. These actions determine what flows into GSTR-2B, with the first IMS-based GSTR-2B generated on 14 November 2024 for the October 2024 period. Records left without action are treated as deemed accepted.
What to do about it: Set up a monthly IMS review before your GSTR-2B is generated so wrong or fraudulent supplier invoices do not silently enter your ITC.
