The 11th and the 20th arrive every month whether you are ready or not. Our Chennai team keeps businesses in Ullagaram permanently ahead of both, delivering GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing from Rs.749 with reconciliation, senior review and WhatsApp acknowledgements as standard.
We serve businesses on and around Annamalai Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
If you operate in Ullagaram, GST deadlines arrive with the same force as anywhere in Chennai — GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th. Ullagaram, the northern half of the old Ullagaram-Puzhuthivakkam municipality, trades along Ponniamman Koil Street, Murugappa Street and Puzhuthivakkam Road towards the Nanganallur Market and Nanganallur Bus Terminus, with Union Carbide Colony, Voltas Colony, Macmillon Colony and Vanuvampet supplying steady retail, tailoring, tuition and clinic custom. Small proprietors near the Rs 20 lakh and Rs 40 lakh thresholds routinely mistime registration and drift out of composition on crossing turnover mid-year. We provide GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing to businesses across Ullagaram and the adjoining Puzhuthivakkam and Adambakkam localities, maintaining a compliance calendar for every client so due dates are met without last-minute panic, late fees or interest at 18 percent per annum.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Composition dealers have their own rulebook — CMP-08 every quarter, GSTR-4 annually by 30 June, bills of supply instead of tax invoices, and a turnover ceiling that must be watched. We handle each of these correctly so the scheme's simplicity never turns into a violation.
From filing the LUT in RFD-11 at the start of each financial year to preparing RFD-01 refund claims with complete annexures, we know what makes a refund file move. Exporters and inverted-duty businesses come to us specifically for this.
We match your purchase register against GSTR-2B every period, follow up on invoices your suppliers have not uploaded, and ensure every rupee of eligible input tax credit is claimed. Clients routinely recover credit they were silently losing under self-filing.
A registration cancelled for non-filing is not the end of the road. We bring the pending returns up to date, clear the dues and file the revocation application in REG-21 within the permitted window, restoring suspended and cancelled GSTINs to active status.
GST is confusing enough without a language barrier. Our team explains notices, tax positions and filing requirements in plain Tamil or English, whichever you and your staff in Ullagaram are comfortable with, and keeps written communication simple and jargon-free.
We tell you when the composition scheme stops making sense, when QRMP suits your cash flow, and when a supplier's non-compliance is quietly costing you credit. Filing is the minimum; helping you make better GST decisions is the actual job.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
When a business winds up, proper cancellation and a timely final return ensure the file is genuinely closed, so no demand or late-fee computation resurfaces against you long after the shutters came down.
Filed returns, challans, reconciliations and working papers are archived in order from day one. If an audit or departmental verification comes, your file is ready the same week, not assembled in a panic.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
Complete RFD-01 applications with proper statements and annexures move through the system faster and attract fewer deficiency memos, which means export and inverted-duty refunds reach your bank account sooner.
Where a genuine error is found in a past period, voluntary payment through DRC-03 before any notice issues closes the matter at minimal cost, instead of letting it ripen into a demand with penalty.
You know your expected GST outflow days before the 20th, not on the night of filing. That advance visibility lets you plan payments, collections and bank balances instead of scrambling for funds at the deadline.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
Annamalai Street is a residential street in Ullagaram, about 800 m south-west of the centre of Ullagaram. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Bhagat Singh Street (about 100 m); Elango Street (about 100 m); Badhala Vinayagar Koil Street (about 150 m); Arul Jothi Street (about 150 m) — so a site visit on Annamalai Street can usually be combined with other work in Ullagaram on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Annamalai Street falls under the Chennai South CGST Commissionerate, and the Ullagaram pincode is 600091.

38th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 18 December 2019 · 2019-12-18
The Council waived late fee for taxpayers who furnished all pending statements of outward supplies in GSTR-1 for the tax periods from July 2017 to November 2019, provided they were filed by 10 January 2020. It also decided that e-way bill generation would be blocked for taxpayers who had not filed GSTR-1 for two tax periods, extending the blocking mechanism that already applied to GSTR-3B defaulters. Standard operating procedures were prescribed for officers dealing with non-filers, and Grievance Redressal Committees were set up at zonal and state level.
Practical effect: GSTR-1 default now carries its own e-way bill block, so filing GSTR-3B alone is not enough to keep despatches moving.
Notification No. 08/2023-Central Tax · 2023-03-31
Taxpayers whose registrations were cancelled but who never filed the final return in Form GSTR-10 were allowed to file it with the late fee capped at Rs 1,000 (CGST plus SGST), against the normal accumulation of Rs 200 per day. The window ran from 1 April 2023 to 30 June 2023 and was extended to 31 August 2023. This closed a common compliance gap that otherwise blocked clean exits and triggered notices.
Practical effect: Whenever a GSTIN is cancelled, file GSTR-10 within three months; if an old one is pending, watch for amnesty windows that cap the late fee at a nominal amount.
GSTN Advisory, 2022 — Table 3.1.1 of Form GSTR-3B introduced by Notification No. 14/2022-Central Tax, dated 5 July 2022 · 2022
Table 3.1.1 was added to GSTR-3B so that supplies notified under Section 9(5), such as passenger transport, restaurant service supplied through an app, hotel accommodation and housekeeping, are reported separately. The e-commerce operator reports the value and pays the tax in row (i), while the underlying supplier reports the same value in row (ii) and pays nothing on it, so the turnover is not counted twice across the two returns.
Why this matters: Chennai restaurants and cab operators supplying through an app must still report those sales in Table 3.1.1(ii) even though the platform pays the tax.
