Trusted New GST Registration support for Vadapalani, priced from Rs.1,499 with no hidden additions. Send documents from your phone, approve the prepared draft, and we handle the portal — including the difficult due-date evenings when it slows down.
We serve businesses on and around NSK Salai — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Vadapalani mixes temple commerce around the Vadapalani Andavar temple with film studios, hotels and mall retail along Arcot Road and the Inner Ring Road, including Forum Vijaya Mall. Restaurants and food outlets juggle the 5 per cent no-ITC rate against 18 per cent banquet contracts, while mall retailers must reconcile e-commerce and POS turnover before filing GSTR-1 by the 11th. GST compliance in a market like Vadapalani rewards consistency — returns that match, credits that reconcile, and records that stand up to scrutiny. Our team provides New GST Registration to businesses throughout Vadapalani and nearby Kodambakkam and Saligramam on fixed, transparent fees. From the first document checklist to the final acknowledgement on WhatsApp, the process is structured so nothing depends on memory, luck or a due-date-evening scramble.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
OTP failures, DSC errors, stuck submissions on due-date evenings — we deal with the GST portal daily and know the workarounds. When the site misbehaves on the 20th, our team keeps retrying and escalating so your return still goes through.
We are a Chennai firm with a physical office, not a faceless portal. If you prefer to sit across a table with your papers, you are welcome. Clients from Vadapalani regularly visit us for registrations, notice discussions and annual return reviews.
We work with Chennai GST ranges and circles every week, including the jurisdiction covering Vadapalani. We know how local proper officers examine registrations, what supporting documents they routinely call for, and how to present a file so it moves without repeated queries.
We tell you when the composition scheme stops making sense, when QRMP suits your cash flow, and when a supplier's non-compliance is quietly costing you credit. Filing is the minimum; helping you make better GST decisions is the actual job.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Vadapalani would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
GSTR-3B late fees run at Rs.50 per day and interest at 18 percent per annum on unpaid tax. Our internal cut-offs sit days ahead of statutory due dates precisely so that our clients never hand the department a rupee they did not owe.
You share PAN, Aadhaar, photographs, address proof and bank details over WhatsApp or email. We review each document against portal requirements and flag anything that could trigger an officer query.
We draft Form GST REG-01 with the correct business constitution, principal place of business, HSN or SAC codes and authorised signatory details, then share a summary for your confirmation.
The application is filed on the GST portal and we guide the authorised signatory through Aadhaar OTP authentication, which speeds up approval and usually avoids physical verification of premises.
We track the ARN daily. If the officer issues a notice in Form REG-03 seeking clarification, we draft and file the reply in Form REG-04 within the permitted time.
Once approved, we download your registration certificate in Form REG-06, help set up portal login credentials, and brief you on invoice format, return due dates and e-way bill obligations.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: 3-7 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
When a business winds up, proper cancellation and a timely final return ensure the file is genuinely closed, so no demand or late-fee computation resurfaces against you long after the shutters came down.
When a query or verification comes, you respond through a professional who deals with the department regularly, in the department's own language and format, instead of facing an officer's letter alone.
Correct e-way bills matched to correct invoices mean your consignments clear roadside inspections cleanly, avoiding detention proceedings whose penalties can far exceed the tax on the goods being carried.
The hours you or your accountant spent wrestling with the portal, JSON errors and reconciliations every month return to sales, operations and customers, while trained hands manage the compliance in the background.
Continuous filing protects you from the suspension and cancellation proceedings that hit chronic non-filers, so your registration, e-way bill access and ability to issue tax invoices are never suddenly cut off.
E-commerce platforms continuously validate seller GSTINs and filing status. A consistently compliant registration keeps your listings active and settlements flowing, with no sudden suspension of your online sales channel.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
NSK Salai is a primary arterial road in Vadapalani, about 200 m east of the centre of Vadapalani. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — N.S.K. Salai (about 0 m); Nagerkoyil Sudalaimuthu Krishnan (NSK) Salai (about 0 m); Sannadhi Street (about 150 m); Duraisamy Road (about 200 m) — so a site visit on NSK Salai can usually be combined with other work in Vadapalani on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on NSK Salai falls under the Chennai South CGST Commissionerate, and the Vadapalani pincode is 600026.

GST law moves through notifications, circulars and court decisions. These are the ones changing how filings are prepared right now.
M/s. Lodha Roadways v. Deputy State Tax Officer — Madras High Court, W.P. No. 12595 of 2023, decided 24 April 2023 (Anita Sumanth J.) · 2023-04-24
A transporter sought release of detained goods. The Court dismissed the petition, holding that under Section 129 the entitlement to seek release of goods lies only with the owner, his agent or representative. The transporter's remedy is confined to release of the conveyance on payment of the penalty or one lakh rupees, whichever is less. Any claim about payment of tax on the consignment has to be pursued by the assessee who owns the goods, not by the carrier.
How we apply it: When a Chennai consignment is detained, the consignor or consignee must file the release application in its own name; letting the lorry operator do it will cost time.
Notification No. 15/2021-Central Tax (Rate) dated 18.11.2021 · 2021-11-18
This notification removed the words governmental authority and government entity from the concessional works contract entries in the services rate notification. With effect from 1 January 2022, works contract services supplied to a governmental authority or a government entity ceased to enjoy the 12 per cent rate and moved to 18 per cent with input tax credit. Only supplies made directly to the Central Government, a State Government, a Union territory or a local authority continued at the concessional rate at that stage.
What to do about it: Chennai contractors working for boards, corporations and government companies moved to 18 per cent from 1 January 2022, and should have raised price-variation claims for contracts signed earlier.
CBIC Instruction No. 04/2025-GST · 2025-05-02
To back up the registration processing instruction, CBIC required every CGST Zone to publicise a dedicated email address for registration grievances on its website and on the notice board of the concerned office. Applicants aggrieved by improper queries, unjustified rejection or delay may write to that address with the application reference number; the zone must examine the grievance, take corrective action and report the disposal to the Directorate General of GST periodically.
Practical effect: A registration rejected on flimsy grounds need not go straight to appeal; the zonal grievance email often gets the application reopened far faster.
