Most of it happens without you leaving your shop counter. Share your documents on WhatsApp, approve the prepared draft, and your GST Notice Reply is completed on the portal from Rs.2,999 — by a Chennai team that businesses across Vanagaram have relied on for years.
We serve businesses on and around Maduravoyal Interchange — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Vanagaram sits where the Chennai Bypass meets the Chennai-Bengaluru Highway at the Maduravoyal Interchange, a warehousing and showroom belt with Apollo Hospitals, banquet halls and car dealerships along the Vanagaram-Ambattur-Puzhal Road and the 200 Feet Bypass Road, behind which the old village lanes around Kalikambal Street and Sannadhi Street still run. Logistics operators, third-party godowns, hotels, hardware and furniture showrooms bill from here. Multi-state stock transfers, e-way bill Part-B errors, credit on warehouse rent and place-of-supply on transport services are the frequent disputes. We have supported businesses of exactly this profile with GST Notice Reply across Vanagaram for years, along with clients from Maduravoyal and Ayanambakkam. The engagement is simple: one point of contact, a clear fee, documents over WhatsApp or in person at our Chennai office, and senior review before anything is submitted on the portal. What you get in return is clean filings, archived records and far fewer reasons for the department to write to you.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
If your GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B start drifting apart, if a large supplier stops filing, or if your turnover approaches the e-invoice threshold, we flag it to you immediately. Early warnings from our side are cheaper than departmental letters later.
Your sales figures, supplier lists and login credentials are handled only by our engaged team, stored securely and never shared with any third party. Many of our clients in Vanagaram compete with each other; complete confidentiality is a condition of our work.
When an ADT-01 audit intimation or a personal hearing date arrives, we compile the records, prepare the reconciliations and draft the submissions, and coordinate closely with your authorised representative. You walk into the proceeding prepared, not improvising in front of an officer.
From filing the LUT in RFD-11 at the start of each financial year to preparing RFD-01 refund claims with complete annexures, we know what makes a refund file move. Exporters and inverted-duty businesses come to us specifically for this.
Businesses with registrations in more than one State, or multiple branches under one PAN, face cross-charge, stock transfer and input service distribution questions that single-GSTIN firms never see. We keep all your registrations consistent with each other, not just compliant individually.
You receive a WhatsApp message when documents are received, when the draft is ready for your approval, and when the return or application is filed, along with the acknowledgement. You never have to call and ask what is happening with your file.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
We spot suppliers who stop uploading invoices or filing returns and alert you before their default becomes your blocked credit, letting you recover amounts or switch vendors while the exposure is still small.
Illness, travel or a family function no longer threatens a deadline. With a standing external process holding your calendar and data trail, filings proceed on schedule whether or not you are at your desk.
The 11th and the 20th stop being days of dread. You approve a prepared draft, we file, and the acknowledgement lands on your WhatsApp — month after month, without drama.
Your billing staff are guided on invoice fields, rates and series discipline, so mistakes are prevented where they originate — at the counter — instead of being repaired later in the returns.
Loan applications and government tenders routinely demand GST returns and registration documents. With everything filed and archived properly, you can produce a complete compliance file within hours instead of days.
Because monthly data is reconciled as it happens, GSTR-9 preparation before the 31 December due date becomes a review exercise rather than a painful reconstruction of twelve untidy months.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
Maduravoyal Interchange is a trunk road carrying through traffic in Vanagaram, about 900 m east of the centre of Vanagaram. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Sannadhi Street (about 350 m); Venkateswara Street (about 450 m); Bommi Amman Street (about 450 m); Kalikambal Street (about 500 m) — so a site visit on Maduravoyal Interchange can usually be combined with other work in Vanagaram on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Maduravoyal Interchange falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Vanagaram pincode is 600095.

Notification No. 07/2020-Central Tax · 2020-02-03
CBIC replaced the single 20th-of-the-month GSTR-3B deadline with a staggered system. Taxpayers with aggregate turnover of Rs 5 crore or more in the previous financial year continued to file by the 20th. Smaller taxpayers were split by State: those in Tamil Nadu and the other southern and western States were given the 22nd, while the northern and eastern States were given the 24th. The arrangement was first notified for the January to March 2020 returns.
How we apply it: A Chennai business below Rs 5 crore turnover files GSTR-3B by the 22nd, not the 20th, and late-fee notices computed from the 20th should be contested.
Circular No. 136/06/2020-GST dated 3 April 2020 · 2020-04-03
CBIC explained the relief notified through Notifications 30 to 36 of 2020-Central Tax after the first lockdown. It set out, return by return and class by class, the extended dates for GSTR-3B and GSTR-1, the conditional waiver of interest for the tax periods February to April 2020 with nil interest for the first fifteen days and nine per cent thereafter for larger taxpayers, the waiver of late fee, the relaxation of the rule 36(4) credit restriction, and the extension for composition taxpayers.
What to do about it: Interest and late fee demands for the early 2020 periods must be tested against these concessional rates before they are paid.
34th GST Council Meeting (video conferencing) — 19 March 2019 · 2019-03-19
The Council gave promoters a one-time option to continue paying tax at the old effective rates of eight or twelve per cent with input tax credit on ongoing projects, meaning buildings where both construction and actual booking had started before 1 April 2019 and which were not completed by 31 March 2019. The option had to be exercised once within a prescribed time frame, failing which the new rates applied automatically. Credit for projects moving across was to be transitioned pro rata.
Why this matters: Chennai builders who did not formally exercise the option in 2019 are on the one and five per cent no-credit rates, and any credit claimed since then is exposed to reversal.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.
