Late fees, blocked credit and mismatch notices cost far more than professional help ever will. We complete GST Notice Reply for Vanagaram businesses from Rs.2,999, matching every figure against portal data before anything reaches the department.
We serve businesses on and around Indira Gandhi Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Every locality in Chennai has its own commercial rhythm, and Vanagaram is no exception. Vanagaram sits where the Chennai Bypass meets the Chennai-Bengaluru Highway at the Maduravoyal Interchange, a warehousing and showroom belt with Apollo Hospitals, banquet halls and car dealerships along the Vanagaram-Ambattur-Puzhal Road and the 200 Feet Bypass Road, behind which the old village lanes around Kalikambal Street and Sannadhi Street still run. Logistics operators, third-party godowns, hotels, hardware and furniture showrooms bill from here. Multi-state stock transfers, e-way bill Part-B errors, credit on warehouse rent and place-of-supply on transport services are the frequent disputes. Our practice has shaped its GST Notice Reply work around exactly these realities, serving clients in Vanagaram as well as Maduravoyal and Ayanambakkam. Registrations, returns, refunds and notice replies are handled by one accountable team, with fees fixed in writing before work begins and every filing reconciled against portal data before it is submitted.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Send your query on call or WhatsApp and you hear back the same working day, usually within a few hours. When a due date is close or a notice has landed, waiting two days for a reply is simply not acceptable, and we know it.
If your GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B start drifting apart, if a large supplier stops filing, or if your turnover approaches the e-invoice threshold, we flag it to you immediately. Early warnings from our side are cheaper than departmental letters later.
Every new client receives a review of their recent returns before we file anything — unclaimed credit, GSTR-1 versus GSTR-3B drift, and exposures worth correcting quietly. Businesses in Vanagaram often discover in this first review exactly why their previous arrangement was costing them money.
No filing leaves our desk on a junior's judgement alone. A senior GST practitioner reviews your figures, ITC claims and tax computation before submission, so errors are caught at our table and not by the department months later through a notice.
Quarterly filing still demands monthly attention — IFF uploads so your buyers see their credit on time, and tax payment through PMT-06 by the 25th for the first two months of each quarter. We run that monthly rhythm so QRMP saves you effort without creating gaps.
In the days before the 11th and the 20th, our team runs extended hours and a strict internal queue, so a client who sends data late in the window is still filed on time. Peak-season crush at our end never becomes a late fee at yours.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
When a query or verification comes, you respond through a professional who deals with the department regularly, in the department's own language and format, instead of facing an officer's letter alone.
Correct, complete tax invoices signal a well-run business to customers, vendors and banks alike, quietly strengthening your credibility in every transaction where your paperwork is seen.
Each period you receive a simple computation showing output tax, credit utilised and net cash payable, so GST becomes a number you understand and question rather than a figure you accept blindly.
Where a genuine error is found in a past period, voluntary payment through DRC-03 before any notice issues closes the matter at minimal cost, instead of letting it ripen into a demand with penalty.
Systematic GSTR-2B matching and supplier follow-up mean input tax credit that was leaking away under self-filing is captured each month, directly reducing the cash you pay out with every GSTR-3B.
Statutory windows such as thirty days for an ASMT-11 reply are tracked from the day a notice arrives, so responses go in on time, complete, and with your best case properly presented.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
Indira Gandhi Street is a residential street in Vanagaram, about 1.0 km east of the centre of Vanagaram. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Chithi Vinayagar Kovil Street (about 50 m); Kamaraj Street (about 50 m); Kalikambal Street (about 100 m); M.G.R. Street (about 100 m) — so a site visit on Indira Gandhi Street can usually be combined with other work in Vanagaram on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Indira Gandhi Street falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Vanagaram pincode is 600095.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
A working knowledge of recent instruments and judgments is what separates a defensible filing from a risky one.
Notification No. 12/2025-Central Tax (Rate), dated 17 September 2025 · 2025-09-17
The old and used motor vehicle notification of January 2018 referred to Schedule IV of the 2017 rate notification to identify the vehicles it covered. Since that notification was superseded, this amendment substitutes a reference to Schedule II or Schedule III of the new goods rate notification with effect from 22 September 2025. The margin-based valuation and the bar on having availed input tax credit continue exactly as before; only the cross-reference changes.
What it means for you: Second-hand vehicle dealers need not change their computation method, but should quote the corrected notification reference in invoices and replies to officers.
S.K. Chakraborty & Sons v. Union of India — Calcutta High Court, MAT 81 of 2022, reported at 2023 SCC OnLine Cal 4759 · 2023
Section 107 of the CGST Act allows an appeal within three months, extendable by one further month. The appellate authority rejected an appeal filed beyond that outer period. The Division Bench held that Section 107 does not expressly exclude the Limitation Act, 1963, and therefore Section 5 of that Act remains available, permitting the appellate authority to condone delay beyond the statutory one month where sufficient cause is shown. The appeal was restored for hearing on merits.
Why this matters: A GST appeal filed slightly beyond four months is not automatically dead — a well-supported condonation application relying on this judgment is worth filing before writing off the demand.
GSTN Advisory, November 2024 — Form GST DRC-03A functionality on the portal (Rule 142(2B) and Notification No. 12/2024-Central Tax, dated 10 July 2024) · 2024-11
Many taxpayers paid confirmed demands through Form DRC-03 rather than through the payment option against the demand order, so the amount was never adjusted in the electronic liability register and the demand continued to show as outstanding, exposing them to recovery action. Rule 142(2B) and Form GST DRC-03A were introduced to allow such payments to be linked with the relevant demand order, and GSTN enabled the form on the portal in November 2024.
How we apply it: If you settled a GST demand through DRC-03, file DRC-03A at once so the liability register closes and no recovery notice follows.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.

The analyser reports what your notice says and the statutory position for that form. It is not a substitute for a consultant reading your actual records, and a reply should be reviewed before you file it.
