Trusted New GST Registration support for Vandalur, priced from Rs.1,499 with no hidden additions. Send documents from your phone, approve the prepared draft, and we handle the portal — including the difficult due-date evenings when it slows down.
We serve businesses on and around Mannivakkam Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Vandalur is known for the Arignar Anna Zoological Park and the Kilambakkam bus terminus on GST Road, with the Outer Ring Road beginning here and institutions such as Crescent Institute and IIITDM at Melakottaiyur close by. Plot promoters and layout developers dominate local business, so distinguishing the exempt sale of land from taxable development services and pricing works contract billing correctly are the recurring GST issues. That commercial character shapes the GST questions we see from Vandalur every week — registrations, monthly returns, credit mismatches and departmental queries. We deliver New GST Registration for businesses in Vandalur, and clients also reach us from Urapakkam and Perungalathur nearby. Documents move over WhatsApp, drafts are approved before filing, and a senior consultant reviews every submission, so distance from our office never dilutes the quality of the work.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Traders, manufacturers, contractors, e-commerce sellers, professionals and service exporters — we have handled GST for all of them. Whatever mix of goods and services your Vandalur business supplies, the rate, classification and place-of-supply questions have almost certainly crossed our desk before.
We are a Chennai firm with a physical office, not a faceless portal. If you prefer to sit across a table with your papers, you are welcome. Clients from Vandalur regularly visit us for registrations, notice discussions and annual return reviews.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Vandalur would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
Every new client receives a review of their recent returns before we file anything — unclaimed credit, GSTR-1 versus GSTR-3B drift, and exposures worth correcting quietly. Businesses in Vandalur often discover in this first review exactly why their previous arrangement was costing them money.
Sellers on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces face a three-way match between marketplace reports, GSTR-1 and the TCS the operator deposits against your GSTIN. We reconcile all three every period and accept the TCS credit, so sellers in Vandalur never leave marketplace deductions unclaimed.
New GSTIN applications, core field amendments through REG-14, additional places of business — we prepare complete, query-resistant applications the first time. Clean paperwork is the difference between smooth approval and weeks lost answering clarification memos from the department.
You share PAN, Aadhaar, photographs, address proof and bank details over WhatsApp or email. We review each document against portal requirements and flag anything that could trigger an officer query.
We draft Form GST REG-01 with the correct business constitution, principal place of business, HSN or SAC codes and authorised signatory details, then share a summary for your confirmation.
The application is filed on the GST portal and we guide the authorised signatory through Aadhaar OTP authentication, which speeds up approval and usually avoids physical verification of premises.
We track the ARN daily. If the officer issues a notice in Form REG-03 seeking clarification, we draft and file the reply in Form REG-04 within the permitted time.
Once approved, we download your registration certificate in Form REG-06, help set up portal login credentials, and brief you on invoice format, return due dates and e-way bill obligations.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: 3-7 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
E-commerce platforms continuously validate seller GSTINs and filing status. A consistently compliant registration keeps your listings active and settlements flowing, with no sudden suspension of your online sales channel.
With returns filed ahead of the statutory due dates every period, the Rs.50-per-day GSTR-3B late fee simply stops appearing in your life, and the money stays in your business where it belongs.
Interest on delayed GST payment runs at 18 percent per annum, which is costlier than most working capital finance. Timely computation and payment through our calendar keeps that meter permanently at zero.
When a business winds up, proper cancellation and a timely final return ensure the file is genuinely closed, so no demand or late-fee computation resurfaces against you long after the shutters came down.
With the LUT filed at the start of each financial year and refund claims tracked to credit, exporters supply without blocking funds in IGST and recover accumulated credit on schedule.
Your scheme choice — regular, composition or QRMP — is re-examined as turnover and margins change, so you are always paying under the structure that legitimately costs your business the least.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
Mannivakkam Road is a residential street in Vandalur, about 1.6 km west of the centre of Vandalur. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — 10th Street (about 150 m); 9th Street (about 200 m); Ambedkar Street (about 350 m); Ram Nagar 3rd Street (about 400 m) — so a site visit on Mannivakkam Road can usually be combined with other work in Vandalur on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Mannivakkam Road falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Vandalur pincode is 600048.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
We track every notification, circular and judgment that changes a filing position, so your returns and replies reflect the current law.
Notification No. 65/2017-Central Tax dated 15.11.2017 · 2017-11-15
Section 24 of the CGST Act compels anyone supplying through an electronic commerce operator required to collect tax at source to register, regardless of turnover. This notification exempts from that compulsion persons supplying services, other than services under section 9(5), through such an operator, provided their aggregate turnover stays below the ordinary registration threshold. Suppliers of goods through platforms were not covered by this relief.
Practical effect: A small Chennai service provider listing on an app or marketplace need not register merely because of the platform, so long as turnover remains below the threshold.
TVH Lumbini Square Owners Association - AAR Tamil Nadu, Order No. 25/ARA/2019, dated 21 June 2019 · 2019-06-21
A residents welfare association collected monthly maintenance contributions from its members. The Authority held that where the contribution per member exceeds Rs. 7,500 a month, GST is payable on the entire contribution and not merely on the amount above Rs. 7,500. The Madras High Court subsequently held, in Greenwood Owners Association, that only the excess over Rs. 7,500 is taxable, and associations now follow that judicial position.
What to do about it: Chennai apartment associations should apply the High Court position carefully and keep member-wise workings ready for departmental scrutiny.
Larsen & Toubro Ltd v. State of Karnataka — Supreme Court, (2014) 1 SCC 708, judgment dated 26-09-2013 · 2013-09-26
The Supreme Court held that where a developer enters into an agreement with a buyer before construction is completed, the construction carried out thereafter is executed for the buyer and constitutes a works contract liable to tax. Tax can be levied only on the value of goods incorporated after the agreement date, and the value of land must be excluded. This judgment underpins the current GST treatment of under-construction property sales.
Practical effect: Chennai builders must charge GST on units booked before completion, and must correctly exclude the land component from the taxable value.
