Reliable GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing for Agaram businesses at a clear, fixed fee starting Rs.749. We handle the documentation, portal work and follow-up, you approve the draft before anything is filed, and the acknowledgement reaches you on WhatsApp the moment the filing goes through.
We serve businesses on and around 4th Circular road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
GST does not distinguish between a large showroom and a small service unit — the due dates and matching systems apply equally to both. Agaram is a tight grid of workshops and homes between Peravallur and Sembium, with tailoring and hosiery units, footwear stitchers, cycle and two wheeler mechanics and small foundries along Loco Works Road and Kumaran Nagar Main Road. Market Street, Temple Road and the Paper Mills Road frontage carry grocery and rice wholesalers serving the Perambur belt, while Jaganathan Colony and Bharathi Nagar hold rented workshop sheds. Composition scheme limits, unregistered job work movements and cash sale invoicing gaps drive most notices received here. That is why our GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing engagements in Agaram follow the same discipline whatever the client's size: written checklists, reconciliation before filing and every acknowledgement archived. Businesses from Peravallur and Sembium run on the same process, entirely over WhatsApp if they prefer.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
GSTR-3B late fees run at Rs.50 per day and interest at 18 percent per annum on unpaid tax. Our internal cut-offs sit days ahead of statutory due dates precisely so that our clients never hand the department a rupee they did not owe.
A new GSTIN comes with obligations nobody explains at approval — the invoice series rules, displaying the registration certificate and GSTIN at your premises, and the first return cycle. We walk new registrants in Agaram through each of these so month one starts correctly.
If a query, ASMT-10 scrutiny notice or DRC-01 arrives on a return we filed, we stand behind our work and help you draft the reply. You are not left alone with a departmental letter and a thirty-day clock ticking against you.
Your work is executed by trained GST staff working under direct senior supervision, not passed to interns learning on your file. The person preparing your return understands reverse charge, blocked credits and place of supply, because getting these wrong costs you money.
New GSTIN applications, core field amendments through REG-14, additional places of business — we prepare complete, query-resistant applications the first time. Clean paperwork is the difference between smooth approval and weeks lost answering clarification memos from the department.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Agaram would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Consistent, reconciled returns give the department's matching systems nothing to flag. Clients who move to us after years of self-filing typically see scrutiny queries and mismatch notices fall away within a few filing cycles.
Continuous filing protects you from the suspension and cancellation proceedings that hit chronic non-filers, so your registration, e-way bill access and ability to issue tax invoices are never suddenly cut off.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
With the LUT filed at the start of each financial year and refund claims tracked to credit, exporters supply without blocking funds in IGST and recover accumulated credit on schedule.
When a business winds up, proper cancellation and a timely final return ensure the file is genuinely closed, so no demand or late-fee computation resurfaces against you long after the shutters came down.
The 11th and the 20th stop being days of dread. You approve a prepared draft, we file, and the acknowledgement lands on your WhatsApp — month after month, without drama.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
4th Circular road is a residential street in Agaram. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — 4th Cross Street (about 0 m); 3rd circular road (about 50 m); 5th circular road (about 100 m); Temple Road (about 150 m) — so a site visit on 4th Circular road can usually be combined with other work in Agaram on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on 4th Circular road falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Agaram pincode is 600082.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
A working knowledge of recent instruments and judgments is what separates a defensible filing from a risky one.
Circular No. 89/08/2019-GST dated 18 February 2019 · 2019-02-18
CBIC noticed that many taxpayers were not reporting details of inter-State supplies made to unregistered persons, composition dealers and UIN holders in Table 3.2 of FORM GSTR-3B, and in Table 7B of FORM GSTR-1 for invoices up to Rs 2.5 lakh. Because these figures drive the settlement of integrated tax between the Centre and the States, the circular directed that the information be furnished correctly and warned that failure attracts general penalty under section 125.
How we apply it: Businesses selling across State borders to consumers should keep Table 3.2 populated, since mismatches here are a common trigger for scrutiny notices.
Jindal Stainless Ltd v. State of Haryana — Supreme Court, nine-judge Bench, (2017) 12 SCC 1, judgment dated 11-11-2016 · 2016-11-11
The Supreme Court held that a tax is not per se a restriction on the freedom of trade and commerce guaranteed by Article 301 of the Constitution. Only a discriminatory tax that favours local goods over goods from other States is hit. The judicially created concept of compensatory tax was discarded as having no constitutional basis. State entry tax laws were largely upheld, subject to the test of discrimination.
What to do about it: Chennai businesses challenging a State levy must show actual discrimination against outside goods, not merely that the levy burdens interstate trade.
Notification No. 2/2025-Compensation Cess (Rate), dated 17 September 2025 · 2025-09-17
Alongside the new rate schedules, this notification amends the 2017 compensation cess rate notification to bring the cess down to nil on nearly every entry with effect from 22 September 2025, because the goods that had carried cess were absorbed into the new eighteen and forty per cent rates. Only pan masala, tobacco and related products continued to carry cess after that date, pending discharge of the compensation loan obligations.
How we apply it: Car and aerated drink dealers stopped charging compensation cess from 22 September 2025 and should have cleared the balance in their separate cess credit ledger.
