Our consultants provide GST Refund RFD-01 to businesses across Alandur starting at Rs.4,999. Every file is reconciled and senior-reviewed before submission, which is why our clients see far fewer departmental queries than they did while self-filing.
We serve businesses on and around Thadikara Samy Koil Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Alandur, at the Kathipara junction of GST Road and Inner Ring Road with a metro interchange, is a base for transporters, warehouses and traders serving the airport belt. Consignors must issue e-way bills for goods movements above Rs.50,000, and businesses hiring lorries routinely miss reverse charge liability on GTA freight until an audit or ASMT-10 notice surfaces it. For businesses here, staying on the right side of GST is not optional — buyers check compliance, and the department's systems match every return. Our firm provides GST Refund RFD-01 to clients across Alandur and neighbouring Guindy and St. Thomas Mount, combining Chennai jurisdiction familiarity with disciplined deadline tracking. Whether you run a shop, a service practice or a growing trading concern, we handle the portal work so you can stay focused on the business itself.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th, CMP-08 by the 18th after each quarter — we maintain a compliance calendar for every client and start chasing your data well before the due date, so late fees never enter the picture.
GSTR-3B late fees run at Rs.50 per day and interest at 18 percent per annum on unpaid tax. Our internal cut-offs sit days ahead of statutory due dates precisely so that our clients never hand the department a rupee they did not owe.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Alandur business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
You deal with one accountable person who knows your business, your turnover pattern and your filing history. No repeating your story to a new voice every month, and no file falling between two desks when a deadline is approaching.
GST is confusing enough without a language barrier. Our team explains notices, tax positions and filing requirements in plain Tamil or English, whichever you and your staff in Alandur are comfortable with, and keeps written communication simple and jargon-free.
Sellers on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces face a three-way match between marketplace reports, GSTR-1 and the TCS the operator deposits against your GSTIN. We reconcile all three every period and accept the TCS credit, so sellers in Alandur never leave marketplace deductions unclaimed.
We identify the correct refund category, confirm the two-year limitation from the relevant date, and compute the admissible amount using the formula prescribed under the rules.
Invoices, shipping bills, FIRCs, the LUT and ledger extracts are compiled into the prescribed statements, and gaps that commonly cause deficiency memos are fixed upfront.
The refund application is filed on the portal with all annexures and declarations, and the acknowledgement in RFD-02 is tracked within the statutory fifteen days.
We respond to any deficiency memo in RFD-03 or show cause notice in RFD-08, appear through written submissions, and pursue provisional refund where the category permits.
We track the sanction order in RFD-06 and payment advice in RFD-05, confirm the credit in your validated bank account, and archive the complete claim file.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Application filed in 3-5 working days; sanction typically within 60 days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
A fixed professional fee is almost always cheaper than the combination of late fees, interest, lost credit and staff hours that informal, last-minute compliance quietly accumulates over a year.
With returns filed ahead of the statutory due dates every period, the Rs.50-per-day GSTR-3B late fee simply stops appearing in your life, and the money stays in your business where it belongs.
Funding rounds, partnerships and business sales all begin with a compliance check. A clean, documented GST history lets you clear that scrutiny quickly instead of watching a deal stall over old filing gaps.
Rates, reverse charge, place of supply and blocked credits are applied correctly at the preparation stage, so you neither overpay tax you do not owe nor underpay and invite demands with penalty later.
When a query or verification comes, you respond through a professional who deals with the department regularly, in the department's own language and format, instead of facing an officer's letter alone.
Tax positions, rate choices and credit calls are documented as they are made, so if a question arises years later, the reasoning and evidence are on file rather than in someone's fading memory.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
Thadikara Samy Koil Street is a residential street in Alandur, about 400 m east of the centre of Alandur. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Appavu Street (about 150 m); Swaminathan Street (about 250 m); Sowri Street (about 250 m); Sanyasi Subedar Street (about 250 m) — so a site visit on Thadikara Samy Koil Street can usually be combined with other work in Alandur on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Thadikara Samy Koil Street falls under the Chennai South CGST Commissionerate, and the Alandur pincode is 600016.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
A working knowledge of recent instruments and judgments is what separates a defensible filing from a risky one.
Notification No. 19/2025-Central Tax (Rate), dated 31 December 2025 · 2025-12-31
Tobacco products had been left at twenty-eight per cent in Schedule VII when GST 2.0 took effect, pending discharge of the compensation cess loan obligations. This notification omits Schedule VII entirely with effect from 1 February 2026 and moves pan masala, unmanufactured tobacco and refuse, cigars and cigarettes, other manufactured tobacco and nicotine inhalation products into Schedule III at forty per cent. Biris of tariff items 2403 19 21 and 2403 19 29 were placed in Schedule II at eighteen per cent.
What it means for you: Tobacco and pan masala wholesalers in Chennai charge forty per cent on supplies made on or after 1 February 2026, with biris at the lower eighteen per cent rate.
Global Reach Education Services Pvt Ltd — AAR West Bengal, ruling dated 21 March 2018, upheld by AAAR West Bengal, Order No. 01/WBAAAR/Appeal/2018, dated 24 July 2018 · 2018-03-21
The applicant promoted courses of foreign universities in India and recruited students for them, receiving commission in foreign exchange. It claimed the service was an export and therefore zero rated. The West Bengal Authority for Advance Ruling, affirmed on appeal, held that the applicant merely facilitates admission of students to the university and is an intermediary under Section 2(13) of the IGST Act. As the place of supply of an intermediary is the location of the supplier, the service is a domestic supply liable to GST.
Practical effect: Businesses earning foreign commission for facilitating a third party's supply should test the intermediary risk before treating receipts as zero-rated exports.
CBIC Frequently Asked Questions on GST on pre-packaged and labelled goods, dated 17 July 2022 · 2022-07-17
A day before the change took effect, the Tax Research Unit issued FAQs explaining that the expression takes its meaning from the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 and covers commodities intended for retail sale in packs of up to twenty-five kilograms or twenty-five litres that must bear statutory declarations. A single package above that limit is not covered, nor are packs supplied to an industrial or institutional consumer. Loose sale from a large pack by a retailer does not attract the levy.
What it means for you: A fifty-kilogram rice bag sold as one package stays outside the levy, but the moment it is repacked into labelled retail bags of twenty-five kilograms or less, five per cent applies.
