The 11th and the 20th arrive every month whether you are ready or not. Our Chennai team keeps businesses in Alwarthirunagar permanently ahead of both, delivering GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing from Rs.749 with reconciliation, senior review and WhatsApp acknowledgements as standard.
We serve businesses on and around 5th Cross Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Choosing GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing in Alwarthirunagar is ultimately an act of trust: you are handing over sales figures, purchase records and portal access. Alwarthirunagar's trade sits on Arcot Road and Thiruvalluvar Salai, with textile and furniture showrooms, mobile and electronics stores, restaurants, opticians and diagnostic centres, while the Vembuliamman Koil Street and Vanniyar Street lanes handle provisions, flowers and vegetables. Kamarajar Salai, Munusamy Salai and Rajamannar Salai hold marriage halls, printers and builders, and Chowdhary Nagar and Janaki Nagar carry rented shop-cum-office blocks. Shop rent on reverse charge, composition thresholds and aggregator food sales generate the bulk of local GST queries. We earn that trust the unglamorous way — fixed fees honoured, drafts approved by you before filing, acknowledgements shared the same day, and strict confidentiality throughout. Clients across Alwarthirunagar, Valasaravakkam and Virugambakkam have stayed with us for years on precisely this basis.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Businesses with registrations in more than one State, or multiple branches under one PAN, face cross-charge, stock transfer and input service distribution questions that single-GSTIN firms never see. We keep all your registrations consistent with each other, not just compliant individually.
Your work is executed by trained GST staff working under direct senior supervision, not passed to interns learning on your file. The person preparing your return understands reverse charge, blocked credits and place of supply, because getting these wrong costs you money.
OTP failures, DSC errors, stuck submissions on due-date evenings — we deal with the GST portal daily and know the workarounds. When the site misbehaves on the 20th, our team keeps retrying and escalating so your return still goes through.
GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th, CMP-08 by the 18th after each quarter — we maintain a compliance calendar for every client and start chasing your data well before the due date, so late fees never enter the picture.
New GSTIN applications, core field amendments through REG-14, additional places of business — we prepare complete, query-resistant applications the first time. Clean paperwork is the difference between smooth approval and weeks lost answering clarification memos from the department.
You receive a WhatsApp message when documents are received, when the draft is ready for your approval, and when the return or application is filed, along with the acknowledgement. You never have to call and ask what is happening with your file.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Getting IGST versus CGST and SGST right at the invoice stage spares you the painful cycle of paying the correct head again and pursuing a refund of the amount paid under the wrong one.
Statutory windows such as thirty days for an ASMT-11 reply are tracked from the day a notice arrives, so responses go in on time, complete, and with your best case properly presented.
Filed returns, challans, reconciliations and working papers are archived in order from day one. If an audit or departmental verification comes, your file is ready the same week, not assembled in a panic.
With the LUT filed at the start of each financial year and refund claims tracked to credit, exporters supply without blocking funds in IGST and recover accumulated credit on schedule.
Your scheme choice — regular, composition or QRMP — is re-examined as turnover and margins change, so you are always paying under the structure that legitimately costs your business the least.
Continuous filing protects you from the suspension and cancellation proceedings that hit chronic non-filers, so your registration, e-way bill access and ability to issue tax invoices are never suddenly cut off.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
5th Cross Street is a residential street in Alwarthirunagar, about 650 m south-west of the centre of Alwarthirunagar. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Alsa Townsville Road (about 200 m); Radhakrishna Salai (about 350 m); Sri Devi Kuppam Main Road (about 350 m); Prakasam Salai (about 500 m) — so a site visit on 5th Cross Street can usually be combined with other work in Alwarthirunagar on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on 5th Cross Street falls under the Chennai South CGST Commissionerate, and the Alwarthirunagar pincode is 600087.

Notification No. 17/2021-Central Tax (Rate) dated 18.11.2021 · 2021-11-18
With effect from 1 January 2022, restaurant service supplied through an electronic commerce operator was notified under section 9(5) of the CGST Act. The operator, such as a food delivery platform, became liable to collect and pay the tax on those supplies instead of the restaurant, except where the restaurant is located in specified premises. The same notification also brought passenger transport by omnibus and certain motor vehicles supplied through an operator within section 9(5). Restaurants continue to report such supplies but do not pay tax on them.
How we apply it: A Chennai restaurant selling through a delivery app should show those sales separately in GSTR-3B as supplies on which the operator pays tax, and must not pay tax on them again.
Tvl. Rising International Co. v. Commissioner of Central GST and Central Excise — Madras High Court (Madurai Bench), W.P.(MD) No. 12152 of 2020, decided 6 October 2020 (G.R. Swaminathan J.) · 2020-10-06
An importer of toys challenged seizure and prohibition orders issued during a GST inspection. The Madras High Court partly allowed the petition, sustaining the seizure but modifying the prohibition order and directing provisional release of the goods on a personal bond plus a deposit of Rs. 2 lakh. The Court noted that the officers had not produced the material on which their reason to believe was founded, and took into account the severe business disruption caused by the pandemic.
Practical effect: Seized stock can often be released provisionally on bond and a modest deposit while the investigation continues, instead of remaining locked up indefinitely.
Coronation Arts Crafts - AAR Tamil Nadu, Advance Ruling No. 19/ARA/2022, dated 31 May 2022 · 2022-05-31
A printing house printed leaflets and similar material using content supplied by the customer but paper, ink and other physical inputs of its own. It asked for the correct classification and rate. The Authority held that this is a composite supply in which the printing service is the principal supply, and the supply is therefore taxable at 18 percent. The customer supplying only the content or artwork did not alter the classification.
Practical effect: A Chennai printer supplying its own paper should charge 18 percent on job printed leaflets instead of assuming a lower book rate.
