One WhatsApp message is how most of our client relationships began. Send yours today and have GST Notice Reply in Anna Nagar handled end to end from Rs.2,999 — fee confirmed in writing first, documents straight from your phone, acknowledgement the day we file.
We serve businesses on and around Anna Nagar Roundabout — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Anna Nagar's avenue grid, centred on 2nd Avenue between the Roundtana and Thirumangalam, carries branded retail, banks, restaurants, coaching institutes, clinics and professional offices, with Shanthi Colony and Chinthamani as busy secondary markets. Service firms here often discover the Rs.20 lakh registration threshold late, and restaurants must manage the 5 per cent rate without input tax credit. When businesses of this kind evaluate GST Notice Reply, the real question is not price alone but who answers when something goes wrong. We serve Anna Nagar, Aminjikarai and Thirumangalam on a standing commitment: responses within the same working day, senior scrutiny before every submission, and continued support if the department ever writes back on work carrying our preparation.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
You are told the full fee before we begin, in writing. No surprise additions for uploads, revisions or acknowledgements. Government fees and taxes, where applicable, are shown separately, so businesses in Anna Nagar always know exactly what the engagement costs them.
Send your query on call or WhatsApp and you hear back the same working day, usually within a few hours. When a due date is close or a notice has landed, waiting two days for a reply is simply not acceptable, and we know it.
Every new client receives a review of their recent returns before we file anything — unclaimed credit, GSTR-1 versus GSTR-3B drift, and exposures worth correcting quietly. Businesses in Anna Nagar often discover in this first review exactly why their previous arrangement was costing them money.
We match your purchase register against GSTR-2B every period, follow up on invoices your suppliers have not uploaded, and ensure every rupee of eligible input tax credit is claimed. Clients routinely recover credit they were silently losing under self-filing.
Your cash ledger, credit ledger and liability register are reviewed regularly, not just at filing time. Excess balances are flagged for use or refund, and where a genuine slip surfaces, a voluntary payment through DRC-03 settles it before it can mature into a notice.
If your GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B start drifting apart, if a large supplier stops filing, or if your turnover approaches the e-invoice threshold, we flag it to you immediately. Early warnings from our side are cheaper than departmental letters later.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
New branches, new product lines and interstate sales all carry GST consequences. With standing professional support, you expand knowing registrations, invoicing and returns will keep pace with the business.
When a query or verification comes, you respond through a professional who deals with the department regularly, in the department's own language and format, instead of facing an officer's letter alone.
Complete RFD-01 applications with proper statements and annexures move through the system faster and attract fewer deficiency memos, which means export and inverted-duty refunds reach your bank account sooner.
Your billing staff are guided on invoice fields, rates and series discipline, so mistakes are prevented where they originate — at the counter — instead of being repaired later in the returns.
Where a genuine error is found in a past period, voluntary payment through DRC-03 before any notice issues closes the matter at minimal cost, instead of letting it ripen into a demand with penalty.
Excess balances parked in the electronic cash ledger are identified during regular ledger reviews and either utilised against upcoming liability or claimed back as a refund, instead of sitting interest-free with the government.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |

Circular No. 169/01/2022-GST · 2022-03-12
The Board amended its earlier instruction on proper officers so that show cause notices issued by the Directorate General of GST Intelligence are adjudicated by specified Additional or Joint Commissioners of designated Commissionerates. Where a single investigation covers several taxpayers spread across different States, one officer now adjudicates the whole case instead of each jurisdiction passing its own order. The change is meant to avoid conflicting decisions and multiple parallel proceedings on the same set of facts.
What it means for you: If your Chennai business receives a DGGI notice that also covers group entities in other States, check that the case is being adjudicated by the single designated authority rather than replying separately in each jurisdiction.
CBIC Instruction No. 01/2025-GST · 2025-01-13
Following High Court rulings on the constitutional requirement to inform an arrested person of the grounds of arrest, CBIC revised its arrest guidelines. The grounds of arrest must be explained and furnished in writing to the person as an annexure to the arrest memo, and written acknowledgement of receipt must be obtained. This supplements the earlier requirement that arrest be based on reasons to believe recorded in writing, with approval of the Commissioner, and only for offences crossing the prescribed thresholds.
Why this matters: If a summons escalates towards arrest, insist on written grounds of arrest, as their absence has repeatedly led courts to set aside GST arrests.
Kaish Impex (P) Ltd v. Union of India — Bombay High Court, Writ Petition No. 3145 of 2019, judgment dated 17 January 2020 · 2020-01-17
The department attached the bank account of a company that was not itself under investigation, because an inquiry was running against another taxpayer whose transactions touched it. The High Court held that Section 83 permits provisional attachment only where proceedings under Sections 62, 63, 64, 67, 73 or 74 are pending against that very taxable person. A summons issued to a third party under Section 70 does not open the door to attaching that party's bank account. The attachment was quashed.
What to do about it: If your account is frozen because a customer or supplier is under investigation, check first whether any specified proceeding is actually pending against your own GSTIN.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.
