From Rs.1,499, our team delivers New GST Registration for shops, service providers and manufacturers across Ayanavaram. Local jurisdiction knowledge, deadline tracking and honest, upfront fees — the way GST compliance in Chennai should actually work.
We serve businesses on and around Mudurpillai Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Ayanavaram sits beside the Integral Coach Factory's Carriage Works, and machining shops, hardware stores, printing units and provision retailers line Konnur High Road and Ayanavaram Road up to the ESI Hospital junction. Workshops supplying the Carriage Works have 2 per cent GST TDS deducted on contracts, so accepting GSTR-7 credits and keeping tender billing clean is the locality's recurring compliance chore. GST compliance in a market like Ayanavaram rewards consistency — returns that match, credits that reconcile, and records that stand up to scrutiny. Our team provides New GST Registration to businesses throughout Ayanavaram and nearby Perambur and Villivakkam on fixed, transparent fees. From the first document checklist to the final acknowledgement on WhatsApp, the process is structured so nothing depends on memory, luck or a due-date-evening scramble.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
If your GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B start drifting apart, if a large supplier stops filing, or if your turnover approaches the e-invoice threshold, we flag it to you immediately. Early warnings from our side are cheaper than departmental letters later.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Ayanavaram are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
Most GST notices trace back to mismatches between GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B. We reconcile these before filing, not after a notice arrives, so your returns are internally consistent and the most common triggers for ASMT-10 scrutiny simply never appear.
We tell you when the composition scheme stops making sense, when QRMP suits your cash flow, and when a supplier's non-compliance is quietly costing you credit. Filing is the minimum; helping you make better GST decisions is the actual job.
Your cash ledger, credit ledger and liability register are reviewed regularly, not just at filing time. Excess balances are flagged for use or refund, and where a genuine slip surfaces, a voluntary payment through DRC-03 settles it before it can mature into a notice.
GSTR-1 requires four-digit HSN reporting for turnover up to Rs.5 crore and six digits above it, and a wrong code often means a wrong rate. We verify the classification of what you actually supply, so your invoices and returns rest on defensible codes.
You share PAN, Aadhaar, photographs, address proof and bank details over WhatsApp or email. We review each document against portal requirements and flag anything that could trigger an officer query.
We draft Form GST REG-01 with the correct business constitution, principal place of business, HSN or SAC codes and authorised signatory details, then share a summary for your confirmation.
The application is filed on the GST portal and we guide the authorised signatory through Aadhaar OTP authentication, which speeds up approval and usually avoids physical verification of premises.
We track the ARN daily. If the officer issues a notice in Form REG-03 seeking clarification, we draft and file the reply in Form REG-04 within the permitted time.
Once approved, we download your registration certificate in Form REG-06, help set up portal login credentials, and brief you on invoice format, return due dates and e-way bill obligations.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Your billing staff are guided on invoice fields, rates and series discipline, so mistakes are prevented where they originate — at the counter — instead of being repaired later in the returns.
Because monthly data is reconciled as it happens, GSTR-9 preparation before the 31 December due date becomes a review exercise rather than a painful reconstruction of twelve untidy months.
Consistent, reconciled returns give the department's matching systems nothing to flag. Clients who move to us after years of self-filing typically see scrutiny queries and mismatch notices fall away within a few filing cycles.
When a query or verification comes, you respond through a professional who deals with the department regularly, in the department's own language and format, instead of facing an officer's letter alone.
Where a genuine error is found in a past period, voluntary payment through DRC-03 before any notice issues closes the matter at minimal cost, instead of letting it ripen into a demand with penalty.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
Mudurpillai Street is a residential street in Ayanavaram, about 450 m north-east of the centre of Ayanavaram. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Brock Road (about 150 m); Appadurai Street (about 150 m); Vasantha Garden Street (about 200 m); Fisher Road (about 200 m) — so a site visit on Mudurpillai Street can usually be combined with other work in Ayanavaram on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Mudurpillai Street falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Ayanavaram pincode is 600023.

Circular No. 243/37/2024-GST · 2024-12-31
CBIC clarified that transactions in vouchers are neither a supply of goods nor of services. Where a voucher is dealt with on a principal-to-principal basis, no GST arises on its sale or distribution. Where a distributor acts as an agent for a commission, GST applies on that commission. Additional services such as marketing, customisation and technology support are taxable at eighteen per cent, and unredeemed vouchers, or breakage, do not attract GST as no supply takes place.
Practical effect: Retailers and platforms issuing gift vouchers should charge GST only on the underlying goods at redemption and on any commission earned, not on the voucher sale itself.
Skill Lotto Solutions (P) Ltd v. Union of India — Supreme Court, 2020 · 2020-12-03
The Supreme Court upheld the levy of GST on lotteries, holding that the inclusion of actionable claims such as lottery, betting and gambling within the definition of 'goods' under Section 2(52) CGST Act is constitutionally valid and not discriminatory. It further held that GST is payable on the face value of lottery tickets, including the prize money component, rejecting the argument that prize money should be excluded from the taxable value.
What to do about it: The ruling confirms Parliament's wide power to tax actionable claims under GST — businesses in gaming, contests and promotional schemes should price for GST on gross face value.
56th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 3 September 2025 · 2025-09-03
The 56th GST Council meeting approved the biggest structural reform since 2017, replacing the 5, 12, 18 and 28 per cent slabs with a two-rate structure — a 5 per cent merit rate and an 18 per cent standard rate — plus a 40 per cent de-merit rate for a narrow set of luxury and sin goods. Most items at 12 per cent moved to 5 per cent and most at 28 per cent moved to 18 per cent. The new rates took effect from 22 September 2025 and remain in force.
Why this matters: Every Chennai business had to re-map product rates, reprice stock and update billing software from 22 September 2025 — rate mistakes since then invite scrutiny notices.
