Late fees, blocked credit and mismatch notices cost far more than professional help ever will. We complete GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing for Chepauk businesses from Rs.749, matching every figure against portal data before anything reaches the department.
We serve businesses on and around Swami Sivananda Salai — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Chepauk is Chennai's government and sporting quarter: the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium on Wallajah Road, the Chepauk Palace secretariat offices in Ezhilagam, the University of Madras along Kamarajar Salai and hostels and eateries on Bells Road and Victoria Hostel Road. Caterers, event vendors and contractors billing government departments face 2 per cent GST TDS reported in GSTR-7, making monthly credit acceptance essential. Years of working in and around Chepauk have shown us where GST trouble actually begins here — supplier defaults, classification doubts and deadlines lost in busy trading weeks. Our GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing is built to close precisely those gaps, and the same team supports businesses in Triplicane and Chintadripet, each with one point of contact and a compliance calendar maintained on their behalf.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Businesses with registrations in more than one State, or multiple branches under one PAN, face cross-charge, stock transfer and input service distribution questions that single-GSTIN firms never see. We keep all your registrations consistent with each other, not just compliant individually.
Every acknowledgement, challan, computation sheet and filed return is saved and shared with you in an organised folder. When a bank, buyer or GST officer asks for a document from two years ago, it reaches you the same day without any scrambling.
No filing leaves our desk on a junior's judgement alone. A senior GST practitioner reviews your figures, ITC claims and tax computation before submission, so errors are caught at our table and not by the department months later through a notice.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Chepauk would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
Sellers on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces face a three-way match between marketplace reports, GSTR-1 and the TCS the operator deposits against your GSTIN. We reconcile all three every period and accept the TCS credit, so sellers in Chepauk never leave marketplace deductions unclaimed.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Chepauk are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
The hours you or your accountant spent wrestling with the portal, JSON errors and reconciliations every month return to sales, operations and customers, while trained hands manage the compliance in the background.
Because monthly data is reconciled as it happens, GSTR-9 preparation before the 31 December due date becomes a review exercise rather than a painful reconstruction of twelve untidy months.
Each period you receive a simple computation showing output tax, credit utilised and net cash payable, so GST becomes a number you understand and question rather than a figure you accept blindly.
A fixed professional fee is almost always cheaper than the combination of late fees, interest, lost credit and staff hours that informal, last-minute compliance quietly accumulates over a year.
Where a genuine error is found in a past period, voluntary payment through DRC-03 before any notice issues closes the matter at minimal cost, instead of letting it ripen into a demand with penalty.
Consistent, reconciled returns give the department's matching systems nothing to flag. Clients who move to us after years of self-filing typically see scrutiny queries and mismatch notices fall away within a few filing cycles.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
Swami Sivananda Salai is a main connecting road in Chepauk, about 650 m north-west of the centre of Chepauk. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Adams Street (about 500 m); Wallajah Road (about 500 m); Mreyan 2nd Lane (about 550 m); KMS Street (about 600 m) — so a site visit on Swami Sivananda Salai can usually be combined with other work in Chepauk on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Swami Sivananda Salai falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Chepauk pincode is 600005.

GST law moves through notifications, circulars and court decisions. These are the ones changing how filings are prepared right now.
GSTN Advisory, September 2022 — changes in Table 4 of Form GSTR-3B pursuant to Notification No. 14/2022-Central Tax, dated 5 July 2022 and Circular No. 170/02/2022-GST, dated 6 July 2022 · 2022-09
From the August 2022 return period the whole of the credit appearing in GSTR-2B must first be reported as credit available in Table 4(A), with ineligible and reversible credit then shown separately in Table 4(B). Reversals that can be reclaimed later, such as those under Rule 37, go into Table 4(B)(2) and the reclaim is reported in Table 4(D)(1). Only the net figure reaches the electronic credit ledger.
Practical effect: Report gross credit and reversals separately in Table 4, because the department now compares your ledger with GSTR-2B line by line.
47th GST Council Meeting, Chandigarh — 28 and 29 June 2022 · 2022-06-29
The Council recommended withdrawing the exemption on hotel accommodation priced up to one thousand rupees per unit per day and taxing it at 12 per cent, and taxing room rent charged by a hospital, other than intensive care and similar critical care units, where the charge exceeds five thousand rupees per day per patient, at 5 per cent without input tax credit. It also recommended withdrawing the small-consignment exemptions for goods transport agencies and giving transporters a forward-charge option. The changes took effect from 18 July 2022.
What to do about it: Chennai lodges charging under one thousand rupees a night and hospitals with deluxe rooms above five thousand rupees a day both acquired new GST liabilities from 18 July 2022.
The Bank of Nova Scotia - AAR Tamil Nadu, Order No. TN/23/AAR/2018, dated 31 December 2018 · 2018-12-31
The bank imported goods and stored them in a Free Trade Warehousing Zone before they were cleared. It asked whether integrated tax was payable again when the goods were removed from the zone to the domestic tariff area, over and above the tax collected at the time of customs clearance. The Authority, following Circular No. 3/1/2018-IGST dated 25 May 2018, held that the applicant is not liable to pay IGST at the time of removal, the levy arising once at clearance for home consumption.
What to do about it: Chennai importers using FTWZ facilities pay IGST once at clearance and should resist any demand for a second levy on removal.
