Trusted GST for E-Commerce Sellers support for Maduravoyal, priced from Rs.1,499 with no hidden additions. Send documents from your phone, approve the prepared draft, and we handle the portal — including the difficult due-date evenings when it slows down.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
GST does not distinguish between a large showroom and a small service unit — the due dates and matching systems apply equally to both. Maduravoyal is Chennai's western freight gateway where the Chennai Bypass meets Poonamallee High Road, filled with transporters, godowns, wholesale distributors and automobile service centres along the Vanagaram-Ambattur stretch. Goods transport agencies and their clients here regularly need reverse charge advice, e-way bill compliance for interstate loads and registration of rented warehouses as additional places of business. That is why our GST for E-Commerce Sellers engagements in Maduravoyal follow the same discipline whatever the client's size: written checklists, reconciliation before filing and every acknowledgement archived. Businesses from Koyambedu and Vanagaram run on the same process, entirely over WhatsApp if they prefer.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Your work is executed by trained GST staff working under direct senior supervision, not passed to interns learning on your file. The person preparing your return understands reverse charge, blocked credits and place of supply, because getting these wrong costs you money.
Every acknowledgement, challan, computation sheet and filed return is saved and shared with you in an organised folder. When a bank, buyer or GST officer asks for a document from two years ago, it reaches you the same day without any scrambling.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Maduravoyal would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
GSTR-1 requires four-digit HSN reporting for turnover up to Rs.5 crore and six digits above it, and a wrong code often means a wrong rate. We verify the classification of what you actually supply, so your invoices and returns rest on defensible codes.
From filing the LUT in RFD-11 at the start of each financial year to preparing RFD-01 refund claims with complete annexures, we know what makes a refund file move. Exporters and inverted-duty businesses come to us specifically for this.
No filing leaves our desk on a junior's judgement alone. A senior GST practitioner reviews your figures, ITC claims and tax computation before submission, so errors are caught at our table and not by the department months later through a notice.
Each month we collect sales, settlement and returns reports from every marketplace you sell on, plus purchase bills and marketplace commission invoices.
Marketplace data is converted into GST-ready figures: state-wise B2C supplies by place of supply, B2B invoices where applicable, and credit notes for customer returns.
GSTR-1 is filed by the 11th and GSTR-3B by the 20th, with input tax credit on commissions, shipping and inventory purchases reconciled against GSTR-2B.
TCS reported by operators in GSTR-8 is accepted on the portal, matched against your sales, and differences are traced to returns, cancellations or timing.
You receive a seller compliance summary covering sales by state, tax paid, TCS credits claimed and pending mismatches, with alerts on any new marketplace requirement.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Continuous filing protects you from the suspension and cancellation proceedings that hit chronic non-filers, so your registration, e-way bill access and ability to issue tax invoices are never suddenly cut off.
Correct e-way bills matched to correct invoices mean your consignments clear roadside inspections cleanly, avoiding detention proceedings whose penalties can far exceed the tax on the goods being carried.
Consistent, reconciled returns give the department's matching systems nothing to flag. Clients who move to us after years of self-filing typically see scrutiny queries and mismatch notices fall away within a few filing cycles.
The hours you or your accountant spent wrestling with the portal, JSON errors and reconciliations every month return to sales, operations and customers, while trained hands manage the compliance in the background.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
Illness, travel or a family function no longer threatens a deadline. With a standing external process holding your calendar and data trail, filings proceed on schedule whether or not you are at your desk.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |

Circular No. 109/28/2019-GST dated 22 July 2019 · 2019-07-22
CBIC clarified that maintenance charged by a resident welfare association is exempt where it does not exceed Rs 7,500 per member per month, a limit raised from Rs 5,000 with effect from 25 January 2018. An association is liable to register only if its annual turnover exceeds Rs 20 lakh and its charges exceed Rs 7,500. Where the limit is crossed, tax is payable on the entire amount and not merely the excess. A member owning two flats gets the limit separately for each, and the association can claim input tax credit.
Why this matters: Apartment associations across Chennai should test both the Rs 20 lakh turnover and the Rs 7,500 per-flat tests, and remember that crossing the limit taxes the whole amount.
49th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 18 February 2023 · 2023-02-18
The 49th GST Council meeting decided to clear the entire balance of GST compensation dues to states, with the Centre releasing Rs 16,982 crore for June 2022 from its own resources pending cess collections. The Council also approved release of admissible final compensation to states that had furnished revenue figures certified by their Accountant General. This closed the five-year compensation window promised to states at the launch of GST, while cess collections continued to service the back-to-back loans taken during COVID.
How we apply it: Compensation cess on items like aerated drinks, coal and motor vehicles continued to apply to fund loan repayment, so businesses dealing in cess goods had to keep charging it.
Notification Nos. 36/2023 & 37/2023-Central Tax · 2023-08-04
These companion notifications prescribed how e-commerce operators must deal with the newly permitted seller categories from 1 October 2023. Platforms may allow composition taxpayers and enrolled unregistered persons to sell goods only within their own State, must verify the enrolment or registration details before listing, and must report such supplies in their GSTR-8 statements. Inter-State supplies by these sellers through the platform are prohibited, protecting the concessional schemes from misuse.
Why this matters: Composition dealers can sell through online platforms but strictly within Tamil Nadu, and marketplaces will demand valid enrolment details before activating such listings.
