We serve businesses on and around Kattabomman Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Ekkattuthangal, beside the Kathipara interchange, blends the SIDCO Industrial Estate's south phase with IT towers such as Olympia Technology Park and a strip of printing, packaging and engineering units off the Inner Ring Road. Units sending components out for plating or machining must move them on delivery challans and report the flows in ITC-04, a step many discover only when a departmental audit asks for job-work records. That commercial character shapes the GST questions we see from Ekkattuthangal every week — registrations, monthly returns, credit mismatches and departmental queries. We deliver GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing for businesses in Ekkattuthangal, and clients also reach us from Guindy and Jafferkhanpet nearby. Documents move over WhatsApp, drafts are approved before filing, and a senior consultant reviews every submission, so distance from our office never dilutes the quality of the work.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
You receive a WhatsApp message when documents are received, when the draft is ready for your approval, and when the return or application is filed, along with the acknowledgement. You never have to call and ask what is happening with your file.
Every new client receives a review of their recent returns before we file anything — unclaimed credit, GSTR-1 versus GSTR-3B drift, and exposures worth correcting quietly. Businesses in Ekkattuthangal often discover in this first review exactly why their previous arrangement was costing them money.
Most GST notices trace back to mismatches between GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B. We reconcile these before filing, not after a notice arrives, so your returns are internally consistent and the most common triggers for ASMT-10 scrutiny simply never appear.
GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th, CMP-08 by the 18th after each quarter — we maintain a compliance calendar for every client and start chasing your data well before the due date, so late fees never enter the picture.
If a query, ASMT-10 scrutiny notice or DRC-01 arrives on a return we filed, we stand behind our work and help you draft the reply. You are not left alone with a departmental letter and a thirty-day clock ticking against you.
Sellers on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces face a three-way match between marketplace reports, GSTR-1 and the TCS the operator deposits against your GSTIN. We reconcile all three every period and accept the TCS credit, so sellers in Ekkattuthangal never leave marketplace deductions unclaimed.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Illness, travel or a family function no longer threatens a deadline. With a standing external process holding your calendar and data trail, filings proceed on schedule whether or not you are at your desk.
The hours you or your accountant spent wrestling with the portal, JSON errors and reconciliations every month return to sales, operations and customers, while trained hands manage the compliance in the background.
The 11th and the 20th stop being days of dread. You approve a prepared draft, we file, and the acknowledgement lands on your WhatsApp — month after month, without drama.
When GST knowledge lives inside a single staff member, their resignation becomes a compliance crisis. With our firm as the standing process, your filings continue uninterrupted regardless of internal staff changes.
Because turnover in your GST returns is kept aligned with your accounts through the year, income tax filing and statutory audit proceed without the GST-versus-books mismatch queries that now surface routinely through data matching.
Interest on delayed GST payment runs at 18 percent per annum, which is costlier than most working capital finance. Timely computation and payment through our calendar keeps that meter permanently at zero.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
Kattabomman Street is a residential street in Ekkattuthangal, about 900 m north-east of the centre of Ekkattuthangal. Chidambaram Salai (about 100 m); Gangai Amman Koil Street (about 300 m) — so a site visit on Kattabomman Street can usually be combined with other work in Ekkattuthangal on the same trip. 45th GST Council Meeting, Lucknow — 17 September 2021 · 2021-09-17
The Council decided that the rate changes needed to correct the inverted duty structure in the footwear and textiles sectors, discussed and deferred at an earlier meeting, would be implemented with effect from 1 January 2022. The correction involved moving fabrics, garments and footwear below the earlier value thresholds from 5 per cent up to 12 per cent so that output tax would exceed input tax and refund claims would cease. The Council also set up Groups of Ministers on rate rationalisation and on using technology to improve compliance.
What it means for you: Tamil Nadu's textile and footwear clusters faced a five to twelve per cent increase from January 2022, a decision the Council reversed for textiles on 31 December 2021, the eve of implementation.
Notification No. 07/2020-Central Tax · 2020-02-03
CBIC replaced the single 20th-of-the-month GSTR-3B deadline with a staggered system. Taxpayers with aggregate turnover of Rs 5 crore or more in the previous financial year continued to file by the 20th. Smaller taxpayers were split by State: those in Tamil Nadu and the other southern and western States were given the 22nd, while the northern and eastern States were given the 24th. The arrangement was first notified for the January to March 2020 returns.
Practical effect: A Chennai business below Rs 5 crore turnover files GSTR-3B by the 22nd, not the 20th, and late-fee notices computed from the 20th should be contested.
GSTN Advisories, 2024 — enabling of credit card, debit card and UPI payment options on the GST portal · 2024
In addition to net banking, NEFT, RTGS and over-the-counter payment, GSTN enabled payment of GST through Unified Payments Interface and through credit and debit cards, routed via a payment gateway on the portal. The facility was rolled out State by State and now covers most States and Union Territories. Gateway or bank charges are borne by the taxpayer, and the amount reflects in the electronic cash ledger once the challan is confirmed.
Why this matters: Use UPI or card payment when a bank transfer will not clear in time, but confirm the credit in the cash ledger before filing the return.
