Reliable New GST Registration for Erukkanchery businesses at a clear, fixed fee starting Rs.1,499. We handle the documentation, portal work and follow-up, you approve the draft before anything is filed, and the acknowledgement reaches you on WhatsApp the moment the filing goes through.
We serve businesses on and around Ethiraj Samy Salai — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Erukkancheri High Road, climbing from Basin Bridge to Moolakadai Junction, carries steel and hardware traders, tyre and lubricant shops, timber depots, automobile workshops and wholesale provision godowns, with workshop lanes running off Tirichi Chinnasamy Road, Udhaya Suriyan Road and Alagini Samy Road. Traders and transporters here regularly face e-way bill detentions on this corridor, ITC reversal under Rule 37 and GSTR-3B mismatch notices. We have supported businesses of exactly this profile with New GST Registration across Erukkanchery for years, along with clients from Vyasarpadi and Kodungaiyur. The engagement is simple: one point of contact, a clear fee, documents over WhatsApp or in person at our Chennai office, and senior review before anything is submitted on the portal. What you get in return is clean filings, archived records and far fewer reasons for the department to write to you.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Every acknowledgement, challan, computation sheet and filed return is saved and shared with you in an organised folder. When a bank, buyer or GST officer asks for a document from two years ago, it reaches you the same day without any scrambling.
Traders, manufacturers, contractors, e-commerce sellers, professionals and service exporters — we have handled GST for all of them. Whatever mix of goods and services your Erukkanchery business supplies, the rate, classification and place-of-supply questions have almost certainly crossed our desk before.
OTP failures, DSC errors, stuck submissions on due-date evenings — we deal with the GST portal daily and know the workarounds. When the site misbehaves on the 20th, our team keeps retrying and escalating so your return still goes through.
Composition dealers have their own rulebook — CMP-08 every quarter, GSTR-4 annually by 30 June, bills of supply instead of tax invoices, and a turnover ceiling that must be watched. We handle each of these correctly so the scheme's simplicity never turns into a violation.
Most GST notices trace back to mismatches between GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B. We reconcile these before filing, not after a notice arrives, so your returns are internally consistent and the most common triggers for ASMT-10 scrutiny simply never appear.
From filing the LUT in RFD-11 at the start of each financial year to preparing RFD-01 refund claims with complete annexures, we know what makes a refund file move. Exporters and inverted-duty businesses come to us specifically for this.
You share PAN, Aadhaar, photographs, address proof and bank details over WhatsApp or email. We review each document against portal requirements and flag anything that could trigger an officer query.
We draft Form GST REG-01 with the correct business constitution, principal place of business, HSN or SAC codes and authorised signatory details, then share a summary for your confirmation.
The application is filed on the GST portal and we guide the authorised signatory through Aadhaar OTP authentication, which speeds up approval and usually avoids physical verification of premises.
We track the ARN daily. If the officer issues a notice in Form REG-03 seeking clarification, we draft and file the reply in Form REG-04 within the permitted time.
Once approved, we download your registration certificate in Form REG-06, help set up portal login credentials, and brief you on invoice format, return due dates and e-way bill obligations.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: 3-7 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Funding rounds, partnerships and business sales all begin with a compliance check. A clean, documented GST history lets you clear that scrutiny quickly instead of watching a deal stall over old filing gaps.
Excess balances parked in the electronic cash ledger are identified during regular ledger reviews and either utilised against upcoming liability or claimed back as a refund, instead of sitting interest-free with the government.
Large buyers check vendor GST compliance before releasing payments and renewing contracts. A clean filing record with timely GSTR-1 uploads keeps your invoices reflecting in their GSTR-2B and your payments unblocked.
Because turnover in your GST returns is kept aligned with your accounts through the year, income tax filing and statutory audit proceed without the GST-versus-books mismatch queries that now surface routinely through data matching.
With the LUT filed at the start of each financial year and refund claims tracked to credit, exporters supply without blocking funds in IGST and recover accumulated credit on schedule.
Advances received for services attract GST on receipt while advances for goods generally do not; applying this distinction correctly means you neither prepay tax unnecessarily nor omit a liability that surfaces later with interest.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
Ethiraj Samy Salai is a secondary arterial road in Erukkanchery, about 400 m west of the centre of Erukkanchery. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — 3rd Main Road (about 350 m); 2nd Main Road (about 350 m); Amman kovilst (about 500 m); Amman Kovil Street (about 700 m) — so a site visit on Ethiraj Samy Salai can usually be combined with other work in Erukkanchery on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Ethiraj Samy Salai falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Erukkanchery pincode is 600118.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
A working knowledge of recent instruments and judgments is what separates a defensible filing from a risky one.
GSTN Advisory dated 23 August 2024 — Rule 10A bank account furnishing · 2024-08-23
GSTN advised that under Rule 10A of the CGST Rules, registered taxpayers must furnish valid bank account details within 30 days of registration or before filing GSTR-1 or IFF, whichever is earlier. From 1 September 2024 the portal blocks GSTR-1 and IFF filing for taxpayers whose bank account details are not available and validated on the portal. The measure targets fraudulent registrations created without genuine banking trails.
What to do about it: Newly registered businesses should add and validate their bank account on the portal immediately after registration to avoid a filing blockage.
Notification No. 18/2025-Central Tax — insertion of Rules 9A & 14A, effective 1 November 2025 · 2025-10-31
Implementing the 56th GST Council decision, CBIC inserted Rule 9A, enabling risk-based automatic electronic grant of registration within three working days for low-risk applicants, and Rule 14A, an optional simplified route for small applicants who self-assess their monthly output tax liability on supplies to registered persons at not more than Rs 2.5 lakh, with Aadhaar authentication mandatory. The scheme is expected to cover the large majority of new registration applications and reduce officer-interface delays.
How we apply it: Genuine small businesses in Chennai can now expect a GSTIN within about three working days by opting for the Rule 14A route with Aadhaar authentication.
M/s. Ajay Agency v. State Tax Officer — Madras High Court, W.P. No. 8507 of 2023, decided 30 March 2023 (Anita Sumanth J.) · 2023-03-30
A consignment of power weeders was intercepted on 6 March 2023 at about 10.30 a.m., the e-way bill having expired at 11.59 p.m. the previous night. The taxpayer pleaded a vehicle breakdown. The Court declined to interfere, noting that the validity could have been extended within the permitted window and had not been, and that the officer's decision to detain and penalise under Section 129(1) was not unreasonable. The writ petition was dismissed with liberty to file a statutory appeal.
Practical effect: Chennai transporters must extend e-way bill validity within the permitted window when a vehicle breaks down; the High Court will not excuse an expired bill merely because of a breakdown.
