Late fees, blocked credit and mismatch notices cost far more than professional help ever will. We complete GST Refund RFD-01 for Keelkattalai businesses from Rs.4,999, matching every figure against portal data before anything reaches the department.
We serve businesses on and around Pallavaram - Thoraipakkam Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Keelkattalai lies where Medavakkam Main Road meets the Pallavaram-Thoraipakkam 200 Feet Radial Road, its frontage carrying tile and sanitaryware showrooms, timber and hardware dealers, supermarkets and diagnostic labs that serve the apartment belt around Keelkattalai Lake. Dealers delivering materials to construction sites regularly trip on e-way bill requirements for consignments above Rs.50,000, and first-time registration for fast-growing retailers is routine work here. That commercial character shapes the GST questions we see from Keelkattalai every week — registrations, monthly returns, credit mismatches and departmental queries. We deliver GST Refund RFD-01 for businesses in Keelkattalai, and clients also reach us from Madipakkam and Kovilambakkam nearby. Documents move over WhatsApp, drafts are approved before filing, and a senior consultant reviews every submission, so distance from our office never dilutes the quality of the work.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Traders, manufacturers, contractors, e-commerce sellers, professionals and service exporters — we have handled GST for all of them. Whatever mix of goods and services your Keelkattalai business supplies, the rate, classification and place-of-supply questions have almost certainly crossed our desk before.
Send your query on call or WhatsApp and you hear back the same working day, usually within a few hours. When a due date is close or a notice has landed, waiting two days for a reply is simply not acceptable, and we know it.
We match your purchase register against GSTR-2B every period, follow up on invoices your suppliers have not uploaded, and ensure every rupee of eligible input tax credit is claimed. Clients routinely recover credit they were silently losing under self-filing.
A registration cancelled for non-filing is not the end of the road. We bring the pending returns up to date, clear the dues and file the revocation application in REG-21 within the permitted window, restoring suspended and cancelled GSTINs to active status.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Keelkattalai are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
Composition dealers have their own rulebook — CMP-08 every quarter, GSTR-4 annually by 30 June, bills of supply instead of tax invoices, and a turnover ceiling that must be watched. We handle each of these correctly so the scheme's simplicity never turns into a violation.
We identify the correct refund category, confirm the two-year limitation from the relevant date, and compute the admissible amount using the formula prescribed under the rules.
Invoices, shipping bills, FIRCs, the LUT and ledger extracts are compiled into the prescribed statements, and gaps that commonly cause deficiency memos are fixed upfront.
The refund application is filed on the portal with all annexures and declarations, and the acknowledgement in RFD-02 is tracked within the statutory fifteen days.
We respond to any deficiency memo in RFD-03 or show cause notice in RFD-08, appear through written submissions, and pursue provisional refund where the category permits.
We track the sanction order in RFD-06 and payment advice in RFD-05, confirm the credit in your validated bank account, and archive the complete claim file.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Application filed in 3-5 working days; sanction typically within 60 days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Correct e-way bills matched to correct invoices mean your consignments clear roadside inspections cleanly, avoiding detention proceedings whose penalties can far exceed the tax on the goods being carried.
A fixed professional fee is almost always cheaper than the combination of late fees, interest, lost credit and staff hours that informal, last-minute compliance quietly accumulates over a year.
Each period you receive a simple computation showing output tax, credit utilised and net cash payable, so GST becomes a number you understand and question rather than a figure you accept blindly.
Funding rounds, partnerships and business sales all begin with a compliance check. A clean, documented GST history lets you clear that scrutiny quickly instead of watching a deal stall over old filing gaps.
Continuous filing protects you from the suspension and cancellation proceedings that hit chronic non-filers, so your registration, e-way bill access and ability to issue tax invoices are never suddenly cut off.
You know your expected GST outflow days before the 20th, not on the night of filing. That advance visibility lets you plan payments, collections and bank balances instead of scrambling for funds at the deadline.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
Pallavaram - Thoraipakkam Road is a primary arterial road in Keelkattalai, about 950 m north-west of the centre of Keelkattalai. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Indrajith Avenue (about 150 m); 90 Degrees Dra Road (about 150 m); Bounty Acres Road (about 250 m); Freedom Road (about 400 m) — so a site visit on Pallavaram - Thoraipakkam Road can usually be combined with other work in Keelkattalai on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Pallavaram - Thoraipakkam Road falls under the Chennai South CGST Commissionerate, and the Keelkattalai pincode is 600117.

GST law moves through notifications, circulars and court decisions. These are the ones changing how filings are prepared right now.
Circular No. 225/19/2024-GST · 2024-07-11
Building on the earlier corporate guarantee circular, the Board clarified that the special valuation rule in Rule 28(2) applies to guarantees issued or renewed on or after 26 October 2023, and that the one per cent value is to be read as one per cent per annum of the guarantee amount, apportioned where the guarantee runs for a shorter period. It also confirmed that where the recipient is eligible for full input tax credit, the value declared in the invoice is deemed to be the open market value.
Practical effect: Chennai promoters and holding companies giving guarantees for group borrowings should compute the value annually and, where the borrower takes full credit, can adopt the invoice value.
Numinous Impex (I) (P) Ltd v. Commissioner of Customs — Madras High Court, 2022 · 2022-04-08
An exporter's refund of IGST paid on exported goods was withheld on the ground that it had claimed duty drawback at the higher rate. Following the Gujarat High Court's Amit Cotton Industries ruling, the Madras High Court held that claiming drawback does not disentitle the exporter to refund of IGST paid on exports, and directed the customs authorities to process the refund along with applicable interest, since the circular relied upon by the department could not override the statutory refund right.
What it means for you: Exporters from Chennai whose IGST refunds are stuck over drawback objections should press this jurisdictional precedent for release of refunds with interest.
Notification No. 15/2021-Central Tax (Rate) dated 18.11.2021 · 2021-11-18
This notification removed the words governmental authority and government entity from the concessional works contract entries in the services rate notification. With effect from 1 January 2022, works contract services supplied to a governmental authority or a government entity ceased to enjoy the 12 per cent rate and moved to 18 per cent with input tax credit. Only supplies made directly to the Central Government, a State Government, a Union territory or a local authority continued at the concessional rate at that stage.
What to do about it: Chennai contractors working for boards, corporations and government companies moved to 18 per cent from 1 January 2022, and should have raised price-variation claims for contracts signed earlier.
