Reliable GST Notice Reply for Kelambakkam businesses at a clear, fixed fee starting Rs.2,999. We handle the documentation, portal work and follow-up, you approve the draft before anything is filed, and the acknowledgement reaches you on WhatsApp the moment the filing goes through.
We serve businesses on and around Kovalam Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Kelambakkam commands the junction where the Vandalur-Kelambakkam Road meets Old Mahabalipuram Road, anchored by Chettinad Health City's hospital and university campuses and ringed by new apartment projects spreading towards Pudupakkam. Hospitals mixing exempt healthcare with taxable pharmacy and canteen sales must apportion input tax credit, and land promoters converting farm parcels into layouts need clarity on which part of their consideration attracts GST. From a first registration to the annual return, the full range of GST Notice Reply is available to Kelambakkam businesses without stepping far from the shop or office — documents travel over WhatsApp, and our Chennai premises are open to anyone who prefers a face-to-face discussion. We serve Siruseri and Padur on the same footing, applying one rule everywhere: reconcile before filing, file before the due date, and keep the client informed at every stage.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Quarterly filing still demands monthly attention — IFF uploads so your buyers see their credit on time, and tax payment through PMT-06 by the 25th for the first two months of each quarter. We run that monthly rhythm so QRMP saves you effort without creating gaps.
Traders, manufacturers, contractors, e-commerce sellers, professionals and service exporters — we have handled GST for all of them. Whatever mix of goods and services your Kelambakkam business supplies, the rate, classification and place-of-supply questions have almost certainly crossed our desk before.
We match your purchase register against GSTR-2B every period, follow up on invoices your suppliers have not uploaded, and ensure every rupee of eligible input tax credit is claimed. Clients routinely recover credit they were silently losing under self-filing.
If a query, ASMT-10 scrutiny notice or DRC-01 arrives on a return we filed, we stand behind our work and help you draft the reply. You are not left alone with a departmental letter and a thirty-day clock ticking against you.
If your GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B start drifting apart, if a large supplier stops filing, or if your turnover approaches the e-invoice threshold, we flag it to you immediately. Early warnings from our side are cheaper than departmental letters later.
Freight paid to transporters, advocate fees, imported services and other notified supplies attract GST under reverse charge, with self-invoicing where the supplier is unregistered. We maintain a running RCM check every period, because this is the liability self-filers most consistently miss.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Whether moving between composition and regular scheme, opting into QRMP, or crossing the e-invoice threshold at Rs.5 crore, transitions are planned in advance rather than discovered after a compliance breach.
Sales returns, discounts and price revisions are adjusted through properly reported credit notes within the statutory window, so you never keep paying tax on turnover you have already reversed.
When a business winds up, proper cancellation and a timely final return ensure the file is genuinely closed, so no demand or late-fee computation resurfaces against you long after the shutters came down.
Your scheme choice — regular, composition or QRMP — is re-examined as turnover and margins change, so you are always paying under the structure that legitimately costs your business the least.
A fixed professional fee is almost always cheaper than the combination of late fees, interest, lost credit and staff hours that informal, last-minute compliance quietly accumulates over a year.
Each period you receive a simple computation showing output tax, credit utilised and net cash payable, so GST becomes a number you understand and question rather than a figure you accept blindly.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
Kovalam Road is a secondary arterial road in Kelambakkam, about 900 m east of the centre of Kelambakkam. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Pillayar Koil Street (about 950 m); Old Mahabalipuram Road (about 1.0 km); Bajanai Kovil Street (about 1.1 km); Veeranam Road (about 1.1 km) — so a site visit on Kovalam Road can usually be combined with other work in Kelambakkam on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Kovalam Road falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Kelambakkam pincode is 603103.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
GST law moves through notifications, circulars and court decisions. These are the ones changing how filings are prepared right now.
Valerius Industries v. Union of India — Gujarat High Court, judgment dated 28 August 2019 · 2019-08-28
The department provisionally attached the taxpayer's bank accounts and stock under Section 83 during an investigation. The High Court laid down that provisional attachment is a drastic and extraordinary power to be used sparingly and only on the basis of tangible material showing it is necessary to protect revenue. Attachment cannot be ordered mechanically or as a matter of course, and a cash-credit account, being a borrowing facility rather than the taxpayer's property, cannot be attached.
What to do about it: An attachment of your current account or cash-credit limit during an enquiry can be challenged if the officer has not recorded material justifying it.
18th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 30 June 2017 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Item 3) · 2017-06-30
Meeting on the day GST was launched, the Council revisited the rate on fertilisers. Officers calculated the pre-GST incidence at about 9.75 per cent, placing fertilisers between the five and twelve per cent slabs. After almost every State supported relief for farmers, the Chairperson recorded a consensus and the Council agreed to tax fertilisers at five per cent instead of twelve, notwithstanding the inverted duty refund burden this would create for manufacturers whose inputs were taxed at eighteen per cent.
Why this matters: The Council reopened a rate it had already fixed only weeks earlier, and the cut created the inverted duty structure that fertiliser dealers still claim refunds under.
Sections 107(6) and 112(8), CGST Act, 2017, as amended by the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2024, effective 1 November 2024 vide Notification No. 17/2024-Central Tax · 2024-11-01
The maximum pre-deposit for a first appeal under Section 107 was reduced from Rs 25 crore to Rs 20 crore each of CGST and SGST, the rate remaining ten per cent of the disputed tax. For appeals to the GST Appellate Tribunal, the pre-deposit was reduced from twenty per cent to ten per cent of the disputed tax, subject to a ceiling of Rs 20 crore each of CGST and SGST, in addition to the amount already deposited at the first appellate stage.
Practical effect: A second appeal to the Tribunal now costs ten per cent rather than twenty per cent of the disputed tax, making it far more affordable to carry a bad order forward.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.
