Reliable GST Refund RFD-01 for Korukkupet businesses at a clear, fixed fee starting Rs.4,999. We handle the documentation, portal work and follow-up, you approve the draft before anything is filed, and the acknowledgement reaches you on WhatsApp the moment the filing goes through.
We serve businesses on and around Korukkupet Goods Shed — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Korukkupet is defined by the oil marketing company terminals off Thiruvottiyur High Road and Ennore High Road, the Korukkupet goods shed and the Cochrane Basin Road level crossing. Tanker fleet owners, terminal contractors, clearing agents and the Kalmandapam Road trading rows work around petroleum products staying outside GST, blocked input credit on such supplies, and reverse charge on inward goods transport. That commercial character shapes the GST questions we see from Korukkupet every week — registrations, monthly returns, credit mismatches and departmental queries. We deliver GST Refund RFD-01 for businesses in Korukkupet, and clients also reach us from Old Washermanpet and Tondiarpet nearby. Documents move over WhatsApp, drafts are approved before filing, and a senior consultant reviews every submission, so distance from our office never dilutes the quality of the work.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Businesses with registrations in more than one State, or multiple branches under one PAN, face cross-charge, stock transfer and input service distribution questions that single-GSTIN firms never see. We keep all your registrations consistent with each other, not just compliant individually.
We work with Chennai GST ranges and circles every week, including the jurisdiction covering Korukkupet. We know how local proper officers examine registrations, what supporting documents they routinely call for, and how to present a file so it moves without repeated queries.
Your sales figures, supplier lists and login credentials are handled only by our engaged team, stored securely and never shared with any third party. Many of our clients in Korukkupet compete with each other; complete confidentiality is a condition of our work.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Korukkupet are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
Your cash ledger, credit ledger and liability register are reviewed regularly, not just at filing time. Excess balances are flagged for use or refund, and where a genuine slip surfaces, a voluntary payment through DRC-03 settles it before it can mature into a notice.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Korukkupet would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
We identify the correct refund category, confirm the two-year limitation from the relevant date, and compute the admissible amount using the formula prescribed under the rules.
Invoices, shipping bills, FIRCs, the LUT and ledger extracts are compiled into the prescribed statements, and gaps that commonly cause deficiency memos are fixed upfront.
The refund application is filed on the portal with all annexures and declarations, and the acknowledgement in RFD-02 is tracked within the statutory fifteen days.
We respond to any deficiency memo in RFD-03 or show cause notice in RFD-08, appear through written submissions, and pursue provisional refund where the category permits.
We track the sanction order in RFD-06 and payment advice in RFD-05, confirm the credit in your validated bank account, and archive the complete claim file.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Application filed in 3-5 working days; sanction typically within 60 days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
When GST knowledge lives inside a single staff member, their resignation becomes a compliance crisis. With our firm as the standing process, your filings continue uninterrupted regardless of internal staff changes.
Advances received for services attract GST on receipt while advances for goods generally do not; applying this distinction correctly means you neither prepay tax unnecessarily nor omit a liability that surfaces later with interest.
When a query or verification comes, you respond through a professional who deals with the department regularly, in the department's own language and format, instead of facing an officer's letter alone.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
Getting IGST versus CGST and SGST right at the invoice stage spares you the painful cycle of paying the correct head again and pursuing a refund of the amount paid under the wrong one.
The hours you or your accountant spent wrestling with the portal, JSON errors and reconciliations every month return to sales, operations and customers, while trained hands manage the compliance in the background.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |

14th GST Council Meeting, Srinagar — 18-19 May 2017 (PIB Release ID 1490274) · 2017-05-18
The Council completed the fitment exercise for goods and broadly approved GST rates at nil, five, twelve, eighteen and twenty-eight per cent across the tariff, along with the rates of GST compensation cess to be levied on specified goods. The chapter-wise, rate-wise schedule dated 18 May 2017 was published on the CBEC website immediately after the meeting, subject to further vetting, and formed the basis of the rate notifications issued for the 1 July 2017 rollout.
What to do about it: The original HSN-wise rate schedule for your products dates from this meeting; classification disputes often turn on how an item was fitted here.
GSTN Advisory dated 8 May 2025 — changes in the refund filing process on the portal · 2025-05-08
GSTN removed the requirement to select a refund period in chronological order for certain refund categories, so a claim need not follow strict sequence, and moved those categories to invoice-based filing. For export of services with payment of tax, supplies to special economic zone units with payment of tax, and deemed export claims by the supplier, the applicant uploads the specific invoices in the relevant statement and those invoices are then locked against a repeat claim. All returns due up to the date of the claim must be filed.
How we apply it: Keep returns current and your export invoice register clean, since refunds are now claimed invoice by invoice and each invoice can be used only once.
Notification No. 13/2017-Central Tax dated 28.06.2017 · 2017-06-28
This notification fixed the rates of interest under the CGST Act. Interest on delayed payment of tax under section 50(1) is eighteen per cent per annum. Interest where credit is taken in excess or output liability is reduced in excess under section 50(3) is twenty four per cent per annum. Interest on delayed refunds under section 56 is six per cent per annum, rising to nine per cent where the refund arises from an appellate order.
What it means for you: Every interest computation in a Chennai demand notice or refund claim runs off these rates, and the eighteen and twenty four per cent distinction is frequently worth contesting.
