Our consultants provide GST Notice Reply to businesses across Maduravoyal starting at Rs.2,999. Every file is reconciled and senior-reviewed before submission, which is why our clients see far fewer departmental queries than they did while self-filing.
We serve businesses on and around Chennai Bangalore Highway — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.

Businesses in Maduravoyal looking for GST Notice Reply want two things: work done correctly and someone answerable when questions come. Maduravoyal is Chennai's western freight gateway where the Chennai Bypass meets Poonamallee High Road, filled with transporters, godowns, wholesale distributors and automobile service centres along the Vanagaram-Ambattur stretch. Goods transport agencies and their clients here regularly need reverse charge advice, e-way bill compliance for interstate loads and registration of rented warehouses as additional places of business. We serve this belt — including Koyambedu and Vanagaram — with fixed fees quoted upfront, a written document checklist, and filings completed ahead of statutory due dates. Every acknowledgement is shared the day it is generated, and our support continues if the department raises any query on work we have filed.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
GSTR-1 requires four-digit HSN reporting for turnover up to Rs.5 crore and six digits above it, and a wrong code often means a wrong rate. We verify the classification of what you actually supply, so your invoices and returns rest on defensible codes.
GSTR-3B late fees run at Rs.50 per day and interest at 18 percent per annum on unpaid tax. Our internal cut-offs sit days ahead of statutory due dates precisely so that our clients never hand the department a rupee they did not owe.
Traders, manufacturers, contractors, e-commerce sellers, professionals and service exporters — we have handled GST for all of them. Whatever mix of goods and services your Maduravoyal business supplies, the rate, classification and place-of-supply questions have almost certainly crossed our desk before.
You receive a WhatsApp message when documents are received, when the draft is ready for your approval, and when the return or application is filed, along with the acknowledgement. You never have to call and ask what is happening with your file.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Maduravoyal business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
You deal with one accountable person who knows your business, your turnover pattern and your filing history. No repeating your story to a new voice every month, and no file falling between two desks when a deadline is approaching.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Consistent, reconciled returns give the department's matching systems nothing to flag. Clients who move to us after years of self-filing typically see scrutiny queries and mismatch notices fall away within a few filing cycles.
Continuous filing protects you from the suspension and cancellation proceedings that hit chronic non-filers, so your registration, e-way bill access and ability to issue tax invoices are never suddenly cut off.
The 11th and the 20th stop being days of dread. You approve a prepared draft, we file, and the acknowledgement lands on your WhatsApp — month after month, without drama.
Getting IGST versus CGST and SGST right at the invoice stage spares you the painful cycle of paying the correct head again and pursuing a refund of the amount paid under the wrong one.
Correct e-way bills matched to correct invoices mean your consignments clear roadside inspections cleanly, avoiding detention proceedings whose penalties can far exceed the tax on the goods being carried.
With returns filed ahead of the statutory due dates every period, the Rs.50-per-day GSTR-3B late fee simply stops appearing in your life, and the money stays in your business where it belongs.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
Chennai Bangalore Highway is a primary arterial road in Maduravoyal, about 650 m south-west of the centre of Maduravoyal. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Irumbuliyur Ramp (about 50 m); Maduravoyal Interchange (about 200 m); 2nd Street (about 550 m); 5th Main Road (about 850 m) — so a site visit on Chennai Bangalore Highway can usually be combined with other work in Maduravoyal on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Chennai Bangalore Highway falls under the Chennai South CGST Commissionerate, and the Maduravoyal pincode is 600095.

GSTAT E-Filing Portal advisories, portal operational from 24 September 2025 · 2025-09-24
The GST Appellate Tribunal's e-filing portal at efiling.gstat.gov.in became operational on 24 September 2025, finally giving taxpayers a forum for second appeals against orders of appellate and revisional authorities. Filing of appeals is mandatorily electronic, and advisories prescribe a phased, staggered schedule so that the backlog does not congest the system, with backlog appeals against pre-existing orders permitted to be filed up to 30 June 2026.
What to do about it: List every unfavourable appellate order your business holds and calendar the GSTAT filing windows now, since the backlog window closes on 30 June 2026 and missed tribunal deadlines forfeit the appeal remedy.
Notification No. 08/2017-Central Tax (Rate) dated 28.06.2017 · 2017-06-28
Section 9(4) of the CGST Act as originally enacted made a registered person liable to pay tax under reverse charge on all inward supplies received from unregistered persons. This notification granted a de minimis exemption where the aggregate value of such supplies received from all unregistered suppliers did not exceed Rs 5,000 in a day. The exemption proved unworkable in practice and section 9(4) was soon suspended altogether.
What it means for you: This threshold only matters for the July to October 2017 period, and Chennai businesses still facing scrutiny for those months should check the daily aggregate rather than invoice-wise values.
Krishna Bhavan Foods and Sweets - AAR Tamil Nadu, Order No. TN/24/AAR/2021, dated 18 June 2021, upheld by AAAR Tamil Nadu, Order No. TN/AAAR/02/2022, dated 13 January 2022 · 2021-06-18
The applicant sold packaged ready to cook instant mixes for dosai, idli, tiffin items, sweets, health mix and porridge. It argued that these were only flours of cereals and pulses taxable at 5 percent. The Authority classified the products under heading 2106 90 as food preparations not elsewhere specified, attracting 18 percent GST, because the mixing and added ingredients took them out of the concessional flour entries. The Appellate Authority upheld that classification.
How we apply it: Chennai food manufacturers selling instant mixes should confirm whether the product is a plain flour or a preparation before applying 5 percent.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.
