Reliable GST Refund RFD-01 for Manapakkam businesses at a clear, fixed fee starting Rs.4,999. We handle the documentation, portal work and follow-up, you approve the draft before anything is filed, and the acknowledgement reaches you on WhatsApp the moment the filing goes through.
We serve businesses on and around ambedhkar nagar 1st main road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Manapakkam lines Mount Poonamallee Road around the L&T Construction campus and MIOT International Hospital, with the Krishna Nagar streets off Periyar Salai, Gowri Nagar and the Ashram Road pocket running down to the Adyar river at River View Road. EPC subcontractors, medical device and consumable dealers, diagnostic labs, hostels, security agencies and canteen contractors bill from here, so works-contract classification, reverse charge on manpower and security supply, and Section 51 TDS deductions on government and PSU jobs recur constantly. When businesses of this kind evaluate GST Refund RFD-01, the real question is not price alone but who answers when something goes wrong. We serve Manapakkam, Ramapuram and Mugalivakkam on a standing commitment: responses within the same working day, senior scrutiny before every submission, and continued support if the department ever writes back on work carrying our preparation.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Your work is executed by trained GST staff working under direct senior supervision, not passed to interns learning on your file. The person preparing your return understands reverse charge, blocked credits and place of supply, because getting these wrong costs you money.
You deal with one accountable person who knows your business, your turnover pattern and your filing history. No repeating your story to a new voice every month, and no file falling between two desks when a deadline is approaching.
Freight paid to transporters, advocate fees, imported services and other notified supplies attract GST under reverse charge, with self-invoicing where the supplier is unregistered. We maintain a running RCM check every period, because this is the liability self-filers most consistently miss.
From filing the LUT in RFD-11 at the start of each financial year to preparing RFD-01 refund claims with complete annexures, we know what makes a refund file move. Exporters and inverted-duty businesses come to us specifically for this.
We tell you when the composition scheme stops making sense, when QRMP suits your cash flow, and when a supplier's non-compliance is quietly costing you credit. Filing is the minimum; helping you make better GST decisions is the actual job.
Send your query on call or WhatsApp and you hear back the same working day, usually within a few hours. When a due date is close or a notice has landed, waiting two days for a reply is simply not acceptable, and we know it.
We identify the correct refund category, confirm the two-year limitation from the relevant date, and compute the admissible amount using the formula prescribed under the rules.
Invoices, shipping bills, FIRCs, the LUT and ledger extracts are compiled into the prescribed statements, and gaps that commonly cause deficiency memos are fixed upfront.
The refund application is filed on the portal with all annexures and declarations, and the acknowledgement in RFD-02 is tracked within the statutory fifteen days.
We respond to any deficiency memo in RFD-03 or show cause notice in RFD-08, appear through written submissions, and pursue provisional refund where the category permits.
We track the sanction order in RFD-06 and payment advice in RFD-05, confirm the credit in your validated bank account, and archive the complete claim file.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Application filed in 3-5 working days; sanction typically within 60 days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
The hours you or your accountant spent wrestling with the portal, JSON errors and reconciliations every month return to sales, operations and customers, while trained hands manage the compliance in the background.
Excess balances parked in the electronic cash ledger are identified during regular ledger reviews and either utilised against upcoming liability or claimed back as a refund, instead of sitting interest-free with the government.
When GST knowledge lives inside a single staff member, their resignation becomes a compliance crisis. With our firm as the standing process, your filings continue uninterrupted regardless of internal staff changes.
With the LUT filed at the start of each financial year and refund claims tracked to credit, exporters supply without blocking funds in IGST and recover accumulated credit on schedule.
The 11th and the 20th stop being days of dread. You approve a prepared draft, we file, and the acknowledgement lands on your WhatsApp — month after month, without drama.
Filed returns, challans, reconciliations and working papers are archived in order from day one. If an audit or departmental verification comes, your file is ready the same week, not assembled in a panic.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
ambedhkar nagar 1st main road is a residential street in Manapakkam, about 500 m east of the centre of Manapakkam. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — 4th Main Road (about 50 m); River View Road (about 100 m); road to Manapakkam (about 300 m); Kamaraj Street (about 300 m) — so a site visit on ambedhkar nagar 1st main road can usually be combined with other work in Manapakkam on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on ambedhkar nagar 1st main road falls under the Chennai South CGST Commissionerate, and the Manapakkam pincode is 600125.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.

GSTN Advisory dated 8 May 2025 — changes in the refund filing process on the portal · 2025-05-08
GSTN removed the requirement to select a refund period in chronological order for certain refund categories, so a claim need not follow strict sequence, and moved those categories to invoice-based filing. For export of services with payment of tax, supplies to special economic zone units with payment of tax, and deemed export claims by the supplier, the applicant uploads the specific invoices in the relevant statement and those invoices are then locked against a repeat claim. All returns due up to the date of the claim must be filed.
How we apply it: Keep returns current and your export invoice register clean, since refunds are now claimed invoice by invoice and each invoice can be used only once.
Notification No. 3/2025-Compensation Cess (Rate), dated 31 December 2025 · 2025-12-31
Issued with the tobacco rate notification, this reduces the compensation cess rate to nil on pan masala, tobacco and the related products that had continued to bear cess after September 2025, with effect from 1 February 2026. Since the goods simultaneously moved to the forty per cent GST rate, the combined burden is broadly preserved while the cess itself is retired, bringing the compensation cess levy introduced in July 2017 to an end for practical purposes.
How we apply it: From 1 February 2026 no compensation cess is charged on any goods, so cess columns in invoices, returns and accounting software should be closed out.
Easwaran Brothers India (P) Ltd v. Assistant Commissioner (ST) (FAC) — Madras High Court, 2022 · 2022-12-15
In the context of transition from TNVAT to GST, a dealer with excess input tax credit sought refund, while the department insisted the credit ought to have been carried forward. The Madras High Court held that refund and carry-forward are two distinct options available to the dealer, and the choice belongs to the taxpayer; the department cannot force a dealer to transition credit and thereby defeat a legitimate refund claim that was otherwise in order.
Why this matters: Where the law gives you an option between refund and credit carry-forward, exercise it in writing and hold the department to it — the choice is yours, not the officer's.
