The 11th and the 20th arrive every month whether you are ready or not. Our Chennai team keeps businesses in Minjur permanently ahead of both, delivering GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing from Rs.749 with reconciliation, senior review and WhatsApp acknowledgements as standard.
We serve businesses on and around Athiyammapuram to Manali Main Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Minjur is a logistics town on the Thiruvottriyur-Ponneri-Panchetty Road where the Outer Ring Road lands, ringed by container freight stations, timber cutting yards, blue-metal depots and the Minjur seawater desalination plant, with Ennore port and Kattupalli traffic running through it. Freight forwarders here wrestle with place of supply on transport services, while timber and quarry traders face e-way bill checks on the Karanodai-Minjur Road. That commercial character shapes the GST questions we see from Minjur every week — registrations, monthly returns, credit mismatches and departmental queries. We deliver GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing for businesses in Minjur, and clients also reach us from Ponneri and Athipattu nearby. Documents move over WhatsApp, drafts are approved before filing, and a senior consultant reviews every submission, so distance from our office never dilutes the quality of the work.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Traders, manufacturers, contractors, e-commerce sellers, professionals and service exporters — we have handled GST for all of them. Whatever mix of goods and services your Minjur business supplies, the rate, classification and place-of-supply questions have almost certainly crossed our desk before.
You deal with one accountable person who knows your business, your turnover pattern and your filing history. No repeating your story to a new voice every month, and no file falling between two desks when a deadline is approaching.
The annual return and, where turnover crosses Rs.5 crore, the self-certified reconciliation statement in GSTR-9C are prepared by the same team that filed your monthly returns. Nothing about your year has to be rediscovered or explained to a stranger in December.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Minjur are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Minjur business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
Send your query on call or WhatsApp and you hear back the same working day, usually within a few hours. When a due date is close or a notice has landed, waiting two days for a reply is simply not acceptable, and we know it.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Advances received for services attract GST on receipt while advances for goods generally do not; applying this distinction correctly means you neither prepay tax unnecessarily nor omit a liability that surfaces later with interest.
You know your expected GST outflow days before the 20th, not on the night of filing. That advance visibility lets you plan payments, collections and bank balances instead of scrambling for funds at the deadline.
Excess balances parked in the electronic cash ledger are identified during regular ledger reviews and either utilised against upcoming liability or claimed back as a refund, instead of sitting interest-free with the government.
Where a genuine error is found in a past period, voluntary payment through DRC-03 before any notice issues closes the matter at minimal cost, instead of letting it ripen into a demand with penalty.
Funding rounds, partnerships and business sales all begin with a compliance check. A clean, documented GST history lets you clear that scrutiny quickly instead of watching a deal stall over old filing gaps.
Systematic GSTR-2B matching and supplier follow-up mean input tax credit that was leaking away under self-filing is captured each month, directly reducing the cash you pay out with every GSTR-3B.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |

Notification No. 1/2025-Central Tax (Rate), dated 16 January 2025 · 2025-01-16
Following the 55th GST Council meeting, fortified rice kernel classifiable under heading 1904 was placed at five per cent irrespective of end use, removing the earlier distinction based on whether it was supplied for public distribution. The same notification recast the definition of pre-packaged and labelled so that it clearly covers commodities intended for retail sale in packs of not more than twenty-five kilograms or twenty-five litres that must bear declarations under the Legal Metrology Act, 2009.
Why this matters: Rice millers and food processors supplying fortified rice kernel charge five per cent from 16 January 2025 whoever the buyer is.
Circular No. 26/26/2017-GST dated 29 December 2017 · 2017-12-29
This consolidated circular explained the return filing decisions of the 23rd GST Council meeting. It clarified the due dates, the quantum of late fee, and, most usefully, that errors in a GSTR-3B already filed cannot be revised but must be corrected by adjusting the figures in the return of a later month, with interest payable where tax was short paid. It also dealt with returns that were submitted but not filed because of portal problems.
What to do about it: The principle that GSTR-3B is corrected in a subsequent month rather than revised still governs every rectification a Chennai business makes today.
Tvl. Rising International Co. v. Commissioner of Central GST and Central Excise — Madras High Court (Madurai Bench), W.P.(MD) No. 12152 of 2020, decided 6 October 2020 (G.R. Swaminathan J.) · 2020-10-06
An importer of toys challenged seizure and prohibition orders issued during a GST inspection. The Madras High Court partly allowed the petition, sustaining the seizure but modifying the prohibition order and directing provisional release of the goods on a personal bond plus a deposit of Rs. 2 lakh. The Court noted that the officers had not produced the material on which their reason to believe was founded, and took into account the severe business disruption caused by the pandemic.
Practical effect: Seized stock can often be released provisionally on bond and a modest deposit while the investigation continues, instead of remaining locked up indefinitely.
