Our consultants provide GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing to businesses across Old Pallavaram starting at Rs.749. Every file is reconciled and senior-reviewed before submission, which is why our clients see far fewer departmental queries than they did while self-filing.
We serve businesses on and around Narasimhan Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Old Pallavaram holds the older trading core west of the railway line, between GST Road, Darga Road and Old Trunk Road, with timber depots, hardware and paint merchants, travel and airport cab operators, and blue-metal suppliers off Pallavaram hill. The weekly Pallavaram Sandhai and the Cowl Bazaar shops draw the retail crowd. Transport and works-contract billing raise constant reverse charge, e-way bill and rental RCM questions. We have supported businesses of exactly this profile with GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing across Old Pallavaram for years, along with clients from Pallavaram and Pammal. The engagement is simple: one point of contact, a clear fee, documents over WhatsApp or in person at our Chennai office, and senior review before anything is submitted on the portal. What you get in return is clean filings, archived records and far fewer reasons for the department to write to you.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Old Pallavaram business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
Composition dealers have their own rulebook — CMP-08 every quarter, GSTR-4 annually by 30 June, bills of supply instead of tax invoices, and a turnover ceiling that must be watched. We handle each of these correctly so the scheme's simplicity never turns into a violation.
Your cash ledger, credit ledger and liability register are reviewed regularly, not just at filing time. Excess balances are flagged for use or refund, and where a genuine slip surfaces, a voluntary payment through DRC-03 settles it before it can mature into a notice.
Businesses with registrations in more than one State, or multiple branches under one PAN, face cross-charge, stock transfer and input service distribution questions that single-GSTIN firms never see. We keep all your registrations consistent with each other, not just compliant individually.
We match your purchase register against GSTR-2B every period, follow up on invoices your suppliers have not uploaded, and ensure every rupee of eligible input tax credit is claimed. Clients routinely recover credit they were silently losing under self-filing.
OTP failures, DSC errors, stuck submissions on due-date evenings — we deal with the GST portal daily and know the workarounds. When the site misbehaves on the 20th, our team keeps retrying and escalating so your return still goes through.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
With returns filed ahead of the statutory due dates every period, the Rs.50-per-day GSTR-3B late fee simply stops appearing in your life, and the money stays in your business where it belongs.
Correct, complete tax invoices signal a well-run business to customers, vendors and banks alike, quietly strengthening your credibility in every transaction where your paperwork is seen.
A fixed professional fee is almost always cheaper than the combination of late fees, interest, lost credit and staff hours that informal, last-minute compliance quietly accumulates over a year.
Because turnover in your GST returns is kept aligned with your accounts through the year, income tax filing and statutory audit proceed without the GST-versus-books mismatch queries that now surface routinely through data matching.
Your scheme choice — regular, composition or QRMP — is re-examined as turnover and margins change, so you are always paying under the structure that legitimately costs your business the least.
Because monthly data is reconciled as it happens, GSTR-9 preparation before the 31 December due date becomes a review exercise rather than a painful reconstruction of twelve untidy months.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
Narasimhan Street is a residential street in Old Pallavaram, about 800 m north-west of the centre of Old Pallavaram. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — NSK Street (about 50 m); Teacher Krishnasamy Street (about 50 m); Maraimalai Adigal Street (about 100 m); Kamarajar Salai (about 250 m) — so a site visit on Narasimhan Street can usually be combined with other work in Old Pallavaram on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Narasimhan Street falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Old Pallavaram pincode is 600117.

9th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 16 January 2017 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Item 5) · 2017-01-16
With the revised model law still to be brought back to the Council, the fitment of rates incomplete and taxpayers needing time to configure their accounting systems, the Council unanimously agreed to extend the GST rollout date to 1 July 2017. Maharashtra, Assam and Bihar had pressed for 1 April 2017, Assam adding that changing the tax regime in the middle of a financial year was undesirable, but the Chairperson observed that the legal and rate work would spill into March 2017 and that an April deadline had become a major challenge. Tamil Nadu and Karnataka supported 1 July 2017 as the more practical date.
Why this matters: GST law in India runs from 1 July 2017, so the first return periods, the first annual return and all transitional credit deadlines are measured from that date.
Notification No. 32/2020-Central Tax · 2020-04-03
The late fee payable under Section 47 for GSTR-3B was waived entirely for the tax periods February, March and April 2020, subject to the return being furnished within the extended dates set out for each turnover slab. Large taxpayers had to file by 24 June 2020, while smaller taxpayers had staggered dates running into June and July 2020. If the return was filed after the specified date the waiver fell away and the ordinary late fee revived from the original due date.
What it means for you: Check the actual filing date before paying any late fee demand for February to April 2020, because a timely filed return under this notification carries no fee at all.
GSTN Advisory dated 29 June 2023 — online compliance in Form GST DRC-01B under Rule 88C of the CGST Rules · 2023-06-29
Where the liability declared in GSTR-1 for a tax period exceeds the liability paid through GSTR-3B beyond the prescribed limit, the system issues an intimation in Form GST DRC-01B. The taxpayer must either pay the difference with interest through Form DRC-03 or file a reply in Part B of DRC-01B explaining the reasons, within seven days. If no action is taken, the next GSTR-1 cannot be filed.
What it means for you: Reconcile GSTR-1 with GSTR-3B every month, because an unanswered DRC-01B will block your next outward return.
