Most of it happens without you leaving your shop counter. Share your documents on WhatsApp, approve the prepared draft, and your GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing is completed on the portal from Rs.749 — by a Chennai team that businesses across Oragadam have relied on for years.
We serve businesses on and around 7th Avenue — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
This Oragadam is the Ambattur neighbourhood off Oragadam Road and Pudur Main Road, not the SIPCOT industrial corridor of the same name near Sriperumbudur. Its shop-lined lanes around Patel Street, Anna Road and Vijaya Lakshmipuram back onto engineering job-work sheds that feed Ambattur Industrial Estate, a short run down the Vanagaram-Ambattur-Puzhal Road. Machine shops, hardware and steel traders, timber depots, transport godowns and textile retailers file from here, so ITC-04 job-work returns, scrap sales invoicing, e-way bills for inter-unit movement and reverse charge on labour supply dominate. We have supported businesses of exactly this profile with GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing across Oragadam for years, along with clients from Ambattur and Kallikuppam. The engagement is simple: one point of contact, a clear fee, documents over WhatsApp or in person at our Chennai office, and senior review before anything is submitted on the portal. What you get in return is clean filings, archived records and far fewer reasons for the department to write to you.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Your cash ledger, credit ledger and liability register are reviewed regularly, not just at filing time. Excess balances are flagged for use or refund, and where a genuine slip surfaces, a voluntary payment through DRC-03 settles it before it can mature into a notice.
We match your purchase register against GSTR-2B every period, follow up on invoices your suppliers have not uploaded, and ensure every rupee of eligible input tax credit is claimed. Clients routinely recover credit they were silently losing under self-filing.
GSTR-1 requires four-digit HSN reporting for turnover up to Rs.5 crore and six digits above it, and a wrong code often means a wrong rate. We verify the classification of what you actually supply, so your invoices and returns rest on defensible codes.
Most GST notices trace back to mismatches between GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B. We reconcile these before filing, not after a notice arrives, so your returns are internally consistent and the most common triggers for ASMT-10 scrutiny simply never appear.
GSTR-3B late fees run at Rs.50 per day and interest at 18 percent per annum on unpaid tax. Our internal cut-offs sit days ahead of statutory due dates precisely so that our clients never hand the department a rupee they did not owe.
Freight paid to transporters, advocate fees, imported services and other notified supplies attract GST under reverse charge, with self-invoicing where the supplier is unregistered. We maintain a running RCM check every period, because this is the liability self-filers most consistently miss.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Getting IGST versus CGST and SGST right at the invoice stage spares you the painful cycle of paying the correct head again and pursuing a refund of the amount paid under the wrong one.
When a query or verification comes, you respond through a professional who deals with the department regularly, in the department's own language and format, instead of facing an officer's letter alone.
Your scheme choice — regular, composition or QRMP — is re-examined as turnover and margins change, so you are always paying under the structure that legitimately costs your business the least.
Because monthly data is reconciled as it happens, GSTR-9 preparation before the 31 December due date becomes a review exercise rather than a painful reconstruction of twelve untidy months.
Continuous filing protects you from the suspension and cancellation proceedings that hit chronic non-filers, so your registration, e-way bill access and ability to issue tax invoices are never suddenly cut off.
Correct e-way bills matched to correct invoices mean your consignments clear roadside inspections cleanly, avoiding detention proceedings whose penalties can far exceed the tax on the goods being carried.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
7th Avenue is a residential street in Oragadam, about 750 m north-east of the centre of Oragadam. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — 4th Main Road (about 100 m); Banu nagar main road (about 150 m); 5th Avenue (about 150 m); 4th Avenue (about 200 m) — so a site visit on 7th Avenue can usually be combined with other work in Oragadam on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on 7th Avenue falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Oragadam pincode is 600053.

GSTN Advisory, 2022 — Table 3.1.1 of Form GSTR-3B introduced by Notification No. 14/2022-Central Tax, dated 5 July 2022 · 2022
Table 3.1.1 was added to GSTR-3B so that supplies notified under Section 9(5), such as passenger transport, restaurant service supplied through an app, hotel accommodation and housekeeping, are reported separately. The e-commerce operator reports the value and pays the tax in row (i), while the underlying supplier reports the same value in row (ii) and pays nothing on it, so the turnover is not counted twice across the two returns.
How we apply it: Chennai restaurants and cab operators supplying through an app must still report those sales in Table 3.1.1(ii) even though the platform pays the tax.
M/s. Sun Dye Chem v. Assistant Commissioner (ST) — Madras High Court, W.P. No. 29676 of 2019, decided 6 October 2020 (Anita Sumanth J.) · 2020-10-06
The dealer inadvertently reported supplies under the wrong tax heads in its GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, with the result that its customers could not claim the credit. The statutory window for amendment had closed. The Madras High Court permitted rectification of the returns for the relevant period, reasoning that the error was bona fide, the revenue suffered no loss, and the mechanism that would have allowed the taxpayer to detect the mismatch (the auto-populated matching forms) had never been made operational.
How we apply it: If a genuine head-of-tax or classification error in your GST returns has blocked your customer's credit, the Madras High Court route to rectification is available even after the ordinary time limit has passed.
Circular No. 98/17/2019-GST dated 23 April 2019 · 2019-04-23
Sections 49A and 49B, effective from 1 February 2019, required integrated tax credit to be exhausted before central or State tax credit could be used, which caused unnecessary cash payments. CBIC explained the effect of the newly inserted rule 88A: integrated tax credit must first be used against integrated tax liability, and the balance may then be applied against central tax and State tax liability in any order and in any proportion, before central and State credit is touched.
Why this matters: Correct set-off order can be the difference between paying cash and carrying credit, so the utilisation working should be checked every month.
