GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing in Padur does not have to mean portal errors, guesswork and due-date tension. For a fixed fee starting Rs.749, an accountable Chennai practice prepares, reconciles, reviews and files — and remains answerable long after the acknowledgement arrives.
We serve businesses on and around Annai Theresa Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.

Padur sits on Rajiv Gandhi Salai between Siruseri SIPCOT and Kelambakkam, where Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science, the Chettinad Health City campus just south at Kelambakkam and gated projects such as Pacifica Aurum and Helios City drive local trade. Co-living hostels, messes, building-material depots and the Bhagawan Fish Market on the Kelambakkam side dominate. Promoters here struggle with the one and five per cent apartment schemes and the reverse-charge shortfall when registered procurement falls below eighty per cent. For businesses here, staying on the right side of GST is not optional — buyers check compliance, and the department's systems match every return. Our firm provides GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing to clients across Padur and neighbouring Kelambakkam and Siruseri, combining Chennai jurisdiction familiarity with disciplined deadline tracking. Whether you run a shop, a service practice or a growing trading concern, we handle the portal work so you can stay focused on the business itself.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Goods sent to job workers must move on delivery challans, return within the statutory period, and be reported in ITC-04. We track every outward and return leg for manufacturing clients in Padur, so inputs sent out for processing never quietly convert into a deemed supply carrying tax and interest.
A new GSTIN comes with obligations nobody explains at approval — the invoice series rules, displaying the registration certificate and GSTIN at your premises, and the first return cycle. We walk new registrants in Padur through each of these so month one starts correctly.
Businesses with registrations in more than one State, or multiple branches under one PAN, face cross-charge, stock transfer and input service distribution questions that single-GSTIN firms never see. We keep all your registrations consistent with each other, not just compliant individually.
GST is confusing enough without a language barrier. Our team explains notices, tax positions and filing requirements in plain Tamil or English, whichever you and your staff in Padur are comfortable with, and keeps written communication simple and jargon-free.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Padur are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
You are told the full fee before we begin, in writing. No surprise additions for uploads, revisions or acknowledgements. Government fees and taxes, where applicable, are shown separately, so businesses in Padur always know exactly what the engagement costs them.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Rs.7,999/year
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
The 11th and the 20th stop being days of dread. You approve a prepared draft, we file, and the acknowledgement lands on your WhatsApp — month after month, without drama.
A fixed professional fee is almost always cheaper than the combination of late fees, interest, lost credit and staff hours that informal, last-minute compliance quietly accumulates over a year.
Correct e-way bills matched to correct invoices mean your consignments clear roadside inspections cleanly, avoiding detention proceedings whose penalties can far exceed the tax on the goods being carried.
You know your expected GST outflow days before the 20th, not on the night of filing. That advance visibility lets you plan payments, collections and bank balances instead of scrambling for funds at the deadline.
We spot suppliers who stop uploading invoices or filing returns and alert you before their default becomes your blocked credit, letting you recover amounts or switch vendors while the exposure is still small.
Large buyers check vendor GST compliance before releasing payments and renewing contracts. A clean filing record with timely GSTR-1 uploads keeps your invoices reflecting in their GSTR-2B and your payments unblocked.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
Annai Theresa Street is a residential street in Padur, about 1.1 km north of the centre of Padur. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Veeranam Road (about 650 m); Pacifica Aurum Road (about 750 m); Patel st (about 1.1 km); Sixth Cross Road (about 1.3 km) — so a site visit on Annai Theresa Street can usually be combined with other work in Padur on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Annai Theresa Street falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Padur pincode is 603103.

35th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 21 June 2019 · 2019-06-21
At the first meeting chaired by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, the Council decided to introduce an electronic invoicing system in a phase-wise manner for business-to-business transactions. The press release recorded that e-invoicing would help taxpayers with backward integration and automation of tax-relevant processes and would help authorities combat evasion, with Phase 1 proposed to be voluntary and rolled out from January 2020. This decision is the origin of the Invoice Registration Portal, the IRN and the QR code now mandatory for most mid-sized and large businesses.
What to do about it: Every later e-invoicing threshold reduction, down to the Rs 5 crore limit now applicable, traces back to this decision, so businesses crossing a threshold must set up e-invoicing from the first day of the next financial year.
GSTN Advisory, September 2022 — changes in Table 4 of Form GSTR-3B pursuant to Notification No. 14/2022-Central Tax, dated 5 July 2022 and Circular No. 170/02/2022-GST, dated 6 July 2022 · 2022-09
From the August 2022 return period the whole of the credit appearing in GSTR-2B must first be reported as credit available in Table 4(A), with ineligible and reversible credit then shown separately in Table 4(B). Reversals that can be reclaimed later, such as those under Rule 37, go into Table 4(B)(2) and the reclaim is reported in Table 4(D)(1). Only the net figure reaches the electronic credit ledger.
How we apply it: Report gross credit and reversals separately in Table 4, because the department now compares your ledger with GSTR-2B line by line.
TVH Lumbini Square Owners Association - AAR Tamil Nadu, Order No. 25/ARA/2019, dated 21 June 2019 · 2019-06-21
A residents welfare association collected monthly maintenance contributions from its members. The Authority held that where the contribution per member exceeds Rs. 7,500 a month, GST is payable on the entire contribution and not merely on the amount above Rs. 7,500. The Madras High Court subsequently held, in Greenwood Owners Association, that only the excess over Rs. 7,500 is taxable, and associations now follow that judicial position.
What to do about it: Chennai apartment associations should apply the High Court position carefully and keep member-wise workings ready for departmental scrutiny.
