Late fees, blocked credit and mismatch notices cost far more than professional help ever will. We complete GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing for Parrys (George Town) businesses from Rs.749, matching every figure against portal data before anything reaches the department.
We serve businesses on and around Thambu Chetty Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Parrys Corner is Chennai's oldest wholesale trading quarter, packed with textile houses on Godown Street, electronics stalls in Burma Bazaar, furniture rows in Rattan Bazaar and commodity merchants along Rajaji Salai facing the port. Dealers here dispatch goods statewide daily, so e-way bill discipline above Rs.50,000 consignments and reconciling thousands of B2B invoices in GSTR-1 dominate compliance work. Against that backdrop, GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing in Parrys (George Town) demands more than data entry — it needs reconciliation before filing, correct classification and awareness of what local officers examine. Our Chennai team provides exactly that to clients in Parrys (George Town), Mannady and Sowcarpet, with same-day responses on working days and WhatsApp updates at every stage. Most routine engagements complete within one to two working days once documents are in hand.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Quarterly filing still demands monthly attention — IFF uploads so your buyers see their credit on time, and tax payment through PMT-06 by the 25th for the first two months of each quarter. We run that monthly rhythm so QRMP saves you effort without creating gaps.
A new GSTIN comes with obligations nobody explains at approval — the invoice series rules, displaying the registration certificate and GSTIN at your premises, and the first return cycle. We walk new registrants in Parrys (George Town) through each of these so month one starts correctly.
Businesses with registrations in more than one State, or multiple branches under one PAN, face cross-charge, stock transfer and input service distribution questions that single-GSTIN firms never see. We keep all your registrations consistent with each other, not just compliant individually.
Your work is executed by trained GST staff working under direct senior supervision, not passed to interns learning on your file. The person preparing your return understands reverse charge, blocked credits and place of supply, because getting these wrong costs you money.
We work with Chennai GST ranges and circles every week, including the jurisdiction covering Parrys (George Town). We know how local proper officers examine registrations, what supporting documents they routinely call for, and how to present a file so it moves without repeated queries.
No filing leaves our desk on a junior's judgement alone. A senior GST practitioner reviews your figures, ITC claims and tax computation before submission, so errors are caught at our table and not by the department months later through a notice.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided

Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Getting IGST versus CGST and SGST right at the invoice stage spares you the painful cycle of paying the correct head again and pursuing a refund of the amount paid under the wrong one.
Where a genuine error is found in a past period, voluntary payment through DRC-03 before any notice issues closes the matter at minimal cost, instead of letting it ripen into a demand with penalty.
Rates, reverse charge, place of supply and blocked credits are applied correctly at the preparation stage, so you neither overpay tax you do not owe nor underpay and invite demands with penalty later.
New branches, new product lines and interstate sales all carry GST consequences. With standing professional support, you expand knowing registrations, invoicing and returns will keep pace with the business.
Loan applications and government tenders routinely demand GST returns and registration documents. With everything filed and archived properly, you can produce a complete compliance file within hours instead of days.
E-commerce platforms continuously validate seller GSTINs and filing status. A consistently compliant registration keeps your listings active and settlements flowing, with no sudden suspension of your online sales channel.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
Thambu Chetty Street is a main connecting road in Parrys (George Town), about 1.1 km north of the centre of Parrys (George Town). The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Linghi Chetty Street (about 250 m); Mannady Street (about 550 m); Rajaji Salai (about 700 m); Old Jail Road (about 700 m) — so a site visit on Thambu Chetty Street can usually be combined with other work in Parrys (George Town) on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Thambu Chetty Street falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Parrys (George Town) pincode is 600001.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
A working knowledge of recent instruments and judgments is what separates a defensible filing from a risky one.
GSTN Advisory, November 2023 — two-factor authentication for logging into the GST portal · 2023-11
GSTN introduced two-factor authentication for the GST portal. Besides the user identity and password, a one-time password is delivered to the primary authorised signatory's registered mobile number and e-mail address, and must be entered to complete login. The measure was piloted in selected states and then extended in phases across the country, covering taxpayers as well as their sub-users. Login fails if the registered contact details on the portal are outdated and the one-time password cannot be received.
What it means for you: Keep the authorised signatory's mobile number and e-mail current on the portal, otherwise your team can be locked out on the filing due date.
Circular No. 184/16/2022-GST · 2022-12-27
Where an Indian transporter supplies goods transport services to a registered Indian recipient but the destination of the goods is outside India, the proviso to Section 12(8) of the IGST Act fixed the place of supply outside India. The Board clarified that this remains an inter-State supply on which integrated tax is payable, that the supplier must report it correctly in GSTR-1, and that the Indian recipient is entitled to input tax credit. The proviso itself was later omitted with effect from 1 October 2023.
Why this matters: Chennai exporters and freight users should not reverse credit on such transport invoices for the period the proviso was in force.
WABCO India Ltd - AAR Tamil Nadu, Order No. TN/10/AAR/2018, dated 27 September 2018 · 2018-09-27
The manufacturer supplied electrical wiring harness, essentially electrical wire with connectors at both ends, used in motor vehicles, and asked whether it should be classified as a motor vehicle part or as insulated electrical conductors. The Authority classified the product under heading 8544, which covers insulated wire and cable fitted with connectors, taxable at 9 percent central tax and 9 percent State tax following Notification No. 41/2017-Central Tax (Rate) dated 14 November 2017, the earlier rate having been higher.
Practical effect: Chennai auto component makers should classify by the tariff description of the article itself, not by the vehicle it eventually goes into.
