Trusted GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing support for Perumbakkam, priced from Rs.749 with no hidden additions. Send documents from your phone, approve the prepared draft, and we handle the portal — including the difficult due-date evenings when it slows down.
We serve businesses on and around First Main Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Perumbakkam has grown along Semmozhi Salai and Nookampalayam Road, anchored by Gleneagles Global Health City and large gated apartment projects. Builders, interior contractors, diagnostic labs, pharmacies, supermarkets and packers-and-movers dominate the trade here. Developers face the concessional 1 percent and 5 percent housing rates with their domestic procurement condition, alongside reverse charge on unregistered purchases and TDS credit under Section 51. When businesses of this kind evaluate GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing, the real question is not price alone but who answers when something goes wrong. We serve Perumbakkam, Medavakkam and Pallikaranai on a standing commitment: responses within the same working day, senior scrutiny before every submission, and continued support if the department ever writes back on work carrying our preparation.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Traders, manufacturers, contractors, e-commerce sellers, professionals and service exporters — we have handled GST for all of them. Whatever mix of goods and services your Perumbakkam business supplies, the rate, classification and place-of-supply questions have almost certainly crossed our desk before.
Businesses with registrations in more than one State, or multiple branches under one PAN, face cross-charge, stock transfer and input service distribution questions that single-GSTIN firms never see. We keep all your registrations consistent with each other, not just compliant individually.
GST is confusing enough without a language barrier. Our team explains notices, tax positions and filing requirements in plain Tamil or English, whichever you and your staff in Perumbakkam are comfortable with, and keeps written communication simple and jargon-free.
Your work is executed by trained GST staff working under direct senior supervision, not passed to interns learning on your file. The person preparing your return understands reverse charge, blocked credits and place of supply, because getting these wrong costs you money.
OTP failures, DSC errors, stuck submissions on due-date evenings — we deal with the GST portal daily and know the workarounds. When the site misbehaves on the 20th, our team keeps retrying and escalating so your return still goes through.
GSTR-1 requires four-digit HSN reporting for turnover up to Rs.5 crore and six digits above it, and a wrong code often means a wrong rate. We verify the classification of what you actually supply, so your invoices and returns rest on defensible codes.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Rs.7,999/year
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Systematic GSTR-2B matching and supplier follow-up mean input tax credit that was leaking away under self-filing is captured each month, directly reducing the cash you pay out with every GSTR-3B.
Because monthly data is reconciled as it happens, GSTR-9 preparation before the 31 December due date becomes a review exercise rather than a painful reconstruction of twelve untidy months.
Excess balances parked in the electronic cash ledger are identified during regular ledger reviews and either utilised against upcoming liability or claimed back as a refund, instead of sitting interest-free with the government.
Complete RFD-01 applications with proper statements and annexures move through the system faster and attract fewer deficiency memos, which means export and inverted-duty refunds reach your bank account sooner.
With returns filed ahead of the statutory due dates every period, the Rs.50-per-day GSTR-3B late fee simply stops appearing in your life, and the money stays in your business where it belongs.
Rates, reverse charge, place of supply and blocked credits are applied correctly at the preparation stage, so you neither overpay tax you do not owe nor underpay and invite demands with penalty later.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
First Main Road is a residential street in Perumbakkam, about 1.3 km east of the centre of Perumbakkam. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Anandhammal Nagar Main road (about 100 m); Semmozhi Salai (about 400 m); Pudhu Nagar MGR street (about 850 m); Kakkanji Street (about 1.0 km) — so a site visit on First Main Road can usually be combined with other work in Perumbakkam on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on First Main Road falls under the Chennai South CGST Commissionerate, and the Perumbakkam pincode is 600100.

The Bank of Nova Scotia - AAR Tamil Nadu, Order No. TN/23/AAR/2018, dated 31 December 2018 · 2018-12-31
The bank imported goods and stored them in a Free Trade Warehousing Zone before they were cleared. It asked whether integrated tax was payable again when the goods were removed from the zone to the domestic tariff area, over and above the tax collected at the time of customs clearance. The Authority, following Circular No. 3/1/2018-IGST dated 25 May 2018, held that the applicant is not liable to pay IGST at the time of removal, the levy arising once at clearance for home consumption.
Why this matters: Chennai importers using FTWZ facilities pay IGST once at clearance and should resist any demand for a second levy on removal.
M/s. Sun Dye Chem v. Assistant Commissioner (ST) — Madras High Court, W.P. No. 29676 of 2019, decided 6 October 2020 (Anita Sumanth J.) · 2020-10-06
The dealer inadvertently reported supplies under the wrong tax heads in its GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, with the result that its customers could not claim the credit. The statutory window for amendment had closed. The Madras High Court permitted rectification of the returns for the relevant period, reasoning that the error was bona fide, the revenue suffered no loss, and the mechanism that would have allowed the taxpayer to detect the mismatch (the auto-populated matching forms) had never been made operational.
What to do about it: If a genuine head-of-tax or classification error in your GST returns has blocked your customer's credit, the Madras High Court route to rectification is available even after the ordinary time limit has passed.
Circular No. 209/3/2024-GST · 2024-06-26
Clarifying the new clause (ca) of Section 10(1) of the IGST Act, CBIC stated that when goods are supplied to an unregistered person and the billing address differs from the delivery address, the place of supply is the delivery address recorded on the invoice. This principally affects e-commerce transactions, where a buyer may bill in one State and ship to another, and determines whether the seller charges CGST-SGST or IGST.
How we apply it: E-commerce sellers must configure invoicing so tax type follows the delivery address, not the billing address, to avoid wrong-tax demands and refund complications.
