Most of it happens without you leaving your shop counter. Share your documents on WhatsApp, approve the prepared draft, and your New GST Registration is completed on the portal from Rs.1,499 — by a Chennai team that businesses across Puzhal have relied on for years.
We serve businesses on and around 74th Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Puzhal sits between the Red Hills reservoir bund and the Chennai Bypass, so Grand Northern Trunk Road, Paper Mills Road and the Madhavaram-Red Hills Road carry godowns, lorry booking offices, timber depots and poultry traders serving Kathirvedu, Kavangarai and the Central Prison township. Transporters here face constant e-way bill and Part-B extension queries, while godown keepers get pulled up for not adding the premises as an additional place of business. From a first registration to the annual return, the full range of New GST Registration is available to Puzhal businesses without stepping far from the shop or office — documents travel over WhatsApp, and our Chennai premises are open to anyone who prefers a face-to-face discussion. We serve Red Hills and Madhavaram on the same footing, applying one rule everywhere: reconcile before filing, file before the due date, and keep the client informed at every stage.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Puzhal business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Puzhal are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
Most GST notices trace back to mismatches between GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B. We reconcile these before filing, not after a notice arrives, so your returns are internally consistent and the most common triggers for ASMT-10 scrutiny simply never appear.
New GSTIN applications, core field amendments through REG-14, additional places of business — we prepare complete, query-resistant applications the first time. Clean paperwork is the difference between smooth approval and weeks lost answering clarification memos from the department.
Every acknowledgement, challan, computation sheet and filed return is saved and shared with you in an organised folder. When a bank, buyer or GST officer asks for a document from two years ago, it reaches you the same day without any scrambling.
Sellers on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces face a three-way match between marketplace reports, GSTR-1 and the TCS the operator deposits against your GSTIN. We reconcile all three every period and accept the TCS credit, so sellers in Puzhal never leave marketplace deductions unclaimed.
You share PAN, Aadhaar, photographs, address proof and bank details over WhatsApp or email. We review each document against portal requirements and flag anything that could trigger an officer query.
We draft Form GST REG-01 with the correct business constitution, principal place of business, HSN or SAC codes and authorised signatory details, then share a summary for your confirmation.
The application is filed on the GST portal and we guide the authorised signatory through Aadhaar OTP authentication, which speeds up approval and usually avoids physical verification of premises.
We track the ARN daily. If the officer issues a notice in Form REG-03 seeking clarification, we draft and file the reply in Form REG-04 within the permitted time.
Once approved, we download your registration certificate in Form REG-06, help set up portal login credentials, and brief you on invoice format, return due dates and e-way bill obligations.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: 3-7 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Because monthly data is reconciled as it happens, GSTR-9 preparation before the 31 December due date becomes a review exercise rather than a painful reconstruction of twelve untidy months.
New branches, new product lines and interstate sales all carry GST consequences. With standing professional support, you expand knowing registrations, invoicing and returns will keep pace with the business.
Systematic GSTR-2B matching and supplier follow-up mean input tax credit that was leaking away under self-filing is captured each month, directly reducing the cash you pay out with every GSTR-3B.
With the LUT filed at the start of each financial year and refund claims tracked to credit, exporters supply without blocking funds in IGST and recover accumulated credit on schedule.
Correct e-way bills matched to correct invoices mean your consignments clear roadside inspections cleanly, avoiding detention proceedings whose penalties can far exceed the tax on the goods being carried.
Each period you receive a simple computation showing output tax, credit utilised and net cash payable, so GST becomes a number you understand and question rather than a figure you accept blindly.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
74th Road is a residential street in Puzhal, about 900 m east of the centre of Puzhal. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Otravadai Street (about 300 m); Mettu Street (about 350 m); Srinivasan Street (about 500 m); Thalamuthu Natarajan Street (about 650 m) — so a site visit on 74th Road can usually be combined with other work in Puzhal on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on 74th Road falls under the Chennai North CGST Commissionerate, and the Puzhal pincode is 600066.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
Real notifications, rulings and case law our consultants track — and apply to client filings and notice replies.
GSTN Advisory dated 23 August 2024 — Rule 10A bank account furnishing · 2024-08-23
GSTN advised that under Rule 10A of the CGST Rules, registered taxpayers must furnish valid bank account details within 30 days of registration or before filing GSTR-1 or IFF, whichever is earlier. From 1 September 2024 the portal blocks GSTR-1 and IFF filing for taxpayers whose bank account details are not available and validated on the portal. The measure targets fraudulent registrations created without genuine banking trails.
Why this matters: Newly registered businesses should add and validate their bank account on the portal immediately after registration to avoid a filing blockage.
K.P. Mozika v. Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd — Supreme Court, Civil Appeal No. 3548 of 2017, judgment dated 09-01-2024 · 2024-01-09
The Supreme Court examined contracts for supplying cranes, tankers and vehicles to ONGC. It held that a transfer of the right to use goods requires the customer to obtain effective control and legal right to use the goods to the exclusion of the owner. Where the owner retains the operator, control and responsibility, the arrangement is a service contract and not a deemed sale. Sales tax or VAT was therefore not attracted; service tax was.
How we apply it: Chennai transport, crane and equipment hire businesses should draft contracts carefully, since who controls the asset decides whether GST applies as a supply of service or of goods.
4th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 3-4 November 2016 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Item 3) · 2016-11-03
Summing up a long debate over five-band and six-band options, the Chairperson proposed and the Council accepted a structure with one exempt category covering food grains and similar essentials, a lower rate of five per cent for goods consumed by vulnerable sections, standard rates of 12 and 18 per cent, and a higher slab of 28 per cent. A committee of officers was directed to fit individual goods and services into those slabs. Proposals for a 40 per cent slab were rejected.
Why this matters: Every rate dispute a Chennai business faces today traces back to this four-slab architecture and to the fitment exercise it launched.
