Our consultants provide GST Refund RFD-01 to businesses across Saidapet starting at Rs.4,999. Every file is reconciled and senior-reviewed before submission, which is why our clients see far fewer departmental queries than they did while self-filing.
We serve businesses on and around Kodambakkam Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Every locality in Chennai has its own commercial rhythm, and Saidapet is no exception. Saidapet's trade runs to auto workshops, spare parts dealers, hardware and timber merchants along Anna Salai and Jeenis Road, with the Saidapet court complex feeding legal and documentation services. Used-parts dealers must apply the margin scheme correctly, and small traders here frequently accumulate GSTR-3B late fees of Rs.50 per day that dwarf the tax actually payable. Our practice has shaped its GST Refund RFD-01 work around exactly these realities, serving clients in Saidapet as well as Guindy and T. Nagar. Registrations, returns, refunds and notice replies are handled by one accountable team, with fees fixed in writing before work begins and every filing reconciled against portal data before it is submitted.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Saidapet would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
Businesses with registrations in more than one State, or multiple branches under one PAN, face cross-charge, stock transfer and input service distribution questions that single-GSTIN firms never see. We keep all your registrations consistent with each other, not just compliant individually.
You deal with one accountable person who knows your business, your turnover pattern and your filing history. No repeating your story to a new voice every month, and no file falling between two desks when a deadline is approaching.
GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th, CMP-08 by the 18th after each quarter — we maintain a compliance calendar for every client and start chasing your data well before the due date, so late fees never enter the picture.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Saidapet business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
Your cash ledger, credit ledger and liability register are reviewed regularly, not just at filing time. Excess balances are flagged for use or refund, and where a genuine slip surfaces, a voluntary payment through DRC-03 settles it before it can mature into a notice.
We identify the correct refund category, confirm the two-year limitation from the relevant date, and compute the admissible amount using the formula prescribed under the rules.
Invoices, shipping bills, FIRCs, the LUT and ledger extracts are compiled into the prescribed statements, and gaps that commonly cause deficiency memos are fixed upfront.
The refund application is filed on the portal with all annexures and declarations, and the acknowledgement in RFD-02 is tracked within the statutory fifteen days.
We respond to any deficiency memo in RFD-03 or show cause notice in RFD-08, appear through written submissions, and pursue provisional refund where the category permits.
We track the sanction order in RFD-06 and payment advice in RFD-05, confirm the credit in your validated bank account, and archive the complete claim file.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Application filed in 3-5 working days; sanction typically within 60 days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Funding rounds, partnerships and business sales all begin with a compliance check. A clean, documented GST history lets you clear that scrutiny quickly instead of watching a deal stall over old filing gaps.
Statutory windows such as thirty days for an ASMT-11 reply are tracked from the day a notice arrives, so responses go in on time, complete, and with your best case properly presented.
Your scheme choice — regular, composition or QRMP — is re-examined as turnover and margins change, so you are always paying under the structure that legitimately costs your business the least.
Illness, travel or a family function no longer threatens a deadline. With a standing external process holding your calendar and data trail, filings proceed on schedule whether or not you are at your desk.
Correct e-way bills matched to correct invoices mean your consignments clear roadside inspections cleanly, avoiding detention proceedings whose penalties can far exceed the tax on the goods being carried.
Each period you receive a simple computation showing output tax, credit utilised and net cash payable, so GST becomes a number you understand and question rather than a figure you accept blindly.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
Kodambakkam Road is a secondary arterial road in Saidapet, about 850 m north-west of the centre of Saidapet. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Karunanithi Street (about 100 m); Jones Road (about 450 m); Sadayappan Street (about 450 m); Vandiakran Street (about 450 m) — so a site visit on Kodambakkam Road can usually be combined with other work in Saidapet on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Kodambakkam Road falls under the Chennai South CGST Commissionerate, and the Saidapet pincode is 600015.

GSTN Advisory dated 8 May 2025 — changes in the refund filing process on the portal · 2025-05-08
GSTN removed the requirement to select a refund period in chronological order for certain refund categories, so a claim need not follow strict sequence, and moved those categories to invoice-based filing. For export of services with payment of tax, supplies to special economic zone units with payment of tax, and deemed export claims by the supplier, the applicant uploads the specific invoices in the relevant statement and those invoices are then locked against a repeat claim. All returns due up to the date of the claim must be filed.
How we apply it: Keep returns current and your export invoice register clean, since refunds are now claimed invoice by invoice and each invoice can be used only once.
Circular No. 162/18/2021-GST dated 25 September 2021 · 2021-09-25
CBIC clarified that the words subsequently held in section 77 of the CGST Act and section 19 of the IGST Act cover both a case where the department holds a supply to be inter-State or intra-State and a case where the taxpayer himself realises the error, provided the correct tax is then paid. Under rule 89(1A), the refund of the wrongly paid tax must be claimed within two years of paying tax under the correct head, and for payments made before 24 September 2021 the period runs from that date.
What it means for you: If you have paid CGST and SGST on what was actually an inter-State supply, pay the IGST first and then claim the refund within two years, with no interest liability under section 77.
44th GST Council Meeting (video conferencing) — 12 June 2021 · 2021-06-12
Acting on a Group of Ministers report, the Council cut rates on COVID relief goods until 30 September 2021. Tocilizumab and Amphotericin B moved to nil, while Remdesivir and anti-coagulants such as heparin were reduced to 5 per cent. Medical grade oxygen, oxygen concentrators, ventilators, BiPAP machines, COVID testing kits and specified diagnostic kits all moved from 12 to 5 per cent. Pulse oximeters, hand sanitiser, temperature check equipment and crematorium furnaces moved to 5 per cent, and ambulances from 28 to 12 per cent.
Why this matters: These were temporary rates with a hard expiry, so suppliers must be able to show that concessional invoices fall inside the notified relief period.
