From Rs.749, our team delivers GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing for shops, service providers and manufacturers across Saidapet. Local jurisdiction knowledge, deadline tracking and honest, upfront fees — the way GST compliance in Chennai should actually work.
We serve businesses on and around Anna Salai (Mount Road) — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Saidapet's trade runs to auto workshops, spare parts dealers, hardware and timber merchants along Anna Salai and Jeenis Road, with the Saidapet court complex feeding legal and documentation services. Used-parts dealers must apply the margin scheme correctly, and small traders here frequently accumulate GSTR-3B late fees of Rs.50 per day that dwarf the tax actually payable. We have supported businesses of exactly this profile with GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing across Saidapet for years, along with clients from Guindy and T. Nagar. The engagement is simple: one point of contact, a clear fee, documents over WhatsApp or in person at our Chennai office, and senior review before anything is submitted on the portal. What you get in return is clean filings, archived records and far fewer reasons for the department to write to you.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Every acknowledgement, challan, computation sheet and filed return is saved and shared with you in an organised folder. When a bank, buyer or GST officer asks for a document from two years ago, it reaches you the same day without any scrambling.
Send your query on call or WhatsApp and you hear back the same working day, usually within a few hours. When a due date is close or a notice has landed, waiting two days for a reply is simply not acceptable, and we know it.
Every new client receives a review of their recent returns before we file anything — unclaimed credit, GSTR-1 versus GSTR-3B drift, and exposures worth correcting quietly. Businesses in Saidapet often discover in this first review exactly why their previous arrangement was costing them money.
Your sales figures, supplier lists and login credentials are handled only by our engaged team, stored securely and never shared with any third party. Many of our clients in Saidapet compete with each other; complete confidentiality is a condition of our work.
Quarterly filing still demands monthly attention — IFF uploads so your buyers see their credit on time, and tax payment through PMT-06 by the 25th for the first two months of each quarter. We run that monthly rhythm so QRMP saves you effort without creating gaps.
New GSTIN applications, core field amendments through REG-14, additional places of business — we prepare complete, query-resistant applications the first time. Clean paperwork is the difference between smooth approval and weeks lost answering clarification memos from the department.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Rs.7,999/year
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
We spot suppliers who stop uploading invoices or filing returns and alert you before their default becomes your blocked credit, letting you recover amounts or switch vendors while the exposure is still small.
Systematic GSTR-2B matching and supplier follow-up mean input tax credit that was leaking away under self-filing is captured each month, directly reducing the cash you pay out with every GSTR-3B.
Your billing staff are guided on invoice fields, rates and series discipline, so mistakes are prevented where they originate — at the counter — instead of being repaired later in the returns.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
E-commerce platforms continuously validate seller GSTINs and filing status. A consistently compliant registration keeps your listings active and settlements flowing, with no sudden suspension of your online sales channel.
Because monthly data is reconciled as it happens, GSTR-9 preparation before the 31 December due date becomes a review exercise rather than a painful reconstruction of twelve untidy months.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |

Thirumalakonda Plywoods v. Assistant Commissioner (ST) — Andhra Pradesh High Court, 2023 · 2023-07-18
The Andhra Pradesh High Court upheld the constitutional validity of Section 16(4) CGST Act, which bars availment of input tax credit after the prescribed deadline, holding that ITC is a conditional concession and the time limit is neither violative of Articles 14, 19 or 300A nor overridden by the non-obstante acceptance of a belated return with late fee. Parliament subsequently granted relief through Section 16(5), retrospectively extending the deadline for FY 2017-18 to 2020-21 up to 30 November 2021.
Why this matters: Claim every invoice's ITC well before the annual cut-off; for old years, check whether the retrospective Section 16(5) window and its amnesty procedures cure your late claims.
GSTN Advisory dated 7 June 2025 — non-editable auto-populated liability in GSTR-3B · 2025-06-07
After an October 2024 advisory and a January 2025 deferment, GSTN confirmed that from the July 2025 tax period the auto-populated outward tax liability in GSTR-3B, drawn from GSTR-1, IFF or GSTR-1A, is hard-locked and cannot be edited manually while filing. Any correction to sales figures must be made through GSTR-1A before GSTR-3B is filed. The change is intended to end mismatches between GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
Practical effect: Reconcile sales data before filing GSTR-1 each month, since GSTR-3B can no longer be adjusted at the last minute.
Notification No. 9/2025-Central Tax (Rate), dated 17 September 2025, Schedule I, Chapters 4 to 21 · 2025-09-17
Schedule I places butter, ghee and other dairy fats, cheese, condensed and concentrated milk, yoghurt, pre-packaged and labelled curd, lassi and buttermilk, natural honey, roasted coffee, pasta and seviyan, namkeens, bhujia and mixture, ice cream and other edible ice, biscuits, sauces and most processed foods at five per cent. Chena and paneer, ultra-high temperature milk and Indian breads are fully exempt under the companion exemption notification, so the food chain now runs at either nil or five per cent.
What it means for you: Supermarkets and food distributors in Chennai should be charging five per cent or nil on almost their entire grocery range from 22 September 2025.
