Reliable GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing for Saidapet businesses at a clear, fixed fee starting Rs.749. We handle the documentation, portal work and follow-up, you approve the draft before anything is filed, and the acknowledgement reaches you on WhatsApp the moment the filing goes through.
We serve businesses on and around Taluk Office Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
If you operate in Saidapet, GST deadlines arrive with the same force as anywhere in Chennai — GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th. Saidapet's trade runs to auto workshops, spare parts dealers, hardware and timber merchants along Anna Salai and Jeenis Road, with the Saidapet court complex feeding legal and documentation services. Used-parts dealers must apply the margin scheme correctly, and small traders here frequently accumulate GSTR-3B late fees of Rs.50 per day that dwarf the tax actually payable. We provide GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing to businesses across Saidapet and the adjoining Guindy and T. Nagar localities, maintaining a compliance calendar for every client so due dates are met without last-minute panic, late fees or interest at 18 percent per annum.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Quarterly filing still demands monthly attention — IFF uploads so your buyers see their credit on time, and tax payment through PMT-06 by the 25th for the first two months of each quarter. We run that monthly rhythm so QRMP saves you effort without creating gaps.
No filing leaves our desk on a junior's judgement alone. A senior GST practitioner reviews your figures, ITC claims and tax computation before submission, so errors are caught at our table and not by the department months later through a notice.
GST is confusing enough without a language barrier. Our team explains notices, tax positions and filing requirements in plain Tamil or English, whichever you and your staff in Saidapet are comfortable with, and keeps written communication simple and jargon-free.
Your sales figures, supplier lists and login credentials are handled only by our engaged team, stored securely and never shared with any third party. Many of our clients in Saidapet compete with each other; complete confidentiality is a condition of our work.
In the days before the 11th and the 20th, our team runs extended hours and a strict internal queue, so a client who sends data late in the window is still filed on time. Peak-season crush at our end never becomes a late fee at yours.
Winding up attracts its own GST obligations — the cancellation application, reversal of credit on closing stock, and the final return in GSTR-10 within three months. We close registrations properly so a business you shut in Saidapet never writes back to you as a demand years later.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Rs.7,999/year
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Your billing staff are guided on invoice fields, rates and series discipline, so mistakes are prevented where they originate — at the counter — instead of being repaired later in the returns.
Systematic GSTR-2B matching and supplier follow-up mean input tax credit that was leaking away under self-filing is captured each month, directly reducing the cash you pay out with every GSTR-3B.
Statutory windows such as thirty days for an ASMT-11 reply are tracked from the day a notice arrives, so responses go in on time, complete, and with your best case properly presented.
Because monthly data is reconciled as it happens, GSTR-9 preparation before the 31 December due date becomes a review exercise rather than a painful reconstruction of twelve untidy months.
Whether moving between composition and regular scheme, opting into QRMP, or crossing the e-invoice threshold at Rs.5 crore, transitions are planned in advance rather than discovered after a compliance breach.
Each period you receive a simple computation showing output tax, credit utilised and net cash payable, so GST becomes a number you understand and question rather than a figure you accept blindly.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Annual return preparation | Monthly reconciliations roll naturally into GSTR-9, filed comfortably before 31 December with figures already agreed through the year. | Twelve months of unmatched data reconstructed in December, with differences discovered too late to be corrected cleanly. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
Taluk Office Road is a primary arterial road in Saidapet, about 700 m south-east of the centre of Saidapet. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Velachery Road (about 200 m); Vinayagar Koil Street (about 300 m); Anna Salai (Mount Road) (about 550 m); Jeenis Road (about 600 m) — so a site visit on Taluk Office Road can usually be combined with other work in Saidapet on the same trip. GST law moves through notifications, circulars and court decisions. These are the ones changing how filings are prepared right now.
Circular No. 236/30/2024-GST · 2024-10-11
CBIC explained the scope of the phrase 'regularised on as is where is basis' used when the Council settles a disputed rate or classification. Where taxpayers paid at the lower of two competing rates or claimed an exemption in good faith, the past position is accepted as full discharge and no differential demand arises. However, no refund is available to anyone who paid at the higher rate or did not claim the exemption, and the circular works through illustrations showing exactly which past positions stand closed.
Why this matters: Read any rate clarification circular alongside its regularisation paragraph, because that paragraph often extinguishes the entire exposure for earlier years.
Notification No. 32/2020-Central Tax · 2020-04-03
The late fee payable under Section 47 for GSTR-3B was waived entirely for the tax periods February, March and April 2020, subject to the return being furnished within the extended dates set out for each turnover slab. Large taxpayers had to file by 24 June 2020, while smaller taxpayers had staggered dates running into June and July 2020. If the return was filed after the specified date the waiver fell away and the ordinary late fee revived from the original due date.
How we apply it: Check the actual filing date before paying any late fee demand for February to April 2020, because a timely filed return under this notification carries no fee at all.
32nd GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 10 January 2019 · 2019-01-10
The Council created two threshold limits for exemption from registration and payment of GST for suppliers of goods, Rs 40 lakh and Rs 20 lakh, and gave states a week to choose which limit would apply in their territory. The threshold for service providers was left unchanged at Rs 20 lakh, and at Rs 10 lakh for special category states. The change was made operational from 1 April 2019 and remains the basic registration test for traders and manufacturers today.
What it means for you: A Chennai trader dealing only in goods crosses the registration line at Rs 40 lakh of aggregate turnover, but a service provider must register at Rs 20 lakh.
