The 11th and the 20th arrive every month whether you are ready or not. Our Chennai team keeps businesses in Sembium permanently ahead of both, delivering GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing from Rs.749 with reconciliation, senior review and WhatsApp acknowledgements as standard.
We serve businesses on and around Subramaniya Mudali Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Sembium straddles Paper Mills Road, Madhavaram High Road and Erukkancheri High Road, feeding the Perambur Carriage Works with fabrication shops, rubber and hosiery units, hardware and timber dealers. Bunder Garden Main Street, Melpatti Ponappa Street and Market Street hold provision wholesalers, sweet stalls and lorry booking agents, and the Carriage Works Road sheds house body builders. Transporters issuing consignment notes, reverse charge on freight and e-way bill expiry on Moolakadai bound loads are the standing pain points. GST compliance in a market like Sembium rewards consistency — returns that match, credits that reconcile, and records that stand up to scrutiny. Our team provides GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Monthly Filing to businesses throughout Sembium and nearby Perambur and Agaram on fixed, transparent fees. From the first document checklist to the final acknowledgement on WhatsApp, the process is structured so nothing depends on memory, luck or a due-date-evening scramble.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th, CMP-08 by the 18th after each quarter — we maintain a compliance calendar for every client and start chasing your data well before the due date, so late fees never enter the picture.
GST is confusing enough without a language barrier. Our team explains notices, tax positions and filing requirements in plain Tamil or English, whichever you and your staff in Sembium are comfortable with, and keeps written communication simple and jargon-free.
You deal with one accountable person who knows your business, your turnover pattern and your filing history. No repeating your story to a new voice every month, and no file falling between two desks when a deadline is approaching.
Goods sent to job workers must move on delivery challans, return within the statutory period, and be reported in ITC-04. We track every outward and return leg for manufacturing clients in Sembium, so inputs sent out for processing never quietly convert into a deemed supply carrying tax and interest.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Sembium would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
Sellers on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces face a three-way match between marketplace reports, GSTR-1 and the TCS the operator deposits against your GSTIN. We reconcile all three every period and accept the TCS credit, so sellers in Sembium never leave marketplace deductions unclaimed.
At month end we remind you and collect sales invoices, purchase bills and credit notes in whatever format you maintain, including Excel, Tally exports or scanned copies.
We prepare invoice-wise outward supply details, validate GSTINs of your B2B customers, summarise B2C supplies and file GSTR-1 on the portal before the 11th.
We download your auto-drafted GSTR-2B, match it against purchase records, and claim only eligible input tax credit so that mismatches do not trigger scrutiny notices later.
We compute net tax payable after ITC set-off, share the working with you for approval, and generate the payment challan for any cash liability.
After your confirmation and tax payment, we file GSTR-3B before the 20th and send you both filed acknowledgements along with a one-page summary of the month.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Filed before the 11th and 20th of every month · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Rs.7,999/year
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Because monthly data is reconciled as it happens, GSTR-9 preparation before the 31 December due date becomes a review exercise rather than a painful reconstruction of twelve untidy months.
Loan applications and government tenders routinely demand GST returns and registration documents. With everything filed and archived properly, you can produce a complete compliance file within hours instead of days.
New branches, new product lines and interstate sales all carry GST consequences. With standing professional support, you expand knowing registrations, invoicing and returns will keep pace with the business.
Whether moving between composition and regular scheme, opting into QRMP, or crossing the e-invoice threshold at Rs.5 crore, transitions are planned in advance rather than discovered after a compliance breach.
Correct, complete tax invoices signal a well-run business to customers, vendors and banks alike, quietly strengthening your credibility in every transaction where your paperwork is seen.
Rates, reverse charge, place of supply and blocked credits are applied correctly at the preparation stage, so you neither overpay tax you do not owe nor underpay and invite demands with penalty later.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
Subramaniya Mudali Street is a residential street in Sembium, about 700 m south-east of the centre of Sembium. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Jeevanadham Street (about 100 m); Jeevanandam Street (about 200 m); Ashokar Street (about 250 m); GOWTHAMAN STREET (about 250 m) — so a site visit on Subramaniya Mudali Street can usually be combined with other work in Sembium on the same trip. Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.
A working knowledge of recent instruments and judgments is what separates a defensible filing from a risky one.
49th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 18 February 2023 · 2023-02-18
The 49th GST Council meeting decided to clear the entire balance of GST compensation dues to states, with the Centre releasing Rs 16,982 crore for June 2022 from its own resources pending cess collections. The Council also approved release of admissible final compensation to states that had furnished revenue figures certified by their Accountant General. This closed the five-year compensation window promised to states at the launch of GST, while cess collections continued to service the back-to-back loans taken during COVID.
How we apply it: Compensation cess on items like aerated drinks, coal and motor vehicles continued to apply to fund loan repayment, so businesses dealing in cess goods had to keep charging it.
Circular No. 164/20/2021-GST dated 06.10.2021 · 2021-10-06
This circular settled several long-running food service disputes. It clarified that service by cloud kitchens and central kitchens is restaurant service attracting 5 per cent without input tax credit, while ice cream parlours that sell already manufactured ice cream without any element of cooking supply goods and attract the applicable goods rate with credit. It also clarified the treatment of coaching services supplied under a government scholarship scheme, overloading charges recovered at toll plazas, and services in relation to admission to amusement parks.
How we apply it: A Chennai cloud kitchen bills at 5 per cent without credit, but an ice cream parlour selling tubs and cones must charge the goods rate and can keep its credits.
GSTN Advisory — Invoice Management System, live from 14 October 2024 · 2024-10-14
GSTN launched the Invoice Management System (IMS) on the portal from 14 October 2024. Buyers can now view each invoice uploaded by suppliers in GSTR-1, IFF or GSTR-1A and mark it as accepted, rejected or pending. These actions determine what flows into GSTR-2B, with the first IMS-based GSTR-2B generated on 14 November 2024 for the October 2024 period. Records left without action are treated as deemed accepted.
What it means for you: Set up a monthly IMS review before your GSTR-2B is generated so wrong or fraudulent supplier invoices do not silently enter your ITC.
