Thirumullaivoyal spreads either side of the Chennai-Tiruttani (CTH) Road between Ambattur Industrial Estate and Avadi, with the Masilamaniswarar temple at its core and Tirumullaivoyal Road, Pallavan Main Road and Thirukkural Main Road lined with hardware, electrical and textile shops, while machining and auto-component job-work sheds feed the Ambattur estate. Job workers here face ITC-04 and delivery challan compliance, and CTH Road traders meet frequent e-way bill verification. For businesses here, staying on the right side of GST is not optional — buyers check compliance, and the department's systems match every return. Our firm provides GST Notice Reply to clients across Thirumullaivoyal and neighbouring Ambattur and Avadi, combining Chennai jurisdiction familiarity with disciplined deadline tracking. Whether you run a shop, a service practice or a growing trading concern, we handle the portal work so you can stay focused on the business itself.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
New GSTIN applications, core field amendments through REG-14, additional places of business — we prepare complete, query-resistant applications the first time. Clean paperwork is the difference between smooth approval and weeks lost answering clarification memos from the department.
We work with Chennai GST ranges and circles every week, including the jurisdiction covering Thirumullaivoyal. We know how local proper officers examine registrations, what supporting documents they routinely call for, and how to present a file so it moves without repeated queries.
Quarterly filing still demands monthly attention — IFF uploads so your buyers see their credit on time, and tax payment through PMT-06 by the 25th for the first two months of each quarter. We run that monthly rhythm so QRMP saves you effort without creating gaps.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Thirumullaivoyal are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, marketplace reports, plain Excel or even a handwritten bill book — we take your data in whatever form your Thirumullaivoyal business already maintains it. You are never forced to buy new software or retrain staff just to become our client.
GST is confusing enough without a language barrier. Our team explains notices, tax positions and filing requirements in plain Tamil or English, whichever you and your staff in Thirumullaivoyal are comfortable with, and keeps written communication simple and jargon-free.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Whether moving between composition and regular scheme, opting into QRMP, or crossing the e-invoice threshold at Rs.5 crore, transitions are planned in advance rather than discovered after a compliance breach.
Getting IGST versus CGST and SGST right at the invoice stage spares you the painful cycle of paying the correct head again and pursuing a refund of the amount paid under the wrong one.
The hours you or your accountant spent wrestling with the portal, JSON errors and reconciliations every month return to sales, operations and customers, while trained hands manage the compliance in the background.
Your scheme choice — regular, composition or QRMP — is re-examined as turnover and margins change, so you are always paying under the structure that legitimately costs your business the least.
With the LUT filed at the start of each financial year and refund claims tracked to credit, exporters supply without blocking funds in IGST and recover accumulated credit on schedule.
Funding rounds, partnerships and business sales all begin with a compliance check. A clean, documented GST history lets you clear that scrutiny quickly instead of watching a deal stall over old filing gaps.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Record keeping | Every return, challan, acknowledgement and working paper archived in an organised folder, retrievable in minutes years later. | Documents scattered across email, downloads and old phones; assembling records for a bank or an audit takes days. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
Pallavan Main Road is a residential street in Thirumullaivoyal, about 750 m south of the centre of Thirumullaivoyal. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — 8th Street (about 300 m); Chennai - Tiruttani - Renigunta Road (about 350 m); 60 Feet Road Annanur Railway Station Road (about 400 m); Agananuru Street (about 400 m) — so a site visit on Pallavan Main Road can usually be combined with other work in Thirumullaivoyal on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Pallavan Main Road falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Thirumullaivoyal pincode is 600062.

Notification No. 30/2020-Central Tax · 2020-04-03
The Central Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2020 inserted a proviso to Rule 36(4) so that the ten per cent restriction on credit for invoices not uploaded by suppliers would not be tested month by month for February to August 2020. Instead the condition applied cumulatively, and the cumulative adjustment had to be made in the GSTR-3B for September 2020. The amendment also allowed businesses to opt into the composition scheme for 2020-21 by a later date.
Why this matters: For the first COVID wave a Chennai taxpayer could take provisional credit freely and true it up only in the September 2020 return, which is a defence to scrutiny of those months.
Union of India v. Intercontinental Consultants and Technocrats (P) Ltd — Supreme Court, (2018) 4 SCC 669, judgment dated 07-03-2018 · 2018-03-07
The Supreme Court struck down Rule 5(1) of the Service Tax (Determination of Value) Rules as going beyond the charging provision. It held that only the consideration for the taxable service can be brought to tax, and reimbursable expenses incurred by a service provider on behalf of the client cannot be added. The judgment established that valuation rules cannot expand the scope of the charging section.
How we apply it: Chennai professionals and agencies recovering genuine out-of-pocket expenses should structure them as pure agent recoveries so they stay outside the GST value.
35th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 21 June 2019 · 2019-06-21
At the first meeting chaired by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, the Council decided to introduce an electronic invoicing system in a phase-wise manner for business-to-business transactions. The press release recorded that e-invoicing would help taxpayers with backward integration and automation of tax-relevant processes and would help authorities combat evasion, with Phase 1 proposed to be voluntary and rolled out from January 2020. This decision is the origin of the Invoice Registration Portal, the IRN and the QR code now mandatory for most mid-sized and large businesses.
How we apply it: Every later e-invoicing threshold reduction, down to the Rs 5 crore limit now applicable, traces back to this decision, so businesses crossing a threshold must set up e-invoicing from the first day of the next financial year.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.
