Our consultants provide New GST Registration to businesses across Thirumullaivoyal starting at Rs.1,499. Every file is reconciled and senior-reviewed before submission, which is why our clients see far fewer departmental queries than they did while self-filing.
We serve businesses on and around 6th Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
GST does not distinguish between a large showroom and a small service unit — the due dates and matching systems apply equally to both. Thirumullaivoyal spreads either side of the Chennai-Tiruttani (CTH) Road between Ambattur Industrial Estate and Avadi, with the Masilamaniswarar temple at its core and Tirumullaivoyal Road, Pallavan Main Road and Thirukkural Main Road lined with hardware, electrical and textile shops, while machining and auto-component job-work sheds feed the Ambattur estate. Job workers here face ITC-04 and delivery challan compliance, and CTH Road traders meet frequent e-way bill verification. That is why our New GST Registration engagements in Thirumullaivoyal follow the same discipline whatever the client's size: written checklists, reconciliation before filing and every acknowledgement archived. Businesses from Ambattur and Avadi run on the same process, entirely over WhatsApp if they prefer.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Freight paid to transporters, advocate fees, imported services and other notified supplies attract GST under reverse charge, with self-invoicing where the supplier is unregistered. We maintain a running RCM check every period, because this is the liability self-filers most consistently miss.
GSTR-1 requires four-digit HSN reporting for turnover up to Rs.5 crore and six digits above it, and a wrong code often means a wrong rate. We verify the classification of what you actually supply, so your invoices and returns rest on defensible codes.
GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th, CMP-08 by the 18th after each quarter — we maintain a compliance calendar for every client and start chasing your data well before the due date, so late fees never enter the picture.
We are a Chennai firm with a physical office, not a faceless portal. If you prefer to sit across a table with your papers, you are welcome. Clients from Thirumullaivoyal regularly visit us for registrations, notice discussions and annual return reviews.
Every new client receives a review of their recent returns before we file anything — unclaimed credit, GSTR-1 versus GSTR-3B drift, and exposures worth correcting quietly. Businesses in Thirumullaivoyal often discover in this first review exactly why their previous arrangement was costing them money.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Thirumullaivoyal are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
You share PAN, Aadhaar, photographs, address proof and bank details over WhatsApp or email. We review each document against portal requirements and flag anything that could trigger an officer query.
We draft Form GST REG-01 with the correct business constitution, principal place of business, HSN or SAC codes and authorised signatory details, then share a summary for your confirmation.
The application is filed on the GST portal and we guide the authorised signatory through Aadhaar OTP authentication, which speeds up approval and usually avoids physical verification of premises.
We track the ARN daily. If the officer issues a notice in Form REG-03 seeking clarification, we draft and file the reply in Form REG-04 within the permitted time.
Once approved, we download your registration certificate in Form REG-06, help set up portal login credentials, and brief you on invoice format, return due dates and e-way bill obligations.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: 3-7 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
With the LUT filed at the start of each financial year and refund claims tracked to credit, exporters supply without blocking funds in IGST and recover accumulated credit on schedule.
Whether moving between composition and regular scheme, opting into QRMP, or crossing the e-invoice threshold at Rs.5 crore, transitions are planned in advance rather than discovered after a compliance breach.
Advances received for services attract GST on receipt while advances for goods generally do not; applying this distinction correctly means you neither prepay tax unnecessarily nor omit a liability that surfaces later with interest.
With returns filed ahead of the statutory due dates every period, the Rs.50-per-day GSTR-3B late fee simply stops appearing in your life, and the money stays in your business where it belongs.
We spot suppliers who stop uploading invoices or filing returns and alert you before their default becomes your blocked credit, letting you recover amounts or switch vendors while the exposure is still small.
You know your expected GST outflow days before the 20th, not on the night of filing. That advance visibility lets you plan payments, collections and bank balances instead of scrambling for funds at the deadline.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
6th Street is a residential street in Thirumullaivoyal, about 850 m south-east of the centre of Thirumullaivoyal. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — 14th Street (about 150 m); 11th Street (about 200 m); 2nd Street (about 400 m); Chozhambedu Main Road (about 500 m) — so a site visit on 6th Street can usually be combined with other work in Thirumullaivoyal on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on 6th Street falls under the Chennai Outer CGST Commissionerate, and the Thirumullaivoyal pincode is 600062.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.

Imagic Creative (P) Ltd v. Commissioner of Commercial Taxes — Supreme Court, (2008) 2 SCC 614, judgment dated 09-01-2008 · 2008-01-09
An advertising agency was charged value added tax on the entire consideration although service tax had already been paid on the design element. The Supreme Court held that payments of service tax and of value added tax are mutually exclusive, so in a composite contract the value attributable to the service component cannot also be subjected to sales tax, and the two levies must attach to distinct parts of the transaction. Double taxation of the same value is impermissible.
Why this matters: For Chennai agencies, printers and works contractors, the goods and service components of a composite contract should be clearly valued in the agreement and the invoice so that only one tax attaches to each element of value.
GSTN Advisory, 2023 — geocoding of the principal place of business enabled for all States and Union Territories · 2023
GSTN rolled out a geocoding facility that converts the address of the principal place of business into map coordinates, so the location on the registration certificate can be verified against the ground position. After a pilot in a few states, the functionality was extended to normal, composition, casual, SEZ and input service distributor taxpayers in every State and Union Territory during 2023, and geocoding of additional places of business followed. Geocoding does not change the address recorded in the registration.
What to do about it: Complete geocoding for your Chennai premises and any godown, as an unverified address can delay amendments, refunds and physical verification clearance.
19th GST Council Meeting (video conference) — 17 July 2017 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Item 2; CBIC Press Release dated 17 July 2017) · 2017-07-17
Meeting by video conference barely a fortnight after rollout, the Council found that the combination of a twenty-eight per cent rate and the compensation cess rates originally fixed had left cigarettes bearing less tax than under the earlier excise and VAT regime, handing manufacturers a windfall. The Council recommended an increase in the compensation cess rates on cigarettes so as to align the total GST incidence with the pre-GST level, and the revised cess rates were notified with effect from 18 July 2017.
Practical effect: It showed early on that the Council would move within days to correct a rate that produced an unintended windfall, in either direction.
