Trusted GST Notice Reply support for Vadapalani, priced from Rs.2,999 with no hidden additions. Send documents from your phone, approve the prepared draft, and we handle the portal — including the difficult due-date evenings when it slows down.
We serve businesses on and around Gangai Amman Koil Street — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
If you operate in Vadapalani, GST deadlines arrive with the same force as anywhere in Chennai — GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th. Vadapalani mixes temple commerce around the Vadapalani Andavar temple with film studios, hotels and mall retail along Arcot Road and the Inner Ring Road, including Forum Vijaya Mall. Restaurants and food outlets juggle the 5 per cent no-ITC rate against 18 per cent banquet contracts, while mall retailers must reconcile e-commerce and POS turnover before filing GSTR-1 by the 11th. We provide GST Notice Reply to businesses across Vadapalani and the adjoining Kodambakkam and Saligramam localities, maintaining a compliance calendar for every client so due dates are met without last-minute panic, late fees or interest at 18 percent per annum.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
We tell you when the composition scheme stops making sense, when QRMP suits your cash flow, and when a supplier's non-compliance is quietly costing you credit. Filing is the minimum; helping you make better GST decisions is the actual job.
Traders, manufacturers, contractors, e-commerce sellers, professionals and service exporters — we have handled GST for all of them. Whatever mix of goods and services your Vadapalani business supplies, the rate, classification and place-of-supply questions have almost certainly crossed our desk before.
GSTR-3B late fees run at Rs.50 per day and interest at 18 percent per annum on unpaid tax. Our internal cut-offs sit days ahead of statutory due dates precisely so that our clients never hand the department a rupee they did not owe.
A new GSTIN comes with obligations nobody explains at approval — the invoice series rules, displaying the registration certificate and GSTIN at your premises, and the first return cycle. We walk new registrants in Vadapalani through each of these so month one starts correctly.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Vadapalani would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
GSTR-1 requires four-digit HSN reporting for turnover up to Rs.5 crore and six digits above it, and a wrong code often means a wrong rate. We verify the classification of what you actually supply, so your invoices and returns rest on defensible codes.
We read the notice line by line, identify the section invoked, the periods covered, the exact information sought and the deadline for response.
The figures alleged in the notice are reconciled against your filed returns, GSTR-2B and books, so the reply is grounded in verifiable numbers rather than assertions.
We draft a professional, point-wise reply addressing every allegation, attaching reconciliations, invoices and legal support, and share the draft with you for approval.
The approved reply is filed on the portal within the deadline. Where a small genuine liability exists, we advise payment through DRC-03 to limit interest and penalty.
We monitor the portal for the officer's response, attend to any further queries or hearing dates, and pursue the matter until a closure or order is received.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Draft reply in 3-5 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Because monthly data is reconciled as it happens, GSTR-9 preparation before the 31 December due date becomes a review exercise rather than a painful reconstruction of twelve untidy months.
Amounts deducted by government buyers as GST TDS and by marketplaces as TCS are accepted on the portal each period, so money withheld against your GSTIN actually reaches your cash ledger instead of lying unclaimed.
Because turnover in your GST returns is kept aligned with your accounts through the year, income tax filing and statutory audit proceed without the GST-versus-books mismatch queries that now surface routinely through data matching.
Large buyers check vendor GST compliance before releasing payments and renewing contracts. A clean filing record with timely GSTR-1 uploads keeps your invoices reflecting in their GSTR-2B and your payments unblocked.
Late-fee waivers and amnesty windows notified by the GST Council are applied to your history within their deadlines, capturing reliefs that most businesses only hear about once the window has already closed.
You know your expected GST outflow days before the 20th, not on the night of filing. That advance visibility lets you plan payments, collections and bank balances instead of scrambling for funds at the deadline.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Portal credentials and data | Logins handled by a small engaged team under strict confidentiality, with credentials stored securely and never passed onward. | Passwords circulating on chats with freelancers and part-timers, and no accountability for who has accessed your business data. |
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
Gangai Amman Koil Street is a main connecting road in Vadapalani, about 600 m north-east of the centre of Vadapalani. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Nerkundrampadai Road (East) (about 200 m); North Mada Street (about 400 m); N.S.K. Salai (about 450 m); NSK Salai (about 450 m) — so a site visit on Gangai Amman Koil Street can usually be combined with other work in Vadapalani on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Gangai Amman Koil Street falls under the Chennai South CGST Commissionerate, and the Vadapalani pincode is 600026.

Circular No. 179/11/2022-GST, dated 3 August 2022 · 2022-08-03
Implementing the 47th GST Council recommendations, CBIC clarified that an electrically operated vehicle attracts the concessional five per cent rate whether or not it is fitted with a battery pack at the time of supply, ending a dispute that had hurt manufacturers using battery-swapping models. The circular also addressed the classification of fly ash bricks and blocks, by-products of milling of pulses and dal such as chilka and khanda, treated sewage water, and nicotine polacrilex gum.
What to do about it: Electric vehicle sellers should not be forced into eighteen per cent merely because the battery is billed or leased separately, and this circular is the answer to such a notice.
CBIC Instruction No. 01/2025-GST · 2025-01-13
Following High Court rulings on the constitutional requirement to inform an arrested person of the grounds of arrest, CBIC revised its arrest guidelines. The grounds of arrest must be explained and furnished in writing to the person as an annexure to the arrest memo, and written acknowledgement of receipt must be obtained. This supplements the earlier requirement that arrest be based on reasons to believe recorded in writing, with approval of the Commissioner, and only for offences crossing the prescribed thresholds.
What it means for you: If a summons escalates towards arrest, insist on written grounds of arrest, as their absence has repeatedly led courts to set aside GST arrests.
Sections 107(6) and 112(8), CGST Act, 2017, as amended by the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2024, effective 1 November 2024 vide Notification No. 17/2024-Central Tax · 2024-11-01
The maximum pre-deposit for a first appeal under Section 107 was reduced from Rs 25 crore to Rs 20 crore each of CGST and SGST, the rate remaining ten per cent of the disputed tax. For appeals to the GST Appellate Tribunal, the pre-deposit was reduced from twenty per cent to ten per cent of the disputed tax, subject to a ceiling of Rs 20 crore each of CGST and SGST, in addition to the amount already deposited at the first appellate stage.
Practical effect: A second appeal to the Tribunal now costs ten per cent rather than twenty per cent of the disputed tax, making it far more affordable to carry a bad order forward.

Upload the PDF to our free GST Notice Analyser. It identifies which of 34 notice types you have, pulls out the DIN, GSTIN and tax period, reads the reply date printed on the notice and tells you plainly whether that date has already passed — along with the documents and reconciliations you will need. No payment, no account. If the notice does not state a date we can read, it says so rather than guessing one for you.
