The 11th and the 20th arrive every month whether you are ready or not. Our Chennai team keeps businesses in Vadapalani permanently ahead of both, delivering New GST Registration from Rs.1,499 with reconciliation, senior review and WhatsApp acknowledgements as standard.
We serve businesses on and around Duraisamy Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
If you operate in Vadapalani, GST deadlines arrive with the same force as anywhere in Chennai — GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th. Vadapalani mixes temple commerce around the Vadapalani Andavar temple with film studios, hotels and mall retail along Arcot Road and the Inner Ring Road, including Forum Vijaya Mall. Restaurants and food outlets juggle the 5 per cent no-ITC rate against 18 per cent banquet contracts, while mall retailers must reconcile e-commerce and POS turnover before filing GSTR-1 by the 11th. We provide New GST Registration to businesses across Vadapalani and the adjoining Kodambakkam and Saligramam localities, maintaining a compliance calendar for every client so due dates are met without last-minute panic, late fees or interest at 18 percent per annum.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Send your query on call or WhatsApp and you hear back the same working day, usually within a few hours. When a due date is close or a notice has landed, waiting two days for a reply is simply not acceptable, and we know it.
We tell you when the composition scheme stops making sense, when QRMP suits your cash flow, and when a supplier's non-compliance is quietly costing you credit. Filing is the minimum; helping you make better GST decisions is the actual job.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Vadapalani are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
Quarterly filing still demands monthly attention — IFF uploads so your buyers see their credit on time, and tax payment through PMT-06 by the 25th for the first two months of each quarter. We run that monthly rhythm so QRMP saves you effort without creating gaps.
New GSTIN applications, core field amendments through REG-14, additional places of business — we prepare complete, query-resistant applications the first time. Clean paperwork is the difference between smooth approval and weeks lost answering clarification memos from the department.
You receive a WhatsApp message when documents are received, when the draft is ready for your approval, and when the return or application is filed, along with the acknowledgement. You never have to call and ask what is happening with your file.
You share PAN, Aadhaar, photographs, address proof and bank details over WhatsApp or email. We review each document against portal requirements and flag anything that could trigger an officer query.
We draft Form GST REG-01 with the correct business constitution, principal place of business, HSN or SAC codes and authorised signatory details, then share a summary for your confirmation.
The application is filed on the GST portal and we guide the authorised signatory through Aadhaar OTP authentication, which speeds up approval and usually avoids physical verification of premises.
We track the ARN daily. If the officer issues a notice in Form REG-03 seeking clarification, we draft and file the reply in Form REG-04 within the permitted time.
Once approved, we download your registration certificate in Form REG-06, help set up portal login credentials, and brief you on invoice format, return due dates and e-way bill obligations.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: 3-7 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Statutory windows such as thirty days for an ASMT-11 reply are tracked from the day a notice arrives, so responses go in on time, complete, and with your best case properly presented.
When GST knowledge lives inside a single staff member, their resignation becomes a compliance crisis. With our firm as the standing process, your filings continue uninterrupted regardless of internal staff changes.
Continuous filing protects you from the suspension and cancellation proceedings that hit chronic non-filers, so your registration, e-way bill access and ability to issue tax invoices are never suddenly cut off.
Your billing staff are guided on invoice fields, rates and series discipline, so mistakes are prevented where they originate — at the counter — instead of being repaired later in the returns.
Correct, complete tax invoices signal a well-run business to customers, vendors and banks alike, quietly strengthening your credibility in every transaction where your paperwork is seen.
Correct e-way bills matched to correct invoices mean your consignments clear roadside inspections cleanly, avoiding detention proceedings whose penalties can far exceed the tax on the goods being carried.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
| Goods in transit | E-way bills generated correctly and matched to invoices, so consignments pass roadside inspections without detention or penalty. | A defective or missing e-way bill can mean detention at a checkpoint, with penalties that dwarf the tax on the consignment. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
Duraisamy Road is a main connecting road in Vadapalani, about 300 m south-east of the centre of Vadapalani. The same consultant covers the streets immediately around it — Sannadhi Street (about 50 m); Nagerkoyil Sudalaimuthu Krishnan (NSK) Salai (about 150 m); N.S.K. Salai (about 200 m); NSK Salai (about 200 m) — so a site visit on Duraisamy Road can usually be combined with other work in Vadapalani on the same trip. For GST purposes an address on Duraisamy Road falls under the Chennai South CGST Commissionerate, and the Vadapalani pincode is 600026.
Road classification and position from OpenStreetMap; distances are straight-line and approximate. Jurisdiction must be confirmed on your own registration certificate.

GSTN Advisory dated 1 November 2025 — simplified registration scheme under Rule 14A · 2025-11-01
GSTN operationalised the optional simplified registration scheme under Rule 14A of the CGST Rules from 1 November 2025. Applicants whose self-assessed output tax liability, across CGST, SGST, IGST and cess, does not exceed Rs 2.5 lakh per month can opt in while filing REG-01 and receive registration within three working days, subject to mandatory Aadhaar authentication of the primary authorised signatory and at least one promoter or partner.
What to do about it: Small Chennai businesses starting out can opt for Rule 14A registration to begin billing within days instead of waiting through full verification.
29th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 4 August 2018 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Item 3) · 2018-08-04
The Council approved a scheme to incentivise digital payment under GST. Concessions were to be given on B2C transactions paid through RuPay debit card, UPI, BHIM, USSD or BHIM-Aadhaar, by way of an automated refund to the consumer's account of twenty per cent of the total GST paid, subject to a ceiling of Rs 100 per transaction shared equally between CGST and SGST. The purchaser would be informed by SMS. The scheme was to run on a pilot basis in Assam, Tamil Nadu and any other volunteering State.
What to do about it: Tamil Nadu was one of only two States selected for this pilot, though the scheme was never rolled out in practice.
Century Metal Recycling (P) Ltd v. Union of India — Supreme Court, 2019 (367) ELT 3 (SC), judgment dated 17-05-2019 · 2019-05-17
The Supreme Court held that the transaction value declared by an importer must ordinarily be accepted. Before rejecting it, the proper officer must have a reasonable doubt based on certain material and specific reasons, must communicate those grounds to the importer, and must give an opportunity to explain. A mere suspicion, or reliance on price data without disclosure, is not sufficient to displace the declared value.
How we apply it: A Chennai importer facing enhancement of assessable value should insist on written reasons and the comparable data relied upon before accepting any revision.
