GST Refund RFD-01 in Vanagaram does not have to mean portal errors, guesswork and due-date tension. For a fixed fee starting Rs.4,999, an accountable Chennai practice prepares, reconciles, reviews and files — and remains answerable long after the acknowledgement arrives.
We serve businesses on and around 200 Feet Bypass Road — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Vanagaram sits where the Chennai Bypass meets the Chennai-Bengaluru Highway at the Maduravoyal Interchange, a warehousing and showroom belt with Apollo Hospitals, banquet halls and car dealerships along the Vanagaram-Ambattur-Puzhal Road and the 200 Feet Bypass Road, behind which the old village lanes around Kalikambal Street and Sannadhi Street still run. Logistics operators, third-party godowns, hotels, hardware and furniture showrooms bill from here. Multi-state stock transfers, e-way bill Part-B errors, credit on warehouse rent and place-of-supply on transport services are the frequent disputes. We have supported businesses of exactly this profile with GST Refund RFD-01 across Vanagaram for years, along with clients from Maduravoyal and Ayanambakkam. The engagement is simple: one point of contact, a clear fee, documents over WhatsApp or in person at our Chennai office, and senior review before anything is submitted on the portal. What you get in return is clean filings, archived records and far fewer reasons for the department to write to you.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
We work with Chennai GST ranges and circles every week, including the jurisdiction covering Vanagaram. We know how local proper officers examine registrations, what supporting documents they routinely call for, and how to present a file so it moves without repeated queries.
Whenever the GST Council notifies a late-fee waiver or an amnesty window for pending returns or old demands, we check every client's history against it and act within the deadline. Relief that businesses in Vanagaram would otherwise read about after it lapsed reaches our clients in time.
Goods sent to job workers must move on delivery challans, return within the statutory period, and be reported in ITC-04. We track every outward and return leg for manufacturing clients in Vanagaram, so inputs sent out for processing never quietly convert into a deemed supply carrying tax and interest.
GST is confusing enough without a language barrier. Our team explains notices, tax positions and filing requirements in plain Tamil or English, whichever you and your staff in Vanagaram are comfortable with, and keeps written communication simple and jargon-free.
Traders, manufacturers, contractors, e-commerce sellers, professionals and service exporters — we have handled GST for all of them. Whatever mix of goods and services your Vanagaram business supplies, the rate, classification and place-of-supply questions have almost certainly crossed our desk before.
From filing the LUT in RFD-11 at the start of each financial year to preparing RFD-01 refund claims with complete annexures, we know what makes a refund file move. Exporters and inverted-duty businesses come to us specifically for this.
We identify the correct refund category, confirm the two-year limitation from the relevant date, and compute the admissible amount using the formula prescribed under the rules.
Invoices, shipping bills, FIRCs, the LUT and ledger extracts are compiled into the prescribed statements, and gaps that commonly cause deficiency memos are fixed upfront.
The refund application is filed on the portal with all annexures and declarations, and the acknowledgement in RFD-02 is tracked within the statutory fifteen days.
We respond to any deficiency memo in RFD-03 or show cause notice in RFD-08, appear through written submissions, and pursue provisional refund where the category permits.
We track the sanction order in RFD-06 and payment advice in RFD-05, confirm the credit in your validated bank account, and archive the complete claim file.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: Application filed in 3-5 working days; sanction typically within 60 days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Because monthly data is reconciled as it happens, GSTR-9 preparation before the 31 December due date becomes a review exercise rather than a painful reconstruction of twelve untidy months.
Where a genuine error is found in a past period, voluntary payment through DRC-03 before any notice issues closes the matter at minimal cost, instead of letting it ripen into a demand with penalty.
With the LUT filed at the start of each financial year and refund claims tracked to credit, exporters supply without blocking funds in IGST and recover accumulated credit on schedule.
Continuous filing protects you from the suspension and cancellation proceedings that hit chronic non-filers, so your registration, e-way bill access and ability to issue tax invoices are never suddenly cut off.
Filed returns, challans, reconciliations and working papers are archived in order from day one. If an audit or departmental verification comes, your file is ready the same week, not assembled in a panic.
New branches, new product lines and interstate sales all carry GST consequences. With standing professional support, you expand knowing registrations, invoicing and returns will keep pace with the business.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Refund claims | RFD-01 filed with complete statements and annexures, tracked from ARN to bank credit, with any deficiency memo answered promptly. | Incomplete claims bounce back as deficiency memos while the refund sits unclaimed for months and working capital stays blocked. |
| Input tax credit | Purchase register matched against GSTR-2B each period, with defaulting suppliers chased so eligible credit is actually captured. | Credit claimed from books alone; mismatches with GSTR-2B mean lost credit or excess claims that invite departmental queries. |
| Supplier defaults | Suppliers who stop uploading invoices are identified within the period and pursued before their default becomes your blocked credit. | Missing supplier invoices surface only when credit is denied, by which time recovering the amount from the vendor is difficult. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Risk of notices | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciled before filing, removing the mismatches that trigger most scrutiny notices. | Inconsistent figures across returns quietly build a mismatch history that surfaces later as ASMT-10 scrutiny or a demand notice. |

Global Reach Education Services Pvt Ltd — AAR West Bengal, ruling dated 21 March 2018, upheld by AAAR West Bengal, Order No. 01/WBAAAR/Appeal/2018, dated 24 July 2018 · 2018-03-21
The applicant promoted courses of foreign universities in India and recruited students for them, receiving commission in foreign exchange. It claimed the service was an export and therefore zero rated. The West Bengal Authority for Advance Ruling, affirmed on appeal, held that the applicant merely facilitates admission of students to the university and is an intermediary under Section 2(13) of the IGST Act. As the place of supply of an intermediary is the location of the supplier, the service is a domestic supply liable to GST.
Why this matters: Businesses earning foreign commission for facilitating a third party's supply should test the intermediary risk before treating receipts as zero-rated exports.
Circular No. 203/15/2023-GST · 2023-10-27
CBIC clarified three recurring place-of-supply questions. For transportation of goods, including by mail or courier, where the supplier or the recipient is outside India, Section 13(9) of the IGST Act stood omitted from 1 October 2023, so the place of supply is now fixed by the default rule in Section 13(2), namely the location of the recipient. For advertising services supplied to a government body, the place of supply follows the location of the recipient under Section 12(2) rather than the location of the hoardings, with State-wise allocation where the contract provides for it. For co-location of servers in a data centre, the supply is a bundle of hosting services and not a letting of immovable property, so the recipient's location governs.
What it means for you: Chennai courier, advertising and data centre businesses should map their invoices to these tests before deciding between IGST and CGST plus SGST.
29th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 4 August 2018 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Item 3) · 2018-08-04
The Council approved a scheme to incentivise digital payment under GST. Concessions were to be given on B2C transactions paid through RuPay debit card, UPI, BHIM, USSD or BHIM-Aadhaar, by way of an automated refund to the consumer's account of twenty per cent of the total GST paid, subject to a ceiling of Rs 100 per transaction shared equally between CGST and SGST. The purchaser would be informed by SMS. The scheme was to run on a pilot basis in Assam, Tamil Nadu and any other volunteering State.
Practical effect: Tamil Nadu was one of only two States selected for this pilot, though the scheme was never rolled out in practice.
