The 11th and the 20th arrive every month whether you are ready or not. Our Chennai team keeps businesses in Velachery permanently ahead of both, delivering New GST Registration from Rs.1,499 with reconciliation, senior review and WhatsApp acknowledgements as standard.
We serve businesses on and around Vijaya Nagar — document pickup, in-person consultation at our Porur office, or fully online over WhatsApp.
Share your number — a senior GST consultant calls you back within 30 minutes.
Choosing New GST Registration in Velachery is ultimately an act of trust: you are handing over sales figures, purchase records and portal access. Velachery is a retail powerhouse anchored by Phoenix Marketcity and the dense shopfronts of Velachery Main Road and Taramani Link Road, with IT offices and e-commerce delivery hubs behind them. Online sellers here must reconcile marketplace TCS credits with GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B every month, and mismatches between portal reports and books are the area's most common notice trigger. We earn that trust the unglamorous way — fixed fees honoured, drafts approved by you before filing, acknowledgements shared the same day, and strict confidentiality throughout. Clients across Velachery, Guindy and Madipakkam have stayed with us for years on precisely this basis.
Not a bulk-filing portal. A senior consultant knows your file, your jurisdiction and your deadlines.
Your work is executed by trained GST staff working under direct senior supervision, not passed to interns learning on your file. The person preparing your return understands reverse charge, blocked credits and place of supply, because getting these wrong costs you money.
If your GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B start drifting apart, if a large supplier stops filing, or if your turnover approaches the e-invoice threshold, we flag it to you immediately. Early warnings from our side are cheaper than departmental letters later.
E-invoicing is mandatory once turnover crosses Rs.5 crore and e-way bills apply to goods movements above Rs.50,000. We set up, train and troubleshoot both systems, so your despatches from Velachery are never held up by a compliance gap at the gate.
We are a Chennai firm with a physical office, not a faceless portal. If you prefer to sit across a table with your papers, you are welcome. Clients from Velachery regularly visit us for registrations, notice discussions and annual return reviews.
A new GSTIN comes with obligations nobody explains at approval — the invoice series rules, displaying the registration certificate and GSTIN at your premises, and the first return cycle. We walk new registrants in Velachery through each of these so month one starts correctly.
You are told the full fee before we begin, in writing. No surprise additions for uploads, revisions or acknowledgements. Government fees and taxes, where applicable, are shown separately, so businesses in Velachery always know exactly what the engagement costs them.
You share PAN, Aadhaar, photographs, address proof and bank details over WhatsApp or email. We review each document against portal requirements and flag anything that could trigger an officer query.
We draft Form GST REG-01 with the correct business constitution, principal place of business, HSN or SAC codes and authorised signatory details, then share a summary for your confirmation.
The application is filed on the GST portal and we guide the authorised signatory through Aadhaar OTP authentication, which speeds up approval and usually avoids physical verification of premises.
We track the ARN daily. If the officer issues a notice in Form REG-03 seeking clarification, we draft and file the reply in Form REG-04 within the permitted time.
Once approved, we download your registration certificate in Form REG-06, help set up portal login credentials, and brief you on invoice format, return due dates and e-way bill obligations.
Send these on WhatsApp (+91 - 9600 606 444) and we take it forward the same day.
Timeline: 3-7 working days · No hidden charges · GST invoice provided
Practical outcomes our clients measure us by.
Loan applications and government tenders routinely demand GST returns and registration documents. With everything filed and archived properly, you can produce a complete compliance file within hours instead of days.
Correct, complete tax invoices signal a well-run business to customers, vendors and banks alike, quietly strengthening your credibility in every transaction where your paperwork is seen.
Tax positions, rate choices and credit calls are documented as they are made, so if a question arises years later, the reasoning and evidence are on file rather than in someone's fading memory.
Where a genuine error is found in a past period, voluntary payment through DRC-03 before any notice issues closes the matter at minimal cost, instead of letting it ripen into a demand with penalty.
A fixed professional fee is almost always cheaper than the combination of late fees, interest, lost credit and staff hours that informal, last-minute compliance quietly accumulates over a year.
Whether moving between composition and regular scheme, opting into QRMP, or crossing the e-invoice threshold at Rs.5 crore, transitions are planned in advance rather than discovered after a compliance breach.
| Aspect | With ChennaiGST | DIY / Unattended |
|---|---|---|
| Late fees and interest | Filings go in ahead of statutory dates, so the Rs.50-per-day late fee and 18 percent interest never arise. | Late fees accumulate silently every delayed day, and interest on unpaid tax runs at 18 percent per annum. |
| Registration and amendments | Query-resistant applications prepared correctly the first time, with supporting documents matched to what proper officers actually verify. | Repeated clarification memos and resubmissions, with weeks lost because a rent agreement or premises photograph did not meet expectations. |
| Time cost | Roughly an hour a month to send data and approve drafts; the portal work, reconciliation and follow-up are ours. | Hours every month lost to portal errors, JSON files, OTP failures and reworking figures — usually on the due date itself. |
| When a notice arrives | A professional drafts the reply in the department's format and files it within the statutory window, such as thirty days for ASMT-11. | You face departmental language alone, and a missed reply deadline can convert a simple query into a demand with penalty. |
| Keeping up with changes | Rate changes, portal updates and new thresholds such as the Rs.5 crore e-invoice limit are tracked by us and applied to your case proactively. | Changes are discovered after the fact — often through a rejected filing, a blocked e-way bill or a departmental letter. |
| Due-date tracking | A maintained compliance calendar with internal cut-offs days before the 11th and the 20th; we chase you for data, not the other way around. | Deadlines remembered from memory or phone alarms; one busy week and the return slips past the due date. |
GST law moves through notifications, circulars and court decisions. These are the ones changing how filings are prepared right now.
29th GST Council Meeting, New Delhi — 4 August 2018 (Signed Minutes, Agenda Item 2) · 2018-08-04
The Council devoted an entire meeting to the concerns of micro, small and medium enterprises, noting that roughly five crore MSME units employ about twelve crore people. It constituted a Group of Ministers on MSME convened by the Union Minister of State for Finance, directed the Fitment, Law and IT Committees to examine MSME issues raised by States and field formations and report to that Group within two months, and required that relief already granted to the sector be documented and publicised.
What to do about it: Several later reliefs for small business, including higher registration thresholds and the composition scheme for service providers, trace back to the process started at this meeting.
Circular No. 177/09/2022-TRU · 2022-08-03
The Board answered a set of service classification and exemption questions arising from the 47th GST Council meeting. Most importantly for property transactions, it confirmed that the sale of land after levelling and after laying drainage, water and electricity lines remains a sale of land under Schedule III and is outside GST, while development services such as levelling and laying of drainage lines that the developer itself receives from contractors attract GST at the applicable rate. Several other exemption and rate questions on specified services were also settled.
What to do about it: Chennai plot developers can rely on this circular for the position that a plot sale price is not taxable, but must still bear GST on the development works they buy in from contractors.
Notification No. 9/2025-Central Tax (Rate), dated 17 September 2025, Schedule III · 2025-09-17
Schedule III carries twenty per cent central tax, that is forty per cent combined, and is deliberately short. It covers aerated waters and other beverages containing added sugar or sweetening matter, caffeinated beverages, carbonated beverages of fruit drink, larger motor cars and hybrids above the small-car limits, motorcycles above 350 cc, aircraft for personal use, yachts and pleasure vessels, revolvers and pistols, smoking pipes and cigarette holders, and specified actionable claims such as betting, casinos, lottery and online money gaming.
How we apply it: Only a narrow list attracts forty per cent, so a supplier pushed into that slab by an officer should check whether the goods actually appear in Schedule III.
